Love this place. I go here all the time. Its one of the smaller stores but theyre on point. They are so nice here and they have some amazing deals... I needed a cheap relaxer just for my edges and this bottle was so cheap and it worked.. I was so happy that I didnt have to pay for a whole kit...

Fabulous Customer Service!

They require masks and ask that you use the provided hand sanitizer before coming inside. They do not take returns at all due to covid!

I like this store and it has wjst I need. Well stocked store and has a lot of variety of hair and hair products.

Been coming here every since they opened, they did not have the item I was looking for, they asked if they could help. I told them what I was looking for they said they would order it by the following week to have me as a customer. The next week they did have the product, whenever I go back they never have it on the shelf they have to go in there basement to get it instead of keeping it on the shelf, I went in there yesterday the product again was not on the shelf I asked an employee could they just check the basement for the product, and their answer to me was if it is not on the shelf they do not have it. I repeating asked if they can just check for me. After waiting 20 minutes while still shopping and Im waiting at the register to pay for my stuff and to find out if they had what I came for, no one even had went to check on the item. When i told them i will never shop there again the cashier that was waiting on me left me at the register to go check on it for me. Very Rude. I will drive 5 miles out the way to a store that keeps the items on their shelves and also dont have a problem helping the customers.

Rude as heck! Sad we have businesses with product, but no manners or business savvy. Im at counter 1 minute PRIOR to close. Girl behind counter had coat AND hat on...ready to go, and had an attitude?!!! Felt I was taking too long to make up mind about product. How bout dis, learn your products, so when there are questions YOU can answer them and dont have to waste my time AND money. Where Im employed, I told them we close at 5pm but its service with a smile until we are done!!! No more money of mine.

I took my granddaughter to Maxx im sure she loves the store she only gos to Maxx.

I gave maxx beauty supply a good review 7 months ago. That brought them good business. And the younger guy that works there, and one of the ladys, thanked me for it. Guess how some older guy that works there showed me his apprecation. By being disrepectful and slamming the phone down in my face!! I take back all of the nice things that I said about maxx beauty supply and the staff there.

My sister had me stop here. I will be going back when I need something....

Maxx Beauty Supply is okay but, check the Merchandise before you leave the store. I bought some Earrings., when I opened the package, they were broke! The lady would not exchange them. RIP off!
