Amazing service!!! On very short notice, Michael and his team put together & delivered 2 beautiful arrangements for the nursing teams taking care of my mom at White Plains Hospital. I know the gifts were well received, because the nurses have gone into my moms room, to thank her and my dad. Michael was lovely, and this location will be my store of choice for deliveries in the areas they service. I simply cannot say recommend them enough.

Absolutely unpleasant experience with delivery.I have used them before for other occasions and they were good the foods were fresh the recipients enjoyed it this time around I was the recipient as I lost my father a couple of weeks back the church decided to send a bouquet to me as condolences.I received a call at the time the delivery guy was at my house. There was not a previous call inquiring if i was home. Then i stated i would return home in the evening so the delivery could come back, the delivery guy being lazy and not wanting to come back proceeded to leave it with a neighbor. First we are in a pandemic secondly i do not know these individuals. The company going back and forth with what i said and what the delivery guy said. If it was a concern about being robbed or tricked, simply saying okay we will pick up the old basket and deliver a new one. Problem solved. The company is yet to contact the costumer (the church) as to an appropriate resolution.Very disappointed. I don’t believe i would use them again for my own purchases based on this terrible experience

I was gifted the most amazing bundle of deliciousness from the Edible Arrangements in Eastchester, NY! The quality of their fruit is unmatched. Ive had food from many Edible Arrangements locations and this far outshines the rest. The strawberries are sweet and juicy, the apples are crisp and the cookies are to die for! I just cant say enough nice things about how pleased I was with my gift. I would and WILL recommend this location to anyone who will listen!

I literally order all the time from this specific location which is 2 towns away from me. I should be ordering from the Yonkers NY location, But because of Is a failed Edible arrangement I choose to no longer deal with any other location is there location other than the East Chester aster edible arrangement. Michael makes ordering a breeze and I swear that all of my orders are very last minute but somehow this store makes it happen every single time. WOW! This location is fast. Less than half an hour my order is out for delivery already! I had to call and asked to reschedule the delivery because the recipient is out of town for the weekend and Michael was very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this location!

The customer service here is superb. The guys that work here are very friendly. The arrangements here are great, and super tasty! This location is my favorite one to order from. The store itself is pretty small, compared to some others I’ve been to. They also do curbside pickup now with Covid. Can’t wait to order from them again soon!

The fruit was fresh and ripe, and the arrangement was beautifully put together...and abundant enough to keep us snacking our way to health for at least a week. I have lots to share so I will start from the beginning. On Mother’s Day in 2020 I went to pick up a order for Mother’s Day I did not know about the time frame so I went early they told me I had to wait until my pickup time and I explained to them I had no idea and I drove a hr to this edible arrangements. I knew they weren’t very satisfied with me but they did accommodate and gave me my order as it was already ready and that’s when the manager came out and said “sorry for the confusion here is your order have a good day”. That’s when I was happy again the manager is very respectful as well as all the other workers I know last year we had a bit of a disagreement but at no time they cursed at me or got disrespectful so it was a ++ for them 5 star review. Now I ordered again this year for my mom and grandmother and I thought I wasn’t getting my order because I picked delivery service and I noticed the store was closed so I thought I’m not getting my edible arrangements because they are closed and that means there’s no more delivery service . I was wrong after waiting all day I got a text from my delivery driver saying “ hi, it’s your delivery driver from edible arrangements I am a almost there” I was very excited. When the fruits arrived they were nice and fresh as expected. This edible arrangements is the only edible arrangements that has a 5 star out of the Bronx and Manhattan and the best review in Yonkers and I can see why. this is the best edible arrangements you can order from can you believe they even pick up the phone right away even on Mother’s Day they pick up the phone after 1 ring every other edible arrangements leaves me on hold and then eventually hangs up but this one didn’t I thank y’all so much for taking the time out to read my review and edible arrangements if you guys are reading you guys are doing great please keep up this great service and attitude :) as long as I live in New York I will stay ordering from this edible arrangements even if I have to do delivery service or pickup as long as it makes me and my family happy I will stay ordering ❤️

Today’s my brother’s birthday. I originally tried to order from the store in Yonkers, as it was much closer. However, the store owner stated that the deliveries end early on Sundays. He also was very rude and combative when I stated the sight suggested otherwise.Needless to say, I called the Eastchester location to try my luck. A man by name of Nick picked up the phone. From the beginning of the conversation he showed respect with his tone and tried his hardest to accommodate me the best he could. AND HE DID! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He assured and recited my order as many times as I asked because I didn’t want to be disappointed. Very professional from the start I never had anyone who would take an order last minute on a Sunday and truly make sure you wouldn’t leave the call until you knew he did his best. I am just so happy. This was something that truly made a difference. I will continue to order from Eastchester always! Amazing!

Weve used other Edible stores but no matter how busy these guys are in Eastchester they seem to have the basket ready before we can even get there for the pick up. I called the shop on Monday the 26th and spoke with Michael the manager..I told him that I had recently had a bad experience with a delivery that got to my moms house at 9pm..Michael told me to place the order with him and he will personally make sure the delivery will get there at a decent time..The Arrangement I ordered got there around 130-2.If anyone is looking the place a order for delivery try to use this store and ask for Michael..A true man of his word....Thanks again Michael

Our offices are in White Plains but we go out of our way to Eastchester because of Marco. We can’t comprehend why other owners don’t bend over backwards and understand that this is a people business and not just silly fruit baskets.

I ordered 4 Mothers Day items from this Edible Arrangements location. The orders were placed early that morning via their website. A Smiles and Blossom Bouquet was for a delivery while another Smiles and Blossom Bouquet plus two Strawberry Cheesecake Indulgence boxes were for a pick-up. I was very nervous because I thought there was no way I could possibly get what I wanted on Mothers Day! I was wrong, thankfully. This location delivered the one item in the morning and had my pick-ups ready before my arrival. I was able to track the completion process through the website. I also received notifications when my order was ready for pick-up. This was very helpful.I read the reviews of several Edible Arrangements locations before choosing this store. It had mostly positive reviews in regards to the freshness ànd fulfillment of orders. The delivery recipient of the Smiles and Blossom Bouquet was very happy with the look of her blossom. The pictures she sent were very lovely. The fruit looked very fresh. I have not received feedback about the taste.The two cheesecake recipients cried when I handed the pretty and sturdy red boxes to them. I have not received feedback about the taste. I thought they looked pretty good. One or two strawberries looked a little aged but nothing too drastic. One of the mini cheesecakes about a little dinged because I trip with the box in my hand. The cakes held up though.The recipient of the Smiles and Blossom Bouquet that I picked up from the store was happy with the look of her gift. The only thing is that I dont think she got the right one. The tag on the arrangement said Smiles and Blossom, but it looked different. This one had only strawberries and pineapple. Smiles has honeydew and cantaloupe. I was intentional about not ordering a strawberry heavy item because strawberries have tasted bland this season. I didnt have time to dispute the possible error during the pick-up so I left with it.The arrangement may have been incorrect, but was very lovely in execution. The fruit looked so fresh and colorful. I loved the way they cut the pineapples. I was very pleased with the visual aspect of the arrangement. Sadly, I was correct about strawberries. The strawberries were not sweet and tasted watered down. The pineapple had more flavor but not by very much. I will say that the flavor of the fruit was boosted when I ate them with a chocolate mousse I had on hand.This a good location overall. I could see during my visit that the team works really hard. There are also items in a case that can be purchased on the spot. Its a tiny location but they get the job done. I was very pleased that they fulfilled same-day orders placed on a major holiday like Mothers Day. The orders were very easy to place. Edible Arrangements sent me a coupon code for my online first order. I also found coupon codes online. I saved a lot of money with the coupon codes.The taste was not great for at least one of them but I am open to trying Edible Arrangements again. I would probably just order something that includes chocolate.I give this location four stars because of how well they fulfilled my order and the visual beauty of the items. I also appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the Edible Arrangements team.

This is by far the best Edible Arrangements store in Lower Westchester. The service is beyond excellence! I live in White Plains but I will always travel to Eastchester just for their customer service. Michael is astounding and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is satisfactory. And there should be a Maria in every store because she is very sweet, caring, amazing, and not to mention very beautiful. Each time I go, she always has samples for us to try. Bottom line and without question, the company should implement this stores vibe in the other establishments if they want to be more successful.

Ordered fruit and cheesecake arrangement for my friends birthday 2 or 3 days ago. Unfortunately it arrived late in the day (7pm) and my friend said chocolate on strawberries were melted and cheesecake and fruit were warm, although it states delivery truck is refrigerated. Called store and spoke to owner, Marco, who apologized and said he would call my friend to recompensate..but didnt. Dissapointed in the service and wouldve expected store to offer some type of credit.Update on my review, owner called my friend today to apologize and delivered another arrangement. I appreciate good customer service.
