Bagels alright. Service is terrible. Prices are comparatively high. I called ahead to place an order, arrived and let them know I was the call ahead order. They told me it would be ready soon. Then proceeded to service everyone else in the store before grabbing my order off the toaster, where it had been waiting the entire time. Bagels came out soggy because everything was sealed in the tinfoil the whole time I waited. No reason for that. I won’t be back, plenty of other quality bagel places within a short drive.

Service was good. However, the quality of bagels were not great. The bagel(not pictured) were small, over toasted, and not fluffy. Perhaps, we cameat the wrong time (or had a bad batch of bagels) but hopefully they can improve on quality control.

I didnt eat all day and need a simple sandwich to go. I think I ordered the chicken cutlet off the menu, the name something bird or chicken. I came on a Panini which is good to eat while driving (right pressed sandwiches arent as messy). The decor could be updated but I guess its all about the food. Nice Panini grill Marks on my sandwich, presser just right, they even gave extra chicken cutlet strips below the sandwich adding another 10% to the sandwich. They would have gotten a 4 from me but..... the chicken seemed a little old, definitely at least a day old, I could tell by the texture. But if the chicken was prepared keeping it juicy it should have been less dry. And the person woman cashier did not seem like a happy person. A hug can go a long way.

Great service, good food. Bagel over provided lunches for 2 events for me this month. We had to meet covid guidelines for providing food to a group. Kim and the staff met all the requirements in a timely, delicious and reasonably priced way. All the food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely order from the again. The bagels met with rave reviews from our guests also.

They make a mean chicken club ask for mozzarella on it too

Fresh, delicious food and friendly service. Definitely a go-to location for great breakfast bagels and lunch sandwiches. They had a big and varied salad bar but that was discontinued due to the COVID-19 situation and the precautions.

The service is okay but the food is not. The hot food in the self serve table is old, flavorless, over cooked and dried out. It’s also super expensive. Got a few bites of many different proteins and rice and paid more than 10 dollars for the plate. I didn’t take more than 1 bite of most options.

Very tasty bagels at reasonable prices. Breakfast sandwiches are well put together. They keep coffee ice cubes prepped for your iced coffee so it never waters down.

I like Bagel Oven. Tasty Bagel. Infinite hot tray and salad bar.

Absolutely disgusting. The place is dirty, outdated and when i asked what was in the Mac and cheese because it was bad they told me cheddar and milk. It tasted like lemon. Didn’t even offer money back one of their workers offered a chicken cutlet not sure how that relates to Mac and cheese. Pick one of the other places around here.

Got hives a skin rash that last days to weeks to get rid off. It was the tilapia on the buffet. Stay away. I got pictures and proof of purchase if bagel oven decides to see. Stay away

Horrible!!!! After my food was on the counter and ready to be paid for I couldnt get it because they wouldnt let me pay for it with my card since my order wasnt $8 or more. Very poor business! Its ashame that in 2017 you really inconvenience your customers with these stupid credit card minimums. I asked if they can make an expection since my food came out to $6 and they told me no. Ashame.
