May 05, 2021 @Palmer Park Mall, Easton PAI picked 3 movies from the table where it says 3 for $15. At the register it came out as twenty some dollars. I told the cashier that I picked these movies from the 3 f0r $15 table. She replied: someone must have misplaced the movies. I asked her, which one is not in this category, so I can pick another one. Guess what? The cashier told me, she didnt know which one(s). I put the movies back. The cashier didnt even try to keep the movies at the counter, so she (or anyone who works there) can sort out the misplaced movies to avoid the same situation happening again. Good job, management!

Teach your employees not to hover. My boyfriend and I went in and just were walking around the store, checking out the merchandise. It was obvious the employees were acting as if we were going to steal and continued to follow us around the store and pretend to do work that was non-existent. Was going to buy something but got sick of being hovered over as if we were thieves.

Went In To This Store Not Expecting To Get Anything. I Was In Complete Shock They Supplied The Flash Pop Funko Here. Of Course I Had To Get It, Since No Other Store Had It. This Place Is Always Organized And Staff Are Friendly. The Cashier Was Very Nice And She Actually Made A Conversation. They Are More Than Just People Working There. I Also Came Out Getting Flash T-Shirts. I Did My Holiday Shopping For Myself. I Should Go To This Location More Often. Sadly Is Far From Where I Live, But It Wouldnt Hurt To Come More Often (Or When I Can).

Man its like the future meet the past they got everything you need... I bought a Bluetooth cassette tape for my car... And its great... I have a late model car... But its great in that store

Most boring FYE Ive ever shopped in.

Although they have a wide selection of music..movies and novelty items they are quite expensive... The employees are friendly and helpful... They are especially helpful in finding a movie that is out of print or really hard to find... . I really only go there for their pre-owned movies or for help getting a movie that is hard to find and sometimes I can pick up a good sale item...

If they offer you a FYE card. DO NOT DO IT! I specifically asked if there was a charge or membership charge. I was told “no it’s totally free”. As I’m leaving the store the kid decides to tell me to make sure I cancel within a month if I don’t want to be charged $11.99 a month. It is a SCAM. I won’t be back, ever. And I will MAKE SURE to spread the word. It’s deception, false advertising and just waiting for a lawsuit to happen. “Free” yup. Sure. Hope the store gets shut down. If it’s the last thing I do, I’ll make sure that place loses as much business as possible. Scam artists.

I am always welcomed and helped every time I visit the store. The staff keeps me coming in, I would much rather shop here than online

Yes I found what I wanted but at the check out as my wife said You have the receipt? The salesman heard her for sure, and he never put the receipt in the bag. What would he gain by not giving me a receipt for a brand new CD? Bad move on his part. Was in 3/30/19

-50 stars I went there to get a movie box set on 10/21/16 it was not on display for sale asked the young lady behind the counter if she could get it she said no its out of print I grunted in frustration I was just about to thank her for her help when the manager told me to get out of the store I side I was looking for some other movies to and went to look for them he then came up to me and told me to git out or he would call security to remove me from the store so if you go here and the big bearded man is there go git some note cards and a pen from walmart so you can talk to him he is an ass hat

Pushy sales people behind the counter trying to get you to subscribe to a bunch of magazines. I just came in for some used movies... THATS IT!!! NO MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!
