Bought a fridge and bed from the other store - Had a great time. Good prices, helpful and patient staff that assisted me in the couple questions I had. Dont be afraid to stop in here, theyre very family orientated and are very responsive to feedback. Thanks again guys.

Let me start by saying the place is compact but has a lot of basic and advanced appliances and furniture. The prices of furniture generally beats art van and gardener white if you compare side by side. The appliances are mostly used but seem great condition. Clean, hardly any visible scratches, works well, and they gave me a 3 month warranty. Ive had my Fridge and stove for a little over a month and I am satisfied with my purchase. I read a lot of reviews from angry customers and frankly I have no idea what store they went to- the sales reps were reasonable and down to earth, the pieces were nice, and the prices are generally fair. 5/5 Would shop again.

Great store, I would definitely recommend visiting if you need a cheap appliance or two. Got a warranty with it but I didnt need it, the staff was pretty nice as well. Good product line, however be wary that most of it is used so dont expect posh unless you can afford it.

I wish I could leave the stars blank! They deserve no stars. I ordered an ottoman in MARCH, along with a plethora of other appliances and furniture, and have yet to receive it. Ive called and every time, I am given the run around. The dryer I purchased from them broke in July. I had it four months. This store is plagued with lying ass sales people. Please dont waste your time or money.

If I could give a lower rating I would. The customer service is horrid. Outside of getting a good deal, which is more like a lower the price swindle to make you buy type of thing they don’t do a good job of accommodating customer needs. They have a this is what you buy or else attitude and will keep making excuses on delivery times and have random delivery fees. They will attempt at keeping the sale without giving the option of a refund even if they never have given or delivered your merchandise. If there is a clash between timing and other technical deliveries that impede between delivery they will try to hold on to your cash for store credit. Questioning to this policy and procedure results in argumentative, combative rants and irate conversations that could only mean that the sale is more import than the customers needs. Keep in mind I haven’t spoken on the technicalities of their merchandise or workmanship. From them constantly making excuses and broken promises I rest assurance in that it perhaps follows the same patterns.

They were very unprofessional in solving the problem i had brought my washing machine and dryer at the close of business because they knew the washing machine did not work they have on the door their business hrs for being open on a sunday waited two hrs they never showed never answering the phone on sunday had to stay home from work on monday repair man showing up at 6pm i was their at 930 am only to find out at 6pm that the bearings wete gone in the washer they never tested the washer and they did nit stay to see on sat if the washer or dryer the would not hook up.the vent for the dryer i had to do even though i paid for hook up he wanted money kept saying hook up is extra and it was paid for when i purchased the washer and dryer a whole wkend with water on my basement floor from washer when i expressed my problem to hussan he act liked it was nothing sent the same man back to my house that did not do his job on sat they have pretty appliance lousy service

Very unprofessional and rude. Claim to give you a warranty but stalls until the warranty runs out and then try and charge you to fix appliances. Sold me a stove that leaked gas and wouldnt fix it or replace it.

Stay away from this store they are severely overpriced with everything even used went in for a air conditioner a simple window air conditioner they wanted $400 for a used one they want $300 theres no way in hell and they keep saying oh its denby denby is not a good product I had one before it only lasted one summer which is why Im looking for a new one do not buy from them they dont even hold up there in with the warranty my cousin bought a refrigerator 2 days later it was leaking call them and they asked what did they do to it they wouldnt repair it replace it nothing avoid this place.

They are a rip off they sell you bad appliances and only offer 90 day warranty, to get longer warranty you have to pay extra $100.The lady that runs this store is very mean and rude, customer service is terrible!!!

They are horrible with returning phone calls, it is a week since I paid for my appliances and they are giving me the run around about delivery. I will be getting my money back and dealing with a more reputable company with better products.

BEWARE!!!! They sold me a broken dryer. They lie to you telling u they work and lie and say u will have a warranty then they dont cover the repair. Then the manager is horrible on top of that! Go elsewhere or u will regret it..

Horrible place. Bought a refrigerator from here and once I plugged it up it smelled like mildew. The Manager (Danielle) tells me smells arent covered under the warranty. It must be something I spilled in it. Noooooo. Its obviously something moldy thats not visible. Then she sends a repair man, who tells me it doesnt smell that bad. How about it shouldnt smell at all!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. They also refuse to give the owners name and number to speak to. There are so many reputable appliance stores in the area, I wish I had read their horrors reviews before spending my money there. I also notice they have dryer sheets in their appliances to mask the smell. Ill be disassembling the refrigerator and posting pics of the inside. Stay tuned.

Im not sure what the salesman was on if anything, but he kept repeatedly saying the same thing over and over. Me personally I dont like buying used appliances, because you never know what bag of worms you might get.

Someone was supposed to come to my home on two occasions to repair my stove and on both times no one came.... Thanks alot!

-1 star Very bad experience first they sent the wrong dryer a week after the expected delivery day then just drop this other one off didnt hook it up which I payed for the hook up .. so when I got it hooked up on my own expense that same night it didnt work they clam they would send a service person that never showed up after I took off work to be home at the specified time and is now saying they cant give me a refund . Of course the owner is now conveniently out of town.

BEWARE!!!!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVERY RECEIVED!!!! PURCHASE A STOVE AND I ASKED THE SALES YOUNG MEN IF THE GAS LINE WAS INCLUDED HE SAID YES!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY DELIVERED IT WITHOUT THE GAS LINE!!!! WHAT A BUNCH MESS!
