Ripped off was sold a defective game for a ps4 console, which i paid $40. Went back to return it.. they wanted to take it back as defective and only give me $5 back... strong advice.. dont buy youre used consoles or anything here..

For as much as people Drag Gamestop, its still a good store. Decent pre-owned prices, older systems, and alright customer service keeps me coming back.

Changing my review of this store I traded in several games today and did not realize that I was charged a refurbishing fee for every game I turned in even the perfect ones I admit that one or two could use a shine but even the ones with a finger print was charged 5 bucks to clean...

Not sure what happened but last few years service has started to suck, I now find Wal-Mart and target have better prices. Camden game stop is the better of the local stores if that says anything.

Zachary was great with my trade ins and handled everything like a champ, at one point he was the only one behind the register and he figured out everything he needed to, for being a new employee at the store he convinced me to make the gamestop in Easton, MD my go to store for how awesome he was. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I miss the old staff they were very knowledgeable and friendly, great at upselling... good for business... just saying, they knew my name, welcomed me, played most of the games, and had knowledge of the rest of the games.

I went in Sunday February 10 to pre order Jump force ultimate edition but the guy working there said they didnt have any to pre order so I pre ordered he standard edition. I went back to the store today February 12th because the guy on the 10 said the game came out the 12 and when I asked the guy working today he said that we do have the ultimate edition available and that the standard edition comes out the 15. I personally dont know whats going on there but I can safely say I dont appreciate being lied to about a game I am in there to buy. But other than that the service was excellent. But things like this were I am bluntly lied to about games is why I dont use Gamestop as often as I use to.

Awesome job guys we traded in some systems and games for a Xbox one we had it for 3 months and had an issue with it. They handled it professionally and swiftly. They apologized. There knowledge in gaming is greatly diverse in every genre. They always have recommended games to us and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed and thats saying something for me the Dad who was just there because I had the wallet lol.Thanks GuysJohn Helsel

What a joke. Dude has a PS4 pro advertised, and has none in stock. Waited in line for 30 min. Also inquired online to pick up in store, (which was advertised in stock) yet has none that he can sell. Just an absolute joke.
