Mr. Finocchio is not only the very best craftsman with inimitable expertise, he is about the kindest and finest man you could meet. His employees are also very hospitable and you are welcomed in like more of an old friend than a stranger coming in with a guitar.The instruments are adjusted so skillfully that even a demanding genius like my husband was completely astonished by the exquisite metamorphosis of his guitar after a brief stay at Mr. Finocchios wondrous shop. He absolutely loved playing it after his every request was fulfilled meticulously. I loved seeing the boyish delight in his eyes as he rocked out like the super star he truly was.

Frank installed a pickup in my moms brand new Martin M-36. He was SO knowledgeable and helpful. He is an authorized Martin repair man but so much more. I thought going to his store (about 2 hours away from a referral from Nazareth music) that we had to do a lot of research etc. Not the case at all. This man knows, lives, and loves what he does and its speckled throughout the establishment. He was so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. He can basically fix any type of instrument from what I see. I will be bringing my personal guitars to him also. From this point on, he officially is the repairman for me and I couldnt be happier. My mom on the other hand, she feels exactly the same way. Frank, you are amazing.

July, 2017 - I had a great week with Frank and learned a ton about guitar building and working with hand tools. I could not be happier with the acoustic guitar we built. The volume and clarity are beyond belief. I cant wait to go back and build an archtop. Highly recommended.
