Went to the store today. The customer service I received was terribleFrom the moment I walked in there first response to my question was a rude No they could not help me with replacing my boster. All they said was to call 611. When I told them that it belonged to my job. They still would not help me.call rhwy call

The team at this Verizon store was great. And Ramses was especially helpful with what had to be done. It was getting a new phone and swapping out another so there was lots to do. But he was gracious, knowledgeable and friendly.

Having been very disappointed and dissatisfied with how the Verizon store on Hartsdale NY treats loyal customers, I decided to go to the Eastchestet storr when it was time to upgrade phones. What an absolutely huge difference in customet service.Ramses is outstanding - helpful, patient, pleasant, and with a sense of humour that remains within restpectful bounds. He does not ‘hard’ sell, but is honest. Barbara, too, is very pleasant and welcomes customers with a warm smile.The Verizon staff at the Hartsdale store would benefit from a training from Ramses & Barbara on how to treat customers right and provide a pleasant in-store experience.Glad I went to Verizon Eastchester NY. This is now the only store I’d be going to for all my needs.Thanks to Ramses for his professional attention.

I think the most unique memory I have is being talked DOWN from buying a $1,000+ cellphone to one (from the same manufacturer) -- that was one-third the cost -- that more than met all of my needs. Over time, the consequence for Jackie, her team and Verizon has been more $sales and more referrals of... happy customers!!

Karyna was AMAZING!!! She persevered to find a way to transfer my information to my new phone from my broken one. She showed me how to back up my phone and how to do it automatically. Her patience was terrific!! She walked me through changing my passwords because I could not get in to my Apple ID. She is truly a find.

We highly recommend visiting this store and dealing with Ed. We finally found a place with someone fantastic willing to help. Previously wed been to two other stores and called Verizon and just couldnt get someone with either the knowledge base or just the willingness to help us just upgrade to new phones, until Ed at Scarsdale Verizon. He answered every question, found another phone for us in a different store in under an hour, changed our plan, upgraded and changed 3 lines and helped us save money on our plan all while remaining focused, patient and friendly.It was the easiest upgrade and transfer of 3 lines weve ever done and we credit it all to Ed and his help.

Quick router return resulted in a FiOS service snafu but the friendly manager fixed everything with one phone call. It took another visit to claim all the rewards, but it was worth the trip.

Ask for Karyna!! She went above and beyond for my visit to Verizon, whether that meant answering my every question or sticking around until after close. She always kept my best interest at heart and was mindful of the factors that were most important to my purchase : )

They dont know what they are doing. You expect more from Verizon company and their standards. Staff doesnt have product knowledge. Asked few questions about the device and after hearing their answers I just had to leave . Im in the market for upgrade but I think best buy service and their service isnt any different.

My experience with this store is terrible. I traded in my old iphone for a new phone at this store last Thanksgiving with the holiday special of $200 credit. But I never received this credit. The in-store purchase experience was also bad. I waited in the store for more than 2 hours. The sales person Edwin was not patient and didnt want to be bothered with my questions. I went back to the store later asking about the status of the trade-in credit. Although there was no other customer, Edwin still made me to wait for a long time while he was behind a computer. I walked away without an answer but only with the receipt/paper work that Edwin forgot to give to me earlier during my previous purchase/trade in. A couple of month later, I called and spoke to the store manager Jackie. She told me to wait for a couple of billing cycles to see the credit. Now it has been 7 month, and I still have not received the $200 credit. I called again. First she said she would look into it, and call me back the next day. The next day, she didnt call. I tried to call her a couple of times, and finally I was told she sent an inquiry email. But I am still waiting .... I feel they are wasting my time, and I am having trouble to trust them.

I spoke to guy over the phone on April 03 2021 at around 11 to 12noon and he was every rude, I don’t know why should Verizon hire someone like that. He said his name is Donald 🤔

No one is there to open the store. No notification saying the store is closed for a certain period of time. Waited a half an hour past opening and no one came.

Made a simple phone call to see if they accept FIOS equipment that I would like to return. Guess the dude, I would never say gentleman because he was far from that, didn’t want to answer the phone. In a voice as if I was bothering him he said “Yes, see you then.” Did his best to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I would suggest you train your employees on customer service skills. DON’T CALL THIS STORE unless you want to be treated rudely. After this experience I would suggest you don’t step foot into the store.

They have very bad customer service honestly i walked in to turn in and switch 5 boxes in the store had the order confirmation on my phone and the could not find it at all even though i kept showing them the receipt and everything on my phone. The lady helping us was more worried about her nails then helping us. Instead of trying to help us and call customer service for us she gave us the number and said here.
