Product delivery was rejected due to damage. Ive requested refund from RV Upgrades. To be fair to them, I should note that Im posting this just after notifying them of damages. Handling during shipping was for the most part of out of their control. Better packaging should be looked into.

My new regulator arrived and it is exactly what I needed to replace the existing regulator on our older Coleman Sequoia pop-up trailer.

Ordered multiple items, one item was shipped incorrectly. Was told it would be a couple days before an email would be sent for the return. (Could not reorder correct item and would have involved additional shipping charges). UPS just showed up with a label for them, still no email several days later. Will see if my account gets credited properly. Good prices but customer service was less than desirable. Not sure if I will order from them again.

I received what I ordered quickly. Thats the good news.The picture I saw online perfectly depicts the front of the awning idler cover, (exactly like mine) it does not show the rear of the part. The rear of the cover is not depicted and does not have an indent like mine, how would I know without a picture. The cost of the part was minimal, the shipping however was more than half the cost of the part. In order to return and get the right part shipping costs would be 3 times the cost of the part. Guess that makes me a one fail kinda customer.

Fast efficient purchase and quick shipping at a reasonable price. Attempted to purchase from another dealer who promised delivery but after the order has been placed and paid for, the date went from 4 day delivery to 10 day delivery. RVupgrades delivered early and that is why they get 5 stars.

My order was shipped in 2 parts. Part One arrived promptly and was spot on. The 2nd part arrived a few days later and was a hot mess. LOL. One item was damaged and the other item was simply not what I ordered. I called, spoke with a rep, sent pictures, and by weeks end, I recd the proper items in new condition. I will order from them again, but with patience.

This tray is awsome. I used it in my cargo trailer to hold my 2000w inverter generator so it will roll out the back doors and run outside the trailer. Very nicely made and works perfectly.

Delivered on time. easy installation, used a floor jack to hold the camper tongue up, removed old manual jack, installed the Smart Jack, programmed the auto height adjustment, works perfectly. Best investment I ever made in a component for an RV. Took me about an hour, didnt rush.

Thank you for the battery water monitors. They work well so far. I found a 12 oz syringe was the right size to add water.

Ordered new stairs for my camper. The product was good, but they obviously sent me a previously return item without checking the contents. Hardware was scattered throughout the box. The stair assembly had bent parts that had to be straightened before it was installed. Overall packaging was terrible.

Purchased SeeLevel-II 703P to upgrade our camper tank monitoring system. Arrived in good shape with the sensors I requested. Instructions were clear and complete, so although it took a bit of time to install, it all works as intended. Pricing was very competitive so I decided to give RV upgrades a try - glad I did, and would turn to them again if I was looking for RV equipment.When they tell you you cant move the sensors after they are stuck they are not kidding - I tried and broke one. Was able to get a replacement quickly and installed at the correct height on my very short grey water tank. Probably best to follow the directions and get it right the first time ;-).

The part I ordered did not work and I have requested to send back but no response from company. Could certainly improve communications with customers!

My travel trailer air conditioning shroud was brittle and broken.My local rv store could not find the a/c shroud that fit mine.I started looking online for my model number air conditioner which is 57915.621 by Dometic.I quickly found a link to rvupgrades which said that the replacement shroud model number for my air conditioner is 3309518.003 according to the Dometic tech.I could not believe my luck.There was even a button to click to purchase the air conditioning shroud.It said it was in stock and I made the purchase.Rvupgrades sent me status updates via email,and I received it in less than a week from Ohio to California which I thought was fast considering the best part was the free shipping.I am very pleased with my purchase.My air conditioning shroud has a transition piece which connects between the a/c unit and the shroud itself.It uses screws on the a/c side,and rivets on the shroud side.When I received the shroud it was in sizable box,because it is actually larger than you realize since you always see it from a distance from the ground.It came with a new transition piece which is not connected to the shroud.It also comes with all the rivets and screws needed along with directions,so if you are doing it yourself,you will need a rivet gun.I would definitely purchase from Rvupgrades again.They had the part I needed and got it to me in a quick manner considering the shipping is free.Great Job RVupgrades....you were there for me when I needed my trailer fixed.

Found complete Lippert 12 x 2 self-adjusting brake assemblies to replace my Dexter assemblies - price was good - items were in stock. Decent customer service by phone but not exceptional. I would have given them 5 stars except the product didnt ship the same day - it took about two days to ship even though I specifically confirmed it would ship the same day.

No, have not received all my order as yet. Got a prompt response that one item was on back order. The bottle of cleaner received in the partial shipment arrived with a cracked sprayer. Did not report this - trusting it is usable. Will be glad to write another review when rest of order is received.

I just received my eagerly awaited Equalizer EQ Smart-Level system. Kit arrived in three packages. One box had the four individual jacks in it and it appears they were just thrown into the box without any individual packaging/protection. Heavy duty steal pieces just clunking around in a box seems a bit odd and it feels like a customer return was leveraged. After further inspection I realized that there is only one base plate (or foot) in the box but one per jack is needed. In short, leveraging a customer return is fine but the content has to be properly inspected before sending it to the next customer. Now I will have to chase the remaining 3 base plates.Update 01/14/2021:I received the missing parts yesterday so RVupgrades really acted fast and requested the missing parts from Equalizer the very next day.

Im currently being placed in a rate us place while Im answering a confirmation of receipt of my order. What Im actually trying to do is get a return authorization.
