Never had an issue here. Always willing to get you in and take care of you. They don’t do things to your car unless they feel like they have to but they ask you first before they do it to make sure you’re okay with it. No messing around here!

I moved to the Easton area a few years ago and was looking for a reliable auto mechanic. I am very impressed with the operations here. This is the second time that I bought my car here. The first time was for a battery. I waited for the car in a comfortable waiting area with Internet and television. The second time, I left the car there. I needed tires in an oil change. They had the car ready faster than I expected.The service managers dont try to sell you things that you dont need and the mechanic pulled my car into the service bay immediately after my order was written up. Their location is convenient, with a Wawa right across the street. Cant say enough good things about the shop.I do respectfully Firestone’s corporate policy of giving a 5% discount to customers with a Firestone credit card. I guess that they want to inspire customer loyalty. Why not extend that discount to loyal customers that pay cash?

I had my oil changed last week and mentioned about my car smelling hot and smelling like antifreeze they told me they can get me in next week at a time I am able to come in. Depending on what they find they told me they can fix it right away. They were very informative and told me steps they would take first which is start less then work their way up. Super nice and friendly and not after people for money. I will keep coming here

Got tires awesome ago and less the 8 hours I already had one completely flat. Go back they say they had to reorder tire and it would be in that Saturday and I can pick up on Monday if anything changes theyd give me a call well here we are Monday afternoon I show up and they say they dont have the tire now a week later and still nothing no help no answers to when it will be ready accept for a its not my problem.. will never use them again after this.

With days getting colder my tires lost some pressure and I couldn’t figure out how to top them off (very tight valve stem). A five minute fix when you know what to do!! The guys at Firestone took me in and gave me peace of mind, no questions asked. Thanks Firestone!!

Came in early in this morning with a flat tire was greeted right away and felt welcomed. They had the tire I was looking for in stock and not only that I have a very low car. Car doesn’t fit on the lift, due to the fact it’s a lowered vehicle the guy upfront went out of his way and really helped me past then what he had to do to make sure they were able to change the tire. I couldn’t be any happier with there service! Thank you so much Tyler!

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for my annual inspections and tires for many years. Ive never had any issues and always leave satisfied. The technicians take their time to explain to you the details of your inspection and they offer recommendations without being pushy. I just had my car inspected today and they did everything I expected. I recommend them for all of your vehicle needs.

I just finished getting an oil change/car care check done on my Jeep Patriot. Keith found a couple issues right away that wont take much at all to fix. They were able to take it in early and I was on my way in little over two hours.Top notch!

Always great customer service. You do have to call to make an appointment and not just walk in. When you use the online appointment doesn’t mean you will get that time. They will call you and let you know.

I was traveling from Gilbertsville, PA to West Haven, CT when my car broke down. I managed to drive to Firestone and they were able to diagnosed the problem and repair the car in a short time. We were back on the road to continue our trip home. They were also very accommodating as we had our dog with us. Thank you!

I’m giving this location a five star for customer service! Just had a screw go into my tire and went to a local Mavis tire to get it plugged. They would not repair until tomorrow morning even though I was there 30 minutes before closing. I called firestone and the rep told me to bring it in right away. This is the customer service people need where a business knows that a customer needs immediate help and services you on the same day and don’t ask you to come back tomorrow. Very glad I came here and will return for future services and tires. Glad to see that they even offer $10 off for customers to post a review. I would highly recommend.

Well, our family experience at this place was always good (with out of warranty cars). One thing is: getting a Firestone account. To pay it off in a few months with no penalties is a good thing if the amount is a bit high. My wife is the “pay-down” by check to this account and stays on this until it is 0. She just had gotten the account to 0, when we had to get our older car, (a 1998 Chevy Prizm) in for an inspection, a power steering hose leak, and our paid “forever” wheel alignment, back on the account to pay down again (to our advantage) which, after this is paid down to 0, will keep both our cars physically fit until the next inspections. We are Jerome E. Leh and Judith A. Leh, not Olivia Christine Leh, our daughter.

This place is amazing! I have owned many vehicles and no other shop has ever worked on any of them. They explain everything they have done and recommend what needs to be done with a complete print out at the end of your appointment. Dont know how that happened!Visited this place back in December to try and get my transmission fluid changed, but because my truck has a standard shift transmission, they couldnt do it. I liked the service I got back then, even though I couldnt get the service I was seeking. I vowed to go back when the need came. Well, I needed a front end alignment and new tires. The service was awesome. Was in and out in about an hour and a half. For installation of 4 new tires, an alignment and complimentary vehicle inspection, thats not too bad. FYI: Its best to set up an appointment. This place is very busy, which isnt surprising. My only negative is that a customer came in while I was waiting and had no mask on. He wasnt told to go and get one either. That was a total disregard of the stores own policy as it is clearly posted on the front of the store. Other than that, this place is highly recommended for your vehicle needs.

Great auto repair find in the Easton Nazareth Bethlehem area. The manager Tyler and crew are friendly and have excellent customer service. They are very attentive to the customer’s car issues and provides proactive options to resolve it. They also have responsible prices and promotions.

Do not go here!!! They tried to rip me off for $140.00. I took my car here for an oil change. They inspected my car, and told me that I needed $2000 in services. One of which was a serpentine belt. I okayed the belt, but asked them to give me back the old one (Always do this! ). When they handed me my old belt my spidey sense was tingling.The belt looked great except for these obvious razor blade cuts. I consulted a few of my friends, one of which is an ASE certified mechanic, and they all agreed. This belt was fine, and was cut with something extremely sharp. Mechanics have a reputation of being dishonest. This place does nothing to change that narrative. After I called corporate and complained this shop called me back saying they were upset with me FOR CALLING CORPORATE!They did issue a refund for that belt and the labor to their credit. But it wasnt without an arguement. Please take your money somewhere else. Their are good mechanics out there that wont rip you off.

Very courteous and professional service at this location. I spoke with Andrew at the front desk and was told that my vehicle would be finished on Tuesday. I received a phone call several hours later informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick-up, on the same day it was dropped off. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend servicing your car here!

Scheduled a state inspection, was told the gad no stickers so I was sent to the stroudsburg location that doesnt do emissions, a fact I wasnt made aware of until 30 minutes after my noon appointment so I was sent back to the Nazareth store who then proceeded to take until the time of writing(6:30pm) to even look at the second vehicle I had scheduled and didnt even complete the services scheduled

Fire stone always has great customer service they go beyond and above today for some reason I’ve been here too long Three hours where for a oil change and tire rotation .Then at the end they didn’t put my splash cover back on properly needed to go back in, not a good day today at firestone .They did offer me a free oil change which was great for the next visit .

I have a 2016 VW Golf R with stock suspension. I cracked a wheel over the winter and was in desperate need of new tires and an alignment. After sourcing the new wheel (aftermarket and discontinued = a LONG search) and tires, I was super excited to have the car back in drivable condition. I called Mavis early on Sunday morning and they told me to bring the car in. YAY!I waited from 11 something in the morning until 4 something in the afternoon at the shop (why dont they take appointments?!) only to be told that they dont have the proper equipment to do the alignment on my car because its too low. Like I said...its totally stock suspension so they should have already known that they couldnt do it when I called earlier in the morning. Needless to say, I was SUPER annoyed.I called Firestone and got Tyler on the phone. He was GREAT. Super nice and informative. Made an appointment for the next morning. When I went to drop it off, Tyler recognized that we had spoken the previous day and we had a nice quick chat. He happily answered some important questions and said he would call when it was ready. The car was in and out with no issues whatsoever and it was done by 11AM.Fast, flawless, and informative service with a smile. Cant ask for more than that! I would highly recommend this Firestone for whatever service your car needs.Thank you, Tyler & team for a job well done!

Dropped my car off for a state inspection (had an appointment). They had it done in about an hour. Everything was great from calling to schedule the appointment to drop off/pick up. Andrew and the other staff were very friendly and nice. Not from the area, but I would definitely go back if I was!

Had a terrible experience here today. Came in for some new tires, was told it would be about an hour and a half. Ok fine even though my appointment was for an hour and tires should really take under 45 min. An hour and a half later they did not even pull in the car and they said I was next. Then they realized they only had 3 of 4 tires. Service writer was a young kid and didnt seem like he cared or knew what to do. Would have been 1 star but the manager stepped up and made it right. The work was done well with no vibrations on highway or damage to my wheels. Probably best to drop off the car and do not wait around.

Cant even do a simple oil change without messing that up. There is oil all over my engine because they forgot to put the dip stick back in. I took my car back only to have the same problem with a new problem a check engin light and oil all over my car this is very very sad. I cant trust them anymore I tried so hard to be nice about it and still this is what happened to me and they try to get me to fix things that dont need to be fixed. Why me I dont need this problem in my life. what do I do and who do I trust with this situation Im in I dont want them to do anything else to or touch it anymore. I need answers! But they told to wait 48 hours before they can get back to me on the how sad is this would you waite 48 hours to respond 👀

I went there on a Sunday afternoon with a very leaky tire. They found a nail and said they couldnt fix it and I would need a new tire. I took it to my regular shop and they fixed the tire and were really puzzled why they were unable to fix it. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and they didnt want to take the time to fix it.

This is our go-to shop for auto care on both cars. Always provide high quality service and I have not had any issues once repairs are completed.
