Had to replace the glass in my slider doors. Placido was prompt, efficient and just great to work with. Would recommend highly!

We are so thankful we found The Glass Guru. They were able to make our dinning room look even better just by changing the glass on on patio sliding door. Due to our sliding door still working, we decided just to change the glass and now it all looks brand new. The owner came to our house both times and made sure we were satisfied. Both workers took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. Their customer service was also wonderful, she was so nice over the phone and didnt rush you off. They called us the day before to remind us of our installation appointment. Another reason why we are so happy we just changed the glass was that it took less than a month from consultation to installation. If we would have changed the whole door, we would have waiting until after September. The price was also good, only a fraction of what some of the other companies were quoting us for. Overall we are so pleased with our new door and we will always go back to them for any door/window needs.

Placido, in addition to his crews, are beyond professional and courteous. Their work ethic should be a model for others out there! Shower doors will be next now that they made the exterior windows basically brand new again!Thanks again Placido!!!

Both Alicia at their office and the installation crew were extremely friendly, professional and willing to answer questions and/or give additional information on both their product and my own property. They worked with me on what I needed for my situation without trying to upsell and while there also gave me a separate estimate on other unrelated work. The end product was perfectly installed and looks fantastic.

Very professional, prompt and courteous, did not waste time getting the job completed and cleaned up after themselves. If I ever screw up again and crack a window again, I will definitely use them! :-)

The entire process was easy...from the initial estimate to glass replacement. Placido spent time looking at some other windows and explaining what would be involved to resolve the issues. He is very knowledgable and patient. The gentleman who installed the glass did a great job. Everything was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend!!

The Glass Guru gentlemen were incredibly professional and did really great work. Fixed the window within an hour of having parts and even cleaned extra windows along the way. Very impressive organization.

I was skeptical since the Glass Guru is a franchise. Boy, did they prove me wrong! I had an excellent experience with them. They came out to give me a quote, which they gave me right on the spot. They ordered the glass and exactly as promised, came and installed my glass . This was a big 5’x 5’ window. They did a perfect job. There is no evidence I even replaced the glass. These guys were prompt, courteous, experienced and knowledgeable. They even vacuumed after the installation. Would recommend them to anyone needing window or glass repair. They are fantastic.

Very professional. They repaired a window that was falling open. came and quoted a price and ordered parts, came back and repaired. Great job!

Sorry to say, however, I tried three times to have someone contact me and never got a call back. I called and spoke to the receptionist. I gave her my phone number and described the services I needed. She said, she would pass on my information and someone would contact me shortly. Never received a call back. Had to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience. Damage to my home, wrong size glass, leaky windows. I had to hire another company to come rectify the issues with the windows immediately after the installation. They have no builder experience what so ever. I would avoid at all cost.
