My partner and I came into Mattress Firm as our first stop on the hunt for a new bed. Id planned on looking around the valley just to get a feel for the mattress types I preferred. Id done my own research on what I thought Id like in a bed. So, initially I didnt approach the salesman there. Paul, the assistant manager, had said to let him know if we had questions. I appreciated that he let us look and didnt pounce on us the second we walked in. After awhile, Paul recognized that we were a little uninformed on what we needed so he asked if he could help us and show us some things we hadnt considered. Long story short, he was super kind, helpful, personable, and actually turned out to be a family friend I had yet to meet. Paul helped us find exactly what we didnt know we needed (what a salesperson should do) instead of nudging us towards the most expensive products in the store. We were well taken care of and ended up staying in the budget we set for ourselves, as well. Wonderful, productive experience and I cant wait to receive my new bed!

I went into this store yesterday, intending to purchase a mattress, I walked right out when I saw that no employees or customers had masks on. Locally, we are at peak levels of COVID-19 rates and a statewide indoor mask mandate is in effect. I did not feel safe shopping here because of this and decided to purchase from a competitor that is putting safety first and following the mask mandate. Overall my experience was very disappointing and I do not intend to shop at Mattress Firm in the future because of it.

You carry a large selection of mattresses. Paul, your stores representativo was verte Nice, courteous and helpful. A latino couple came in the store and spoke little English. Paul tried but was very límited also. I helped with the comunicatión and help no Paul make a sale. You need to hire a bilingual person and have the instruction paperwork in Spanish.

Very pleased with both Jason and Paul! I went in on a Saturday and let Jason know what I was looking for he narrowed it down and then had me try my dream bed... I had to get the hubs down to try our options out hes been in a recliner due to back issues. Went in the next day let Paul know our budget and he got us in our drem bed with an adjustable base. Paul even went out of his way to find a location that had the mattresses in stock so we could at least get the hubs out of the recliner and back into bed. Definitely would recommend both fellas great to work with and great sense of humor!

Our sales representative was knowledgeable of his product. He had us try out what we traditionally had at home and compared it to a hybrid mattress . We went back and forth until we came to a decision. We went with the hybrid mattress. Our current king size mattress has pillow top on both sides. It has lasted us 13 yrs. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Went in to the Wenatchee mattress firm as I was looking at upgrading to a king bed. The associate Paul was very knowledgeable and respectable. This was my first time ever buying a mattress for myself. I explained my budget and he steered me to the right direction for the best bang for my buck. Paul had no trouble explaining the differences between firm, medium, and plush as well as what each mattress had to offer. He also explained the best way to take care of it for the longest lasting results. As bed frames go I didn’t realize how many different options there were. I definitely chose to go with one of the higher end models (mf900) they had due to my sleep issues.He was able to explain all components that went into it and even showed me how it worked. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I was given. Will definitely be talking to Paul again if I ever need anything else!! Highly recommended. We had a great experience with Mattress Firm. The salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t give us the high pressure sales pitch we got from a different store in town. It was this, coupled with affordable quality that made us decide to buy there. We paid an additional $125 for delivery and haul away of our old mattress and box spring. Deliveries are made to this area every Sunday. We were very pleased with the treatment we received and the great deal we got on our new bed.

These guys know how to help you pick whats in your budget and what will actually help you sleep; the add-ons are extremely necessary to help your products last for years on end so have an extra 200 300 on top of the matress price, its really worth the investment with these folks.

My boyfriend and I had just made a purchase at Walkers funiture for just a bed and box spring for 4k and we had to wait 5 days to get it delivered. Then we noticed Mattress Firm and walked in...BEST DESISION EVER! Jason ling offered us the bed, box, and adjustable base all of that is a 8k value...he gave it to us for 4k! and we got it THAT DAY! We called walkers and cancelled their offer. I would HIGHLY recommend!
