Pros:- Customer service was nice and friendlyCons:- Almost left with driver speaker wire broken (fixed on scene)- paid full price for floor model subs (had heavy dust and spider webs on it)- cut wires and tools left in car- two week before they could get my gear installed. Dropped car off at 9am. Done at 4:30 pm.- paid 2500. Amp is just Velcro attached to trunk floor behind subs.- 90% sure my amp should have come with a bass knob that was not included.- Other audio shops told me to get my money back.

I stopped in to inquire about a sound system for my 2021 Ryker 900. JD was my salesman and helped me with my purchase. He was nice and called me when the color I originally wanted came in. Jim was very patient with me and I recommend installer Dan. He did a perfect job on my Lexus installing New Kenwood receiver with amp, subwoofer, remote start, backup camera. My only concern if you want your wires to last forever request ofc (oxygen free copper) I had to ask that by request because most people only want to pay less and dont care about wire corroding. We live in salt belt.

Everything that I bought and get wired up I had to get someone to redo it because all their work is rushed like they do not care my car almost caught on fire two times I even met a lot of people that say the same things! My alarm system is acting weird now saying that my doors are open when they are not! It’s a guarantee if I go to have them fix it they going to make me wait! I would never do Business with them again in life and would not suggest Anyone to do business with them the response to my post is a lie! Even the audio installer asked me for a 100 Dollar tip to complete my work! My audio electronics should have been done correctly the first time not one to or third Time! I just had heated seats I installed on my 2002 Camaro SS.. It was a great experience. The price was great. The service was great. They spotted a couple of things they could address with wiring of other items and cleaned it up without additional charge. They were friendly, knowledgeable and the install was clean and looked factory. Its nice when your expectations are exceeded.. thats rare these days !! WOW !!!!

Went in to have my stereo system upgraded, (Metroparkway and Grosbeck Location)needed more volume and some speakers replaced. They listened to what I had and advised me on what I needed, A processer, amp, converter, tweeters, 6-1/2 2 way speakers and some other add ons. Dropped the car off for two days and when I picked it up I was totally blown away by the sound coming from my car it sounded just like the Ice cream truck. the guy spent 20-30 min trying to tell me how good it sounds and that the bass was fine (No Bass) as long as it was above 30. tried to talk me into getting a new set of subs and a new amp to run it for $966.00 after I was already into it for $1600.not to mention they wired the processer to the fuse box and blew the fuses for my exhaust cut outs and wrapped wires around my compresser, they left the car full of dirty finger prints and the hood was unlatched fortunately I have hood pins. I will not be going back to WOW and would never ever refer them to anyone I know. I gave them two stars for the guy I spoke with the 1st time. I took the car to the dealer and was told they put the wrong type of processer in my car. Back to the drawing board

Horrible customer service,I waited over 2 weeks for my appointment and as im driving there I called them to let them know i was coming a little early and they said my appt was canceled because there was no tech on duty so I said ok I understand stuff happens but no one called me back to reschedule.i had to jump thru loops just to get to my appt and they couldnt even call me to tell me.all these other reviews must be fake.

Was told wait time would be 15-20 minutes. Waited 45 and was told, after I asked, I was being fitted in to the schedule. If told that originally I would have asked for appointment. Will review again after I come back for the appointment. Employees were friendly and did apologize for the wait.

My experience was quick and pleasant. Only issue was that they installed my remote starter/alarm but didnt instruct me on how to operate the fob. Also didnt give me a choice on the alarm decibel strength. End result my alarm sounds muffled and only goes of for about 30 seconds. Needless to say I have to go back but what an inconvenience. 2.5 stars

Terrible experience. I got stuck with incorrect installation. Instead of actual range of half mile, actual product operates only a third of that range. They pulled a fast one on me. Owner at Eastpointe location was very arrogant, and wanted to charge me additional $20 for “taxes and shop fees”. I had to pay that amount. Beware of wrong product (as against what Groupon says), additional fees and arrogant attitude. They did not even have courtesy to show me how the product operates (not a rocket science ofcourse), but tells a lot of their “customer” friendly attitude.Update - Response to owner’s feedback:Not what ‘installed’ price on Groupon means. In fine print, there is no mention about sales tax or ‘shop fees’. Any reason why $7 shop fees is no where mentioned or to be found in fine print or anywhere on the voucher? You claim that it is standard fees you charge to all the vehicles. Also, NO ONE told me about these fees (or asked for additional money) till the very end, just before leaving the shop.Also, as a courtesy, it is expected to walk the customer and show the how the system works (as desired) rather than just verbal direction. I was just handed over the keys and told to leave as I objected to shop fees.Up to 1/2 miles includes’0’ miles as well. So, you may have non working system, and still claim that you are following the terms. What a deceptive marketing.

After 5 visits it worked for less than a year and now i have to visit again because its not working again ! I got an alarm because my car kept being tampered with. After getting this alarm Ive had multiple problems and come back several times but the store owner has always been willing to assist me. Ive only made this one purchase with the store, so this could be a one-off thing, but I am uncomfortable making more expensive purchases at this location. Im continually trying to get my alarm to work as I would like it to, and I hope that I will raise my rating in the future.

Had a remote starter installed that malfunctioned more than a year later. Came in, told them about the problem, they tried to fix it, didnt work, so without a question they removed the old and installed a new system. Glad they took responsibility for their product and installation without playing around.

This place makes customer service look great at McDonalds! I was told numerous times that they would have a time and price estimate together for me, after 3 days I was told that it would take them 12 weeks and 6.5k to do the job. I obviously didnt find that acceptable and was told there was nothing they could do. I towed my car and brought all equipment to be installed to another competitor and was told the job would take 4-5 days and cost less than Wow quoted me, and it was being worked on when i showed up. Wow what a difference from the business practices at Wow Electronics! Use these guys if u dare i wouldnt let them look at anything else ill be having done in the future. Ive found competitors who actually want the work.

Most professional car audio shop I know of

I had bluetooth installed on my factory infotainment system. Bad customer service, install still showed wires and i asked that the button be placed in a specified area which they agreed and ended up putting it where they wanted to put it. On top of all that they tried to charge me $120 more then previously quoted. i was told because they needed to use 2 install harnesses instead of 1 and it took a little longer then expected.

Wow electronics is gotta be a total joke I bought a system over a year ago and Im still having problems with it today is March 25th 2014 2 head units that wouldnt work static cutting in and out radio turns on and off by itself backup camera turning on when youre driving forward a blown speaker I get my truck back the dash was carved up the seat was unplugged because of the latch being broken by them so the passenger side airbag would not deploy if I was in an accident to save somebody elses life take in mind that this is a brand new truck only 6 months old 2012 f150 EcoBoost chipped with 4 inch exhaust water methanol injection airraid intake at the time i said something to them and Ron wanted to tell me well you had to have that 8 inch display like it was my fault I dont know how many times they have pick my truck up from work to try to work on it and it still was wrong now I know they where racing around in my truck because when Im getting 18 to 20 miles per gallon and I get it back and it says 15 theres a problem not to mention they leave the keys in the vehicle with the windows rolled down and my $465 radar detector could get stolen that I bought from them still plugged in to the wrong port so when I pull the power cord out of the cigarette lighter instead of plugging it into the 12 volt power supply like it was supposed to be plugged into it pulls the whole cigarette lighter unit out of the dash they and now the rear defroster works whenever it wants to I fixed the seat theyre using the wrong wire for the rear camera thats why its all staticky we replaced the two Alpine radio with advent system but it still has troubles three weeks later rick told me he got the tools to do the job its a micro SD card I guess big major tool that he had to come up with you also told me I dont know what to do when it dont work most people just accept it good luck on getting a receipt and double checked all your work being done one other thing rick said how he bent over backwards if you bent over backwards you wouldnt had to fix all the damage that you guys did and the radio would have worked right they even offered me a free Alarm car start you know what I said I dont want you f****** touching my truck fix the system now I have to take it somewhere else to get the wire changed for the rear view camera
