No customer service. I sent in my light July of 2016 for a warranty repair. My light is covered for 10 years by the manufacturer. After many emails they finally responded in October of 2016 and say the light will be shipped back the following week. I have not had any contact since. It is now May of 2017. Ive sent many emails, and called dozens of times and left voice messages. Ive never gotta a response.If there was an issue, such as the light not being covered, then tell me. Theyre lack of customer contact is infuriating. Im out the light and being completely ignored on top of it.
I finally received it back in working order today 12/15/2015 after sending my flashlight in for repair on 10/27/2015. Ive received filters and key chain lights in addition to receiving my flashlight. While I was not happy about seemingly being ignored for over a month, I must say that I am very happy with the EagleTack.
