Dawn is fabulous. Went above and beyond to help us when our car canopy (both of them) got damaged by winds the day before our yard sale. She took care of my wife quickly and was kind and polite. Very professional. Highly recommend you go to Harbor Freight and ask for Dawn!!

Update: 11/22/2020My original review was posted on 11/20/20 with a 1-star review but I am pleased to say Harbor Freight sent an email to my husbands concerns on today 11/22, wanting more information related to the incident so that they could follow up with the manager. So based on their immediate response and concerns it shows that the corporate office takes Customer service seriously. So I was very pleased to see that they found this concern as serious as the virus. Thank you Harbor Freight.Not enforcing the mask mandate. This man walked around the entire store with no mask and no one approached him. I try to understand the mentality of not wanting to protect yourself let alone those around you. But to just be totally blatant and not even think about putting one on is just total ignorance. Until this COVID is over as uncomfortable as it may be for us to wear them I am sure it is uncomfortable to approach a customer to tell them it is a state mandate now and you can not shop here without it. But it must be done otherwise we will never get this under control. I don’t want to wear one either but I do because I am trying to protect my love ones let alone myself.

Found what I needed helpful folks.

Went here to pick something up formyson Tomales his life a bit easier. Knew what I needed to get. It took me longer to waiting line for cashier. Plus she was more concerned about entering data into the terminal than listening to and answering my question that I asked 3 times.

Harbor Freight gets a bad rap because they arent high quality. That doesnt mean their quality is bad, its just not what you get if you spent thousands on tools that get delivered to you in a fancy truck.Heres the thing, if you need that quality of tool you arent going to Harbor Freight anyway. You are going to Harbor Freight because you need a tool for a job and its going to get used like twice then sit in your garage.Guess what? The tool will do the job and look great in your garage.Bonus - it wont cost thousands of dollars.I deducted a star because you have pay for their shoppers card to get the really low prices.

Good customer service. Easy to find products in aisles. Competitive prices with big box stores. Will continue to shop here.

Went to Harbor Freight to purchase some linch-pins and to my surprise everything was very well stocked. I was greeted at the door by employees who who were very courteous and knowledgeable about the things I needed.

But truck ramps very sturdy worked out real good staff was very knowledgeable and helpful

Helpful people good prices

Clean well stocked and helpful! I have always liked this store for a great deal! I would have given a five but I dont like that you have to pay 30 for a membership and 45 for a couple of memberships. You can buy without a membership but you wont get the discounts. If you buy a lot of tools here the membership is worth it. I feel the membership should be way cheaper or free and it does hurt their business. They are way cheaper then a lot of places on some things and carry a huge variety. All kinds of saws wrenches sockets drills generators and a ton of things that are small such as wheel casters for any project which is what I bought. They do take your info so you can have a digital receipt as well as a printed receipt. I bought a jumper box for car battery which is cheaper here then anywhere and they gave me a 90 day warranty. Best advice is do go check them out!

My husband and I shop at the Eastlake store all the time. If I need help DAWN ZUNDEL is always there. She is knowledgeable of all the products and is always willing to help. We appreciate her kindness and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Dawn!!!

Quick stop for inexpensive tools and gadgets. Found somethings I didnt expect them to have. Welding equipment, and rock tumblers. Service was non-existent but its pretty easy to find what you need.

Good store with no complaints other than everyone seems to be waiting in the checkout lanes all the time. If they worked on getting people checked out faster than things would be perfect.

Cashier Ed is completely horrible. Not friendly at all. Didnt say a single word to me. But all 3 white customers in front of me got the grand treatment huh....Didnt ask if I had an account with them nothing completely trash. Why be in customer service then...

Their advertising is very shady, the coupons read up to a certain dollar amount leading you to believe you would get up to that amount off an item but it’s only good on items up to that price. I’m very disappointed and once my membership runs out I will not renew or return.

Went in the store no greeting. One associate asked did we need help explained what we needed and he said I havent seen that in a sales paper and walked off. Instead of him looking for an ad or asking someone he never came back and went to other customers. We didnt purchase what we wanted and come to find out it was directly on the shelf however if he had did a little research a sale would have been made.

Harbor Freight is a real asset to the neighborhood. I really appreciate the ability to go get an extension cord or tape measure without going to a bigger store.

Bought a compressor it was junk took it back and they screwed me out of $48 for restocking that was never mentioned when bought it. I asked about returning it and they said 30days. I returned it the next day and they kept $48 that could be used on another compressor. So more junk nice trick. I will never spend another dollar there. I gave their tool a try and it was trash yet it still cost me $48 to find this out. RIPOFF

Great store. I bought a rock tumbler here. Ive noticed that they have all sorts of solar lights and accessories here. Also good for things like dollies, moving stuff, tarps, ropes, supplies, etc.

Gentleman that helped me with my question was very knowledgeable and was honest with the status of the item I was looking for. He provided information that allowed me determine when I should come back for said item. He also instantly knew the exact location of another item I was looking for. The cashier was also speedy in the checkout process with my coupons. She knew exactly what to do and executed her job in a swift process. Will come back to buy more tools for my car!

Employee that helped us was unfortunately NOT helpful, so we left and went to Lowes for an air compressor, which Craftsman brand was cheaper for same thing here.

I own a business and have a full time mechanic. His tool boxes and Id say a third of all of his tools come from Harbor Freight. I love people who care more about the branding of their tools than putting money in their bank. Not everything is worth buying here but even if you end up with a dud every now and then your still going to finish the race ahead of the snap on groupies. And name me one person that doesnt like getting a free tape measure every now and then....

This was my first time in a Harbor Freight. I love this place. A guys wet dream. It’s always busy but you never wait a long time in line. The prices are outstanding. And the tool selection is unmatched. Never go anywhere else. Ever.
