Great selection of grocery items inside. Love the hot food and fountain drinks. Get a Circle K rewards card and earn points for rewards. Customer service isnt always the best and kind of slow. They get packed, especially when their gas prices are lower than everyone else in a 5 mile radius.

The only reason for 3 stars is because of how great the employees were. For a few years now this location has had issues with the money order machine. Most employees say its broken and send you elsewhere. Not today, Cindy and Rick helped me with a couple. She went above and beyond to help me today when she could have just sent me on my way. Watching what they have to go through to get that machine going is rediculous and could be fixed with a simple call from corporate office. I realize this isnt a major issue but to deal with it on a constant basis because they dont rate it important is bad management. No matter what the job it should not be met with employees having to deal with broken machines. Thats added stress that could be avoided if the corporation care enough about what employees go through on a daily basis. Cindy and Rick were absolutely amazingly helpful and thats not easy to find. I appreciate that they made my day a little easier. Ill pass their kindness on to the next guy and hopefully it had the same effect on that persons day. Great Job guys.

The place is a dump. Went in the grab some stuff but did not have it. The place is never stocked and the kids that work there are lazy as hell. The fountain drinks have not been cleaned it looked like for hours. I wanted to get some drinks from the fountain but nothing was working. I will start going to speedway and spend my money there. I think its time to close the store down.

Do not fill air in your tires here. The machine wasn’t working after I put all my quarters in so I went inside to get my money back and the cashier said “We don’t give money back for that, the machine works when it wants to work.” So insane to me. They need to get rid of the machine if that’s the case or have a free air machine.

Friendly, helpful employees. Plus, its by my house and I love their coffee.

The staff has always been very friendly, fast, and efficent. The store is really clean. I have never seen or used the bathroom but I expect they are pretty clean.

Please make sure all customers wear masks when they walk in . Last couple of times I went in the early morning hours it wasnt enforced. A couple customers walked in with out masks . Its mandatory now and should be enforced it shouldnt matter if they dont like .

The staff is always friendly and the lines are hardly ever backed up. They get you in and out in a timely fashion.

I DECIDED SINCE I NEED SOME LUNCH FOR WORK I CHOSE TO GO TO CIRCLE IN EASTLAKE OHIO. I DECIDED I WOULD NOT STOP AT THE USUAL PLACE WHERE I CASH LOTTERY TICKETS(NEVER A PROBLEM, MIND YOU!). I WAS BEHIND A MAN WHO SPENT 100.00 CASH(80.00 OF IT WAS FOR 4 20.00 SCRATCH OFF TICKETS) 20.00 ON CIGARETTES...WHEN ASK TO CASH MY 100.00 LOTTERY TICKET, WHICH I PLANNED ON BUYING MORE LOTTERY AND MY LUNCH WITH, WAS TOLD NO!!! NOW I SIT HERE HUNGRY AND WONDERING WHY A STORE THAT SELLS LOTTERY WOULD NOT CASH MY TICKET! IT LEAVES ME MAD AND CONFUSED ESPECIALLY SINCE I KNOW THAT THE MOST MONEY TO BE MADE WITH OHIO LOTTERY IS IN THE CASHING OF THE WINNING TICKETS!

This is more if a question for customers. Should this circle k have roller grill items available all day and night?
