To be honest the first time I went I was very disappointed in it and did not like there system of selecting. but recently I have gone back after like a year and my mind has changed to where their excellent Budside manner has shed a new light on them for me and Im starting to enjoy their selection of marijuana

This is one of my husbands favorite stores. I like it because since I am clueless about this he can order online and then I can just stop by, give them my name and its ready. I just pay and go. Thats the best way. Plus everyone is so nice.

I love the appearance and the layout of the store. The staff didnt seem very knowledgeable. Im hoping to buy bigger quantities with you guys and buy my smaller amounts somewhere else.

I felt uncomfortable, the service not only was poor but ended in an employee raising his voice at me and continually asking for my ID after I had provided it not once not twice but three times. I honestly felt racially discriminated against and verbally abused. The employee was previously been moody and sarcastic with me in previous visits but this was over the top aggressive. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Pretty bad service. The guy was just handing out random weed when we cleary asked for specific ones, and a high quality one. Totally didnt even seem to know what he was doing. Clueless.

Pretty nice shop if your a pot smoker i guess

Just don’t go here!! They over charge when you can get the same wax for a better price at any other dispensary around town! The workers are also incompetent and can’t give you the product you ask for! Went in to get a specific wax and they gave me a whole other product, went back to exchange and they wouldn’t! This has happened to many times to count! Just don’t waste your time and money here....

Want knowledge? Visit these guys! Ask what you want & they seem to have the answers! Prices are comparable to other places. This place is Well organized, clean, & controlled. Be SURE to have your ID Ready upon Entry! Gray hair doesnt get you in! LOLEmployees are friendly & very Helpful.

Love this place. Ive frequented since they opened. I always receive fast and friendly service from the veteran employees. The new floors and new cases look great.. but the organization of said cases was not anywhere near what Im used to. Stuff was clearly labeled wrong and things were sort of out of place and not with similar items.. not so sure of the new GMs customer service skills. I was in today and didnt receive a smile or a hello. I know you were busy but his service is NOT what Im used to from THC Shoppe...

Love how they rearranged this place. Plus if you want larger qty for better price this is the place. Also you can use your debit card to pay plus theres an ATM in the store.

The holy grail for is me is customer service. If you go out of your way to make me feel welcome or happy I think it is important to talk about such things. This place is always busy for a reason. And no they are not the only dispensary in town. They are just the best and it because of more than just their wares.Speaking of their wares. Very friendly. It had a different setup than I was used to. You find what you want in glass cases then go to the counter and tell you what you want.

Wonderful people wonderful place just wish there prices were lower they seem to b the most expensive an also they almost never have any real discounts I can get a joint there for 12$ but 8$ most anywhere else

I regularly visit this store but I must not be biased when reviewing a business. When you first get inside you are greeted by a person ready to check your Id. Then you start out by looking at their products in cases. This I do not like. Reason being, if you want to smell or look at the cannabis you like, you then have to go on other side of store to cage. This is very inconvenient and time consuming. Other than the flow of their store, everything else is pretty good. They have a nice selection of flower in various sized bags and joints. They have oil and shatter for the hard core cannabis smoker. Now they are expanding and sell paraphernalia. You can get water pipes, oil pipes, grinders, and various other supplies for your smoking needs. When you finally memorize everything you want, you go to a blocked off corner in the store. You then tell the cashier what you want and they try and sell you more items. Really, you have to go thru 2-3 salesmen at this point. Everything is reasonably priced. Once your a regular, the process is way easier. I like this little cannabis shop, but Im a businessman first. Respectfully 4 star rating.

Although I am not a user of hemp / cannabis products, I have been curious about the operation of such establishments since Washington legalized them.This was a charming location and very professional staff. Im in my 60s and they still required I show ID. It almost reminded me of a jewelry store. 🙂

IMPORTANT:The 10 pack of half gram joints honestly disappointed me. Before I lit one up I noticed that the joints were smalll, a little too small, for it to contain half a gram of weed. I took out my scale and the entire joint with the filter and the paper weighed .40g. I took a joint apart and the weed itself weighed .25. Imagine how much weed and money they’re stealing from you.
