Fast appointment. $49 for a windshield chip repair. A little line / seam remained but I assume thats normal and its not a risk for spidering

Dawn was the main reason I chose to come here. From the moment she answered my call, she was pleasant, informative & reassuring. Ive never had to do anything like this before and she guided me and answered all of my concerns. She took my VIN and called back within 5 minutes with a quote for the windshield replacement. Not happy with the service. My windshield doesnt look ok and properly installed. And also the glass is faulty, things look little awkward seeing through the middle.

My double pane low E window got broken. Maybe a beebee? Two other places quoted $250 and $300. Henderson is repairing it for $113. Ill definitely call them first if I need glass repair in the future!

Normally I dont do this but Dawn, the manager dissapointed me. I had my windshield replaced (quick/pain-free) however my headliner was slightly damaged in the process. Dawn was quick to meet with me and inspect my headliner. After a month of un kept promises I have to say I wouldnt suggest anyone who cares about their vehicle does business here. My headliner is still ruined on the jeep I bought for 30k and I was told it was just a car by Bob, Dawns boss.

They were not able to repair my window at my home because it was parked in the street. I did not know that they could not repair it in the street. Safety reasons. So they drove it to the shop for me and fixed it and brought it back to me. I would have to say that that was excellent customer service.

Great experience. Went to Eastpoint store. Called around for best price, set up appointment at store. They did exactly what they said they would for exactly the price I was quoted (what more do you want?). I was told 2 hours - they called my cell at 2 hours 2 minutes! Windshield seems great.

To expensive. Need a better quote matching system whether its a back window or front. Came in for back window for Sarurn Ion and price was ridiculous!!!! $400 was the quote😡😡😡 Same window at Safelite for $228 out the door. Sad that there is such a difference in price. Counter person was very nice said his hands are tied with pricing for back window. Ill pass on those inflated prices!!!! Thumbs Down👎👎

“Super upset” I had a chip repaired on my car 2 years ago. At the time my car was brand new. Not knowing what a chip repair was I took it to Henderson glass by referral When I picked my car up after repair was made to the Windsheild the (chip)crack still appeared to be there Which I brought it to the attention of the lady at the desk she said it will be fine it’s a air pocket. I left trusting Henderson glass but I was still skeptical, uncomfortable about the crack still on my windshield.Now I’m left with the same chip, now the chip is cracking across my windsheild.Hopefully Henderson stands by the satisfaction guaranteed warranty tomorrow?

Well so far I had to wait a week before they could make it to my home also like on here another man said they were late. Twenty mins into the replacement the guy came to my front door and told me now I have to bring it into the shop because he just broke my trim on my 96 mustang GT. Not to happy about having to wait around for parts and labor to be done I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service. I had Henderson glass in Eastpointe come out and replace my rear window that was broken due to theft. They gave me a window of arrival from 10a-12p and he showed up at 12:10p and it took him 2 hours to complete. Day wasted already, come to find out he damaged the trim around my window and told me he had to order the parts and I had to come in another day to have those parts replaced. So a few days later, I take off work and drive up there to have the parts HE damaged replaced. When I got there, half way through they came out saying they ordered half the wrong parts and I would have to come back another day and get them placed on again. while I was waiting to come back, half the trim they placed on their the second time started peeling off and for Weeks I was driving my Grand Cherokee with missing trim and peeling off parts. So I went there today and told them they could have my car for however long they needed to make sure it was perfect and nothing would happen again. She rudely only answered ok and never once apologized for the inconvenience this whole process has taken on me. When I went to pick up my car, she still never apologized, handed me my invoice and still never apologized or did anything to make it right and give me the customer experience that I was hoping Henderson Glass would give. Overall it was a horrible process and I wouldnt of minded it if the customer service was above and beyond like it should of been. She offered to take no money off the bill until I asked her what she was going to make up for the 3 time inconvenience they gave me. She rudely said we dont do that here and I already cost her enough in parts that they damaged so I have no clue why I was to blame for it. After pleading, she gave me $20 off a rudely said sorry for the inconvenience and I walked away. Just not the experience I was hoping to have.

Very poor service before the sale. They dont often aswer the phone, then it goes to a central service for Henderson that takes a message. Then they dont return the call... It is VERY difficult to start to work with them due to lack of communication.

Rude staff at the desk and on phone, and they cracked my new windshield while putting it on. I did get that one for free (and the crack in it is obviously growing), but I will be going elsewhere when I decide to try again.
