We rented 2 kayaks with drop off and pickup service to Skipton Landing. We had a nice paddle up Mill Creek and the surrounding area. The company was prompt and flexible with our requests. I would definitely use them again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I got a bike tune up and two new tires and tubes. The bike was ready when they said it would be. I will go there again.Im only giving four stars because, when I went to pick up my bike, the front tire was flat. They quickly fixed it. But sure enough, 8 miles into my ride two days later, the rear tire went flat. I suspect that someone did a sloppy job on the first set of inner tubes.

Easton Cycle was helpful on the phone, then their booking system online was super-easy. I rented bikes for my daughter and I and they were delivered to our B&B in Oxford. It was great! Bikes were former bike share bikes but were in good shape, better than some others I saw at other bike rental outlets.

I bought a bike rack online and struggled to put it together. Frustrated, I was ready to send it back. I called Easton Cycle and Sport to see if they sold a comparable rack, thinking Id return the one I bought online and go to Easton Cycle, like I should have done in the first place. To my great surprise, the nice man on the phone said hed be happy to have his team take a look at the rack and see if they could assemble it. I was stunned. Youll assemble something I didnt buy at your store? Sure, he said. He couldnt have been nicer. The staff at the store were great when I brought it in, and had the thing assembled for me within half an hour. They were kind, helpful, and friendly. As an added bonus, there are two store dogs. You guys are awesome!

Our first experience with Easton Cycle and Sport - extremely helpful in picking out a bike and answering dumb questions (my bike technology knowledge was decades out of date). When we picked it up a week later, they added a basket on the spot and adjusted seat/handlebars for a perfect fit. Plus, two cool dogs hang out there!

Friendly service, quality equipment, reasonable pricing. We have rented kayaks and stand-up paddle boards on several occasions, including for Girl Scout outings through the years. They have a variety of life jackets for all ages and sizes. The drop-off guys bring water equipment all they way to your dock or shoreline, which makes the delivery fee worth it. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a while now for a new bike. Finally decided to pull the trigger and get a new Trek. Boy was I glad. I hadn’t rode in years other than when we go camping. Just to go around the campground. I wanted something to exercise and use for camping. I got a Trek FX1. Wow it’s awesome. I have been out a little each day since I got it( weather permitting). I can honestly say there is definitely a difference between a dept store bike and a real bike shop bike. If you looking for something I highly recommend Easton Cycle and Sport.

Everything! I like everything! I am, relatively, new to the area and to kayaking. When the support to my kayak seat broke, last year, I followed the recommendation of a friend and contacted Easton Cycle & Sport in Easton. They were fantastic! Even though I bought my kayak elsewhere, Ryan contacted Hurricane Kayaks and convinced them to send a new, free support - for my 2 year old - lightly used kayak. The labor cost was very reasonable. That kind of service made me a devoted client.Just this week, Ronnie and Zack installed the new Hullavator (Thule) Ronnie had shown me while waiting for the seat repair. As the only paddler in my family, this carrier allows me to load my kayak with ease to the roof of my Honda Pilot....by myself. They did a great, quick install then Ronnie walked me through everything I needed to know about using my new rack and had me do a dry run with a Hurricane kayak they had at the shop. We, also, chatted about good paddles on the eastern shore, equipment and so much more.I cant say enough about how well Ive been helped and treated by everyone at Eastern Cycle & Sport. I came in as someone who has always ridden bikes but was brand new to road bikes, and he did a great job working with me to find the right fit and deal for my budget.Being 68, it was super difficult to find a frame that would fit me, and Ronnie went out of his way to find one for me. He then offered a lot of insight into what types of components I should look into, helped me understand what everything was, and made me very confident in getting into this sport.Id recommend this to anyone within driving distance of Easton. I came down from about 45 minutes away and it was 100% worth the trip to work with Ronnie and the rest of the team here. They will be my go-to in the future.

This was the most amazing bike shop.We stopped in with two nine-year-old Trek hybrids sorely in need of repairs and tune-ups. Owner/staff were so helpful and friendly. Great diagnostics and they provided an estimate. We agreed to it, and the work (which was a lot) was done in ONE day. Have had the bikes back several days now and its almost like having a new bike. Enjoying them so much again. Cant recommend this place enough on service/price/experience.

Wonderful place. I traded in my bike here and got a fair price. The new bike is the most comfortable that I have ever owned and makes bike riding a pleasure. The owner is very knowledgable and works quickly. He transferred all the gadgets from my old bike to the new one and replaced the tire on my husbands bike in about 20 minutes.

Easton is a pretty good trip from home, but well worth it. Ryan has sold me a Hobie Pro Angler, refurbished a Hobie Outback, and finally I purchased a Trek bicycle. Ryan knows his products and is more than willing to share his knowledge. Im sure Ill be going back for something else and highly recommend this shop.

Two weeks ago my family rented a house for a long weekend in St Michaels. We wanted to rent fishing kayaks for a day of fishing and crabbing. I called about a month prior to the trip to reserve the kayaks. The customer service was great. I also needed them to be delivered to our house. We were going out on Sunday. $30 charge for delivery and pick-up. They delivered them at 3:30 on Saturday so we had them ready to go Sunday morning. Also the kayaks are the top of the line Hobie Outback and Compass with PFDs. What a great day! I highly recommend this business to anyone and I will be a repeat customer.

Rented a bike. Nice bike. The guy told me I could return it and they would make up the difference. What he didnt tell me was the refund comes in the form of store credit. Must be hurting if you cant refund $30. Yikes.

If I could give zero stars, I would. TWO separate occasions the older gentleman (possibly owner) was extremely rude to us. The first time I never reviewed thinking maybe he was having a bad day. About two years ago he was extremely rude to myself while purchasing a lacrosse net for our goal at home. Again, I let that day slide because everyone has bad days. But today, he was extremely rude to my wife. And that, I cannot let slide. My wife went in there today to exchange something and he was extremely condescending and was insinuating what an inconvenience this was for him and others involved. We will NEVER do business with these people again and will tell everyone we know to not utilize them. If we need lacrosse stuff in the future, I’d rather use another local business or even drive over the Bay Bridge to Annapolis to avoid people like this.
