Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. There are times I e been in there and couldnt buy someones attention. Prices are good for the area.

Only thing they are good for is to go there and get oils, filters, other various small parts. But Ill never let them work on my engine or give them another DIME of my money again. Howard, is a joke and shouldnt be allowed to work on engines. He screwed my engine up even worse and on top of that was totally WRONG in his diagnoses of what the problem was. He cost me the WHOLE crabbing season. I had another mechanic come down from another company, and he fixed everything in 45 minutes. This mechanic asked me who i had work on the engine last time. I told him Howard from Castaway Marine. Well, the other mechanic told me that Howard had EVERYTHING adjusted wrong. Yeah....So....NOT happy with Castaway Marine.

Took to them when another mechanic shop could not fix howard found problem fixed it the other shop was tracing in wrong direction now i am back to fishing thanks you all are great
