I cant say enough about the folks at this store. They are nice and helpful every time I come in. If they are backed up it is usually because of other bonehead customers, like me sometimes, that make things harder. Super easy place for Amazon returns and shipping out my sales brochures.

I went to send off a package tonight and arrived at 455pm. As I was pulling into the parking lot I made eye contact with a man that had dark hair & mustache that was inside the store . He was messing with a printer and when he saw me park he walked over to the gate that separates the mailboxes from the store area. He pulled the gate half way down and disappears into the back. There is only my car & one other car in this paring lot at that time. I bring my package to the door and find it is locked. I checked the time and it was 457pm. The sign says it is open till 500pm. I give it a second but the man never reappears. I go back to my car. I Then trying more time just to see if the man will show his face, but no luck. Why are you closing before 5pm? There is no notice of early closures posted on the door and the man saw me pull in. I am leaving to go out of town and needed to get it sent off. No happy with the lack of customer service today.

Whats the point of giving my phone number and address if there are possible problems but never contact me, then say you missed me. And i find it hard to miss me when there is a room buzzer to let me know you are in the lobby. Please use common sense.

Why are the East Wenatchee and Wenatchee stores closed until further notice. 8/16/2021, we have mail to pick up. No explanations or phone numbers to call and find out on how we can access our mail boxes and pick up our mail.

I go between 830 and 2 and always have great service and low prices. Their always there and happy to help and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this place and the workers deserve a raise or incentive for going above and beyond for the customers

EAST WENATCHEE STORE IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. CANNOT GET OUR MAIL AND BUSINESS IS RELYING ON THIS FACILITY TO PROVIDE SERVICE THEY ARE UNDER CONTRACT WITH USPS TO PROVIDE.

Damaged our packages beyond all belief. Put a sticker on it stating the box was damaged beforehand. Refused to uphold their insurance policy. Rude and unprofessional conduct.

Please be aware that packages are not getting to there destinations on time as told by employees at this shop. I called to discuss why my package did not arrive to my granddaughter on her birthday as I paid 200. For it to get there in 5 to 7 days. Was asked to call back the following day to speak with Sam who is the manager and could assist with a refund for the delay. She told us it was out of her hands due to covid and was in the hands of the post office. It is now 10 days later and I had only asked if they could of been straight up about the delays when we sent the package. Just be careful not to go to this store. Covid or not be direct about your abilities to ship out so your consumers can make a informed decision.

I came in 5 minutes before closing to drop something off and they refused to help me. I asked the guy locking the door if they were closed and he rudely responded saying “I guess so”. They clearly lock up before they’re technically supposed to.

Gal with the fake red/maroon hair color with glasses is very rude and acts like it kills her to help customers. Needs lesson in customer service or find a job where you dont deal with public. Taking my business to the Wenatchee UPS store. Better customer service and friendly.

Pretty bad customer service, about on par with dealing with crowded USPS during peak lunch traffic with only one clerk. While there one of the employees was rough handling another package after the person had left almost as bad a Ace Ventura on a delivery run. Had to repeatability ask the employee to completely finish packing my package before I would leave and had to deal with their remarks that they werent going to take anything anyway. Just skip this place if at all possible and go on over to Wenatchee location yes its a bit more time to get there but I have no doubt you would be better off than dealing with this location.

Was there about a month ago about a half hour prior to closing. I had some Amazon returns. Amazon gave me the option to have UPS package and return the items. I’ve done this with other UPS offices through the years and according to every article I’ve read, UPS is contracted to do this service.The lady at the counter suddenly became very defensive and said they’re no longer going to package items through Amazon. I asked her why and she gave me the silent treatment, like I was 4 years old! I tried making small talk with her and again, she wouldn’t speak. She seemed extremely upset but not sure why.

Hands down this is the cleanest most organized UPS store I have ever had the pleasure of stepping foot in! The staff are friendly and helpful! My wife particularly enjoyed the very neatly stacked box tower displaying available box dimensions.

Exaggerate package size, weight and overcharge! Totally incompetent. I went in on 11/12/19 with a prepackaged box which was a warm jacket for my daughter in Connecticut at college. She wanted her jacket since it was 18 degrees there and I didnt want to spend a couple hundred to buy a new jacket so I sent it to her. I asked the clerk what was the cheapest and quickest way to get the package there from Washington. The female clerk said for $27 they could get it there by Tuesday 11/19 and I said I needed it there quicker and what else did she have. She said she could have it there by Thursday for $43 and I said ok. I verified that it would be by this Thursday 11/14 and she said yes. So I paid $43. I asked my daughter today 11/14 if she got her package and she said no. So I tracked the package and it said it was in transit from SEATTLE with a delivery date of Wednesday the 20th!!! OMG this is ridiculous! Then I looked at the receipt and didnt realize the actual delivery date was on there and it said Thursday 11/21! Why the hell would I pay more to get the package there later?? The clerk knew full well that it was Thursday 11/14! The receipt also showed it was being delivered by USPS retail ground. This is a scam and I Ive contacted customer service. Now I have to send money to my daughter in college to purchase an expensive jacket because its so cold in Connecticut instead of her having her jacket which should have been there today. I also noticed on the receipt that they rounded the weight of the package up from 3.6 lbs to 4 lbs. My scale at home showed it weighing in at 2.8 lbs! The measurements were also over an inch exaggerated(had a duplicate package at home). Even with the exaggerated measurements and weight I plugged in how much it should have cost through both UPS and USPS for retail ground and it should have been $23.03 and $19.70 respectively. For USPS Priority Mail 2 day which would have got it there by 11/14 it should have been $22! If they would have delivered it when they were supposed to I would have never realized the inconsistencies. I will never go to UPS store again now that I know they exaggerate size and weight and cost this much! I trusted they were honest, well thats not the case, no wonder they only have an average of 3 stars. Unbelievable!

Showed up two minutes before close (time synchronized with cell phone provider AT&T), with a prepaid UPS package to drop off. Employees already closed up before 6:30pm close time but were at counter. They saw me stop my car, and quickly went to the back room. I knocked on window, then went around back to propped open door (using a planner of some sort) at 6:29. Knocked loudly on door, called out, heard employees but was ignored.If your hours state 6:30, stay open until 6:30

Terrible. Stood there for 10 minutes and was never asked to be helped. People came and went. Copies took forever to be made. I came to send off a passport application. After 10 minutes of blatant incompetence I no longer felt like sending my passport application from there was gonna be done correctly at all. So I left and will be going to an actual post office to complete my task. Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely Horrible. They were going to charge us an outrageous amount to package so I asked if I could package and they told me what size of box I needed and the type of bubble wrap and they actually told me to go to Lowes to get those items. So i did and packaged the way they told me and shipped it after buying insurance. So it was broken and when I filed the claim, the UPS company told me it was the wrong box and packing material. So I called the store and said you told me to get this and why did you sell me insurance when you knew you would not pay if it was broken. To which I was told, we dont stop anyone from sending anything. This was the manager. Basically go to FedEX

Slowest store Ive ever been in. Barking at customers about 5 people in the store at 1 time for social distancing yet these employees are standing next to each other and customers right in their face????
