When they actually have what youre looking for theyre fine. Unfortunately for some reason their computer system is consistently incorrect or else their employees make a mistake and misread whats in stock. At least five times I have called to check if something was in stock and have been told yes only to drive over, which is out of my way, and find out its in fact not in. The store makes zero effort in making it right when they waste my time.

Wouldve been 5 stars if not for the wait time. I was getting a propane bottle refilled and it took quite a while from pushing the customer service button to getting said service. But good service and price after 10 minutes or so of patient waiting. They mustve been busy inside, no big deal, I was in no hurry. But some people...u know.

I have been there a couple of times this last month they still do not have milk replacer for calves. I dont think they had half of the things that I needed when I went there. Very disappointed

I love this store because of the stuff they sell. The service is not remarkable.One young man who helped me with my compost, garden plants, and baby chicks is extremely helpful and courteous. I wish I knew his name. All the other staff I have encountered there are adequate but its really not the employee attitude that keeps me coming back. Its the merchandise!

What a nightmare! I attempted mower battery, some starting fluid, and a hat that was discounted 50%. About halfway through the process I gave up on the hat... I was first of four in line...She took a call from her kids during my checkout... Usually fine.... This was about how to get the password for Netflix. If Id known her username, I would have known her password. Took her three tries to get her kids to get it to work. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere.... ANYWHERE ELSE!

They got just about everything

Clerk was rude, would not listen to a thing I was trying to say. This is the last time I will visit. Went to purchase an item last trip and was told that item was not unpacked yet but would be available first thing tomorrow. Went back at 10 the next morning and product was still not available and they had no idea when it would be. Usually not a big deal but its a 30 minute drive to get there. Informed employee and they could care less. A complete 0 for customer service.

Coastal has a little bit of everything you might need! Today we were chicken shopping but were a little too late in the season so didnt quite have what we were looking for. This trip the family and I browsed around a bit and left. The staff here has always been friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. 4 stars only due to our late start on the season!!

Great place that seems to have some of everything. The staff is superb; they are always very helpful and friendly.

A lot of young staff and they were talking more than helping when I went in the evening to get pet food. Also had a young kid come in and pull his shirt completely up to show the girls his tattoo at the front check out counter. Not really appropriate but also happens with young kids working, Im sure. The woman in the mornings is always extremely helpful and can always name all the sales for the day.

Selection unique to the Wenatchee area. Products tend to be on upper price spectrum, but are good quality. Tends to be under staffed, but employees are knowledgeable and helpful when you find them. Recommended for parts/products not available at big box hardware stores.

I live in Chelan area about 40 miles away. Called to see if they had a product in store before driving there to buy it. Got there, purchased my item from their feed board, drove around back to pick up my item, waited almost 20 minutes for the fellow to come tell me there is none in stock. Had to drive back around to the store, get my toddler out of the car, refund the item. And was late dropping my kiddo to school. Not the first time the feed board inventory has been an issue. But its the first time that Ive called to ensure an item was in before spending 1.5 hours and 80 miles round trip to waste my time. I will order online from now on! Atrocious inventory system, poor communication.

Wont shop there again. Went to exchange a pair of lined carhartt pants. Had all but one tag still securely in place. They had dog hair on them, she said she couldnt take them because of it, but gave me a lint roller. Perfectly understandable, I got the hair off. Then she points out what she says are stains, which I had a hard time seeing, but finally saw what she was talking about. I pulled over the new pants and pointed out the same stain . I said its part of the fabric. She asked another employee about it, then called her manager. Rather than tell them it looked as tho it was part of the fabric, she kept referring to it as a stain. She made us feel as tho we were lying. So my husband not only wore them about with the tags on it, but was able to crease them just like the store had. INCREDIBLE!!

Coastal is a really solid place for the kind of heavier-duty type hardware and tools that the other hardware stores in town dont have. They also have been really expanding their stock of DeWalt cordless tools recently, and have a very good hunting and shooting section. Their prices tend to run slightly higher than the other big box stores in town, but the larger selection of tools and hardware makes them definitely worth a stop. Solid place.

I have never had a bad experience that I can recall at this store. Great selection, and decent prices compared to many others in the area. Firearms are a bit overpriced in my opinion, we usually buy those online anyway. Also dont think they offer FFL transfers last time I asked about one. Still a good store to give business to.

This place is really cool. They have anything and everything. Really like this store and if you havent been to Coastal you need to go. Wander up and down every isle like we did the first time, its crazy how much they carry.

We went in ther last weekend and there was a lady at the door telling me to mask up. But the funny thing was she had no mask on. Just a clear face shield. I masked up and we got what we needed and proceeded to wait in line for 10 minutes because they thought it would be a good idea to open one register. The gal at that register called for help 2 times an was ignored. Meanwhile the line stacked up. Not to mention we have been in the multiple times over the last year and they are out of feed or fence posts or whatever. Not good. North 40 is a bit of a drive but so much better.

Went into this store for the first time today as a new customer. I was looking to buy a Stihl blower. I found the aisle with the equipment but I couldnt find anybody to help me. After a while I just left the store and decided to take my business elsewhere. Probably my first and last visit.

I love this store. Great prices on lots of high-quality stuff. We buy our pet food here and I usually get BBQ pellets and sometimes hardware. I got a comealong here and it was super inexpensive and impressively high quality.

Mask-wearing is not enforced. An entire family was not wearing masks, and none of the staff seemed to care.

I prefer shopping here to support the store, just understand if you dont look the part, which I never do, youre ignored or followed around like a shoplifter. I have had days where its taken me a good half hour to find somebody to help me because every time I found someone they would turn and walk away from me. or Ive had days where I had everyone in the store trying to help me because they thought I was shoplifting. There are a few select employees that are awesome and thats why I go back. And its the only agro store on this side of the river. If there was another on the east side of the river I would go there.
