Very helpful people who recovered everything in no time. I put my pixel in the washer and needed a phone right away. 100% beyond great service from Jazz. I came into the store tonight unsure of the differences between a few phones compared to my current phone. Jazz was knowledgeable and friendly and the experience went well. Aside from going over the pricing changes to my plan with the upgrade he took the time to help me understand the different plans out there now vs the style of unlimited plan I have now. Highly recommend this spot if youre looking to upgrade or even have general questions!

This was the first time I’ve been to Reliance and it was a very pleasant one. Jazz knows what he is doing and I also met Josh they are both great guys.I’ll definitely be using them again they were both professional and customer oriented with great personalities.

Go to the store on Rt 248 Easton/Nazareth Road and avoid this store.The customer service once the phone was received was horrible. The person never activated the phone correctly but caused major issues and his only response was I have seen this before call the 800 number. I would never recommend this store go to the one a few miles North for great customer service. They may sell Verizon but they make the name look bad as they have no idea how to give full customer support which is the most important. A week later and the phone is still not activated.

This store is absolutely fantastic. awesome customer service like i havent seen in years. we tried to take an att plan on the phone and it was a disaster. i spent so many hours on the phone trying to straighten things out i couldnt take it anymore. i decided to take a trip to the verizon store. jason took care of us. i had looked online at plans and had an idea what we wanted when we went in. jason looked up all the promos available to us, ( which we didnt see online ) and set us up with an awesome deal. the phones we got were so much better than we were looking at. we are impressed with the phones and the service. we got such a better deal through jason at the store than we could have online. there was still some leftover problems from the att debacle. one number wouldnt carry over right so the phone wouldnt work right. i called jason and he went the extra mile took care of everything for me. the whole experience was fantastic. unless something unforeseen happens, we will stay with verizon for good now. and all our business will definitely be through this store location. we will be regular customers and refer them to any of our friends and neighbors.

Walked in and didnt purchase a phone. Had some questions about my phone and my bill .Josh was extremely patient with me I was in the store for about an hour so I purchased a liqiud screen off him.
