The store manager is incredibly helpful- i was at evergreen smoke (their sister store) a few days ago and she (the mgr.) happened to be working there that day, and they were out of what i was looking for. as soon as she realized they were out, she was immediately on the phone with cigarettes cheaper verifying that they had it in stock (she knew their exact inventory)- i didnt even have to ask. i was blown away as more often than not at so many places, ive had to ask an employee if they knew of another location where i could find whatever it is im looking for, let alone them offering to locate it- but again, i didnt even have to 𝘢𝘴𝘬. when i arrived at cigarettes cheaper they already had it in a bag set aside for me ready to go. the handful of other times ive been to this store every employee ive encountered has been really helpful and very friendly. i highly recommend this place.

Ive been going here for almost 3 years to buy my sparrow full flavor tobacco but the past two weeks they have been out ... NOT cool!!! My husband also buys his Marlboros there but wont if they cant keep my tobacco also which is reason he stops there in the first place... Please order our missing products back!!!!

Cheapest price on smokes in the valley. can be a bit cramped inside as they pack a lot of alcohol and tobacco related items in their, plus the humidor. They have a really good selection of cigars, especially for this area.

The people are rude & dont say thank you or your welcome. They seem to careless if they help you or not. They have two stores with the other being in wenatchee on Mission Street. Their store employees at the Mission street (sorry i forgot the name of the place but its right past 2nd street on the right side. Theyre on genuinely kind, polite & have actual manners. Ask you how your doing & make you feel like your purchase is appreciated there & want you to come back. The other store in East Wenatchee across from Safeway in the mini mall I will never go back because the people that work there ( the white boy with a afro & the Mexican are borderline retarded). With that said I would avoid the store but kudos to the owner for hiring the mentally disabled. Although he should be there to babysit if hes going to hire people with mental disabilities. Two different times I had to explain to the white afro kid that he didnt give me my proper change. (Including both instances I wouldve of lost $54.33). If you do decide to shop there & use cash get a receipt & make sure your getting your proper change back.
