I never had a garage door fall off its track when closing but it did happen suddenly last week. I called First Choice and they were able to be there when needed to fix the door. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the door back on its track. It works much better now than before. Timely, reasonable, and responsive.

No brainer if you don’t use their service! Two technicians were here this morning and they treated my house as if it was theirs! Such caring and polite crew! They did the job throughly and even the front office person who communicated w me was effective and caring too! Six stars for them!

I used First Choice Garage Doors when replacing my existing garage door. Everyone there--from first call to installation--was a pleasure to work with. They were able to find my door preference and get it delivered in a timely manner despite the how COVID affected manufacturing & product supply/availability. On installation day the guys were friendly and helpful--they even helped me move things out of the garage (like motorcycles) and put them back when they were done. I will definitely be recommending First Choice to my friends! Thanks First Choice for a job well done!!

I ordered the door in February 2021, and everyone I spoke with at First Choice was very upfront about the length of time it was going to take to get all the materials. Fast forward to May and the appointment was set, the First Choice crew arrived first thing in the morning and got to work. The old door and opener was removed and the new door and opener installed. They provided some quick lessons on programming and on to the next job. Everything I expected to happen did. From the initial contact to the last phone call I received was friendly and professional. This was a fantastic experience, and the door and opener work great and look great too.

First Choice Garage Doors, installed a garage door when my home was built. Later they installed a garage door opener, and recently I needed a repair on a torsion spring. Each time I have interacted with a tech or dispatch at First Choice, I have received impeccable, and fair service. In my most recent interaction, the friendly technician (Matt) explained the issue, how it would be resolved, and the price. There was no stress or guesswork. I also notice that they check and maintain the door after each repair. He also followed COVID protocols to keep us all safe. I highly recommend First Choice.

The installer Rusty was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall I am very satisfied. Debbie was also very nice and will be calling me back on Friday to discuss a noise coming from the motor that I did not have before. I am confident it will be addressed. I would recommend using this company.

Horrible customer service had $1000 in repairs to garage door when warranty work was needed. 46 days later we’re told they no longer work on commercial doors AVOID THIS RIP OFF AT ALL COSTS

Scheduling the installation date was timely and accommodating to our needs. The garage doors and new garage openers are great quality and superior craftsmanship. The installers were courteous and competent. Brandon and his assistant worked diligently and efficiently. They were conscientious and the work area was clear of all debris and clean when finished. First Choice Garage Doors is 1st Rate! I’ve needed my garage door repaired for a while but could not find anyone locally until I came across this company. I emailed First Choice and received a same day response. When I spoke to Debbie describing my door situation, she initially said she would look at the schedule and get back to me early next week, but then she said she wanted to check something and would call me right back. Amazingly, her guys were there within a 1/2 hour (HIGHLY unusual especially on a Friday afternoon here on the Eastern Shore of MD) and for a very reasonable fee my door was suddenly operable for first time in a year. The techs were absolutely wonderful and we were all smiling as they left less than an hour later.Bottom line.... I had such a wonderful experience with First Choice that I’ve decided to get a quote for a new door.AHW 😃
