This store is pretty typical of an Ace Hardware store. Decent but not extensive selection. Helpful and friendly staff. If you know what you want you can get in and out very quickly.

Great option to fill propane tanks currently 2.99 / gallon. Enter the open gate on the west side, ring for service, set your tank down for refill and pay inside.

You need it, they have it. Cant find it? Staff will take the time and find exactly what you need.

Love this hardware store. Its a nice change of pace from the mega huge hardware stores. Good personal service with a smile. I buy all of my hardware, bbq, yard supplies from here and fill up my propane tank a couple times per month. Always a pleasure!

They still hire people here that know how to talk to other people instead of the younger generation that can barely grunt a greeting. Even the youngsters here are pretty helpful. You can usually get help here although the selection maybe more limited they can usually help you find what you need and you get to talk to a human retail person

I honestly just love looking at the awesome selection of Nebo flashlights, I usually get one every time I go in. And who doesnt like looking at their selection of power tools.

Terrible customer service, no one here wants do anything other than use their radio to ask if someone else will do it. No matter what question you ask, the answer is I don’t know. Can’t see how they’re still in business

They had everything I needed. One BAD Thing was the guy working near Paint Department was NO Help at ALL he was doing NOTHING & when I asked a simple question, he just looked at me with the look Do NOT Bother me

Over priced! Like I understand paying a bit extra for the convenience factor but this store needs to be investigated for price gouging! And even if the have a full line Ive never seen them open up all the cashier stations! Never again I drive the extra 3 miles to go to Lowes or homedepot! Youd do the same if you want to keep your retirement.

Went for propane, employee didnt wear mask and said he cold not fill my tank. He was too lazy to change adapter...my husband went today a different person helpful and filled it.

Theres definitely a small town friendly feel in this store. They generally have what I need for smaller projects and home repairs. Their prices are on par or sometimes even cheaper than the bigger home improvement stores.

Christian was more than exceptional! His customer service skills are superb! You need more employees like him! He checked me out very quickly while still making conversation. (not annoyingly in my business either!) He made sure I had my ace rewards card and that I had help and that I had everything I needed! He also told me to have a nice day! Exceptional customer service from that young man! Definitely will be going back to East Wenatchee Ace, especially if every employee is like him!

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. When I walked into the store I was acknowledged by 1 employee named Velma who claimed to be a supervisor who yelled at me and threatened to call the police because I was in the store. Almost as soon as this happened I was surrounded by at least 7 other employees who were jeering and yelling at me to wear a mask or get out without regard to my medical condition. I was scared and about to break down when the supervisor Velma decided to call another supervisor over while I was cornered by the 8 employees unable to to leave the store or move without bumping into one. They were not observing social distancing and preventing me from complying with their demands. I was terrified and will be filing a police report as soon as possible.

Would give this place less than 1 star if possible! I went into Ace Hardware today to look at paint. But couldn’t help but over hear an older, female, employee on the phone talking bad about other employees! Not only was I able to hear what they said to her, I also was able to hear who wasn’t able to make it to work (so I’m assuming she’s a manager) and what she had to say about them. She never even stopped to ask if I had needed help. Very unprofessional, rude, and sad. Managers are supposed to set examples for their employees. Very disappointed.

This store discriminated against my husband because he has breathing problems and cannot wear a mask which is ILLEGAL. The manager, Freddy, told my husband that he needed to leave the store repeatedly even after my husband informed him of the ADA which states it is illegal for a business to discriminate against somebody based on disability and must AT LEAST offer reasonable accommodations to the customer which he did not do. He did not offer curbside, delivery, or anything. Freddy is a huge hypocrite considering my husband has him on video wearing his mask BELOW HIS CHIN as hes ordering my husband to leave and calling the cops on him. Will never patronize this business again.

I went down to GRANT ROAD HARDWARE without a mask, at the door two people said to me you cannot come in without a mask my reply was I have a medical condition there reply is dont matter. I said that is Discrimination, they didnt care. Never going back after 50 years, what is next wheelchairs, canes, walkers.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly. I came in and asked about a product Id seen online for bird strikes on my picture window. They didnt have it, but the young man was willing to search through the computer to help me. I really appreciate that. They did have another solution, a bird feeder with suction cups, which has worked well. No more birds flying into my windows!

We drove 45 minutes and arrived 9 minutes after closing. We showed the manager that their website and Google maps said the store closed at 8 not 7. He said he was closed and they wanted to go home. We told him far we drove and that they are the only place that sells our dog food and we were completely out otherwise we would go somewhere else or come back. We also let him know we had cash. He finally agreed and we were able to get food for our fur kids.

I was looking for a blowout valve since neither Lowes nor Home Depot had it. To my surprise this smaller store had it. They actually custom made some to tie into my sprinkler system! Excellent service!

Our local Ace Hardware store here in East Wenatchee is like family. You walk in and they know you by your first name even before you buy anything or even if youre just looking. Very friendly professional and if we had the ability to give them a 10 star instead of a 5 I would.

Ive found that the customer service is less than adequate - not helpful on many needs in many departments. I went there this morning with a simple home irrigation need. The employee who waited on me knew nothing of what I was talking about - plus he seemed to care less about my need or me. So, I went across the river to a competitor of Ace Hardware-East Wenatchee and they took care of my need in less than 5 minutes. Received excellent service, so in the future I will drive the extra mile or two to get great service and advice.

A great place to go if you need common tools and household repair/improvement products. The employees are generally very friendly and helpful. Irrigation supplies are terribly disorganized so I usually hit Stans for that stuff.

Cashier tawnya was extremely rude. When I brought my purchase to the register she asked me how much they cost. I told her I have no idea. She then told me that there was nothing she could do about it. I was told by tawnya that I would have to go back and write down the prices of my objects and come back. I inquired about a price book that she could look the items up in and she informed there was not one. Eventually, tawnya called another older individual over and he seemed very disturbed that he had to cease the nothing he was doing and assist a customer. Another eventually later he came back with the objects in question and their prices. I checked out and left. This location is close to my house and usually has the things I need. However, the customer service is rarely acceptable. There always seems to be plenty of staff working but none of them in my experience are willing to help you.
