I’ve gone to this location multiple times at this point to try to get my prescription right. It’s been a complete disaster. The dr is nice. But I’ve never had it take so many times and still get it wrong. I regret coming here. And I’m out money for an eye exam and nothing to show for it.

A nice place except one thing Be aware they change prices on glasses frames. I looked at a gucci pair of frames I simply asked the lady what was the price she told me $309 I ask for the frame to try on the price got changed once I went back to get eye exam I asked why was price change she told me that was the price 389 or 398 I was confused because thats not what I seen on the frame . I will not be going back there in the near future 1. Why would you have the glasses in the showcase for one price and change the price once she figured out my insurance 2. Very unprofessional

Excellent working with you correcting my vision. Truthful, straight-forward and honest. People like you are hard to come, most healthcare businesses seem to only care about getting you in and out instead of treating and caring for their customers.

The optometrist is very nice and acts human and not afraid of conversation and he educates you well through out the process. Jennifer was amazing! She conversed and also aided me in selecting the frames of my liking. She ran down all of the information that my ins covers and made sure that there was a clear understanding. The other woman that was working there (idk her name) if she was working with me i would Have simply got up and left. She is and has always been so rude and unwelcoming. Her customer service skills suck and she is the reason why my son refuses to go to this location. I spoke To her and she just looked at me. Horrible!

Had a good experience the first time so I went ahead and scheduled a new appointment. Insurance was a part of the discussion and was initially told I can provide whatever information at my appointment (mind you, historically I never bothered with insurance because I paid cash).They left me a few voicemails about wanting to clarify insurance. Actually spoke to someone early Saturday morning about it and mentioned Ill have it . MIND YOU AGAIN, I have paid cash historically for a bloody eye exam. Ive had insurance paperwork printed and ready to provide.Find out today they just moved and cancelled the appointment that Ive had for over a month. Screw me right, I wait that long just to be dismissed like that. You call me at work and leave the voicemail; sorry I cant just drop work responsibilities to take a personal call.Guess Ill stick with my friends and wifes suggestion, go to Warby Parker which can get me in today! Oddly enough they didnt mention anything on the insurance.Dont go here. If you inconvenience them in any fashion by not being able to take their calls over something as stupid as insurance (when you paid CASH LAST TIME), theyll just cancel your appointment youve held for over month. Called them back in less than ten minutes to be told Ill have to reschedule for a later time.Its an eye exam people! Not a bloody surgery potentially being thousands of dollars.

If this location tells you they are putting a rush on your glasses its a lie. You also may hear delivery takes 7-10 business days or another person might tell you 7-14 days you never know what youll get! They cant give etas and no one cares if you have an emergency. If you NEED your glasses quick this is not the place to go!!

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time getting an eye exam and it went very well. The doctor made me feel comfortable while he explained what was happening. He encouraged questions, did his best to answer them and spoke to me in a way that I could best understand (kept it simple). Hes quick, a looker, very thorough and professional. Great staff. I highly recommend!

First and foremost very Clean place! Music is soft and relaxing. The eye doctor is absolutely amazing!!! Very patient, very sweet and very helpful. He speaks very clearly to make sure you understand what’s going on with you. With everything going on with the covid people have been very rude, exhausted and just ruthless. Today I received excellent service from the front desk receptionist to the doctor. THANK YOU!!! I will be bringing my family here from now on. Dr. Girth!! You’re amazing

Best place ever! They are polite and knowledgeable. The eye doctor was Amazing and so was Anna the sales rep. She always help me find the best glasses that fit my face and style. Shes honest and sweet as pie. This store also has a great variety of glasses.

I love this place. I’ve been to other svs visions and this one I’ve had the best experience at so far. Very clean place, the workers are very polite and helpful. Also the eye doctor is outstanding, very outgoing and friendly and does his job well. This place makes you feel good about yourself and helps pick out the best glasses! Highly recommend!

Workers are very rude and unprofessional for the 3rd time. I had to leave out and go to another location. And they also didn’t want to open the expensive glasses for my son, And showed him to the Medicaid frames. I instantly grab my son and told them I won’t spend a dollar with them.

There was an issue with.my original pair of glasses, the factory made them wrong. The Team here made it right, got a completely different pair at no cost to me. Great bunch of people working there.

I enjoyed the experience of getting my glasses and contacts. The customer service rep Brandi was overall the best service rep. She was nice and friendly. She made me feel like I was like a family member.

From the moment I walked in I was very hesitant because Ive been to like six different Optical places and the people werent genuinely friendly they approached me with fake smiles and werent really interested in my needs Brandy not only clean my existing glasses but also didnt act disappointed when I said I would think about it the same niceness that was exhibited when she spoke to me was the same niceness I received when she thought I was leaving Ive been in Corporate America for 25 years when people dont think theyre making the sale their demeanor changed but hers didnt still friendly and polite and extremely professional I will recommend all my family and friends to this location Brandy I really appreciate your professionalism.

I’ve been to a few SVS Vision location (3 of is in the home wear glasses) This location was great Love the Atmosphere and staff was very polite/ helpful! The Dr is amazing he knows his stuff and cares for his patients.

I brought my kids in for their yearly exams & the optometrist was awesome! He did a great job with the kids & the ladies were very patient with us as we picked out frames.

Great optometrist and nice staff but the turn around time for you to receive your eyeglasses is ridiculous. I have waited 2 weeks and still no word on my prepaid order!

Anna and Dr. Rula were the BEST! Anna explained everything regarding my insurance so I could actually understand it ☺️ And Dr. Rula is an excellent Optician. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for my future vision needs.

No one told me that If i didn’t pay $65 upfront for contacts that I would have to come in for another appointment and pay $165 !!!!!! That’s OUTRAGEOUS IM GOING BACK TO AMERICAS BEST IVE ALWAYS HAD MY CONTACT PRESCRIPTION ON FILE THERE one appt and if I couldn’t pay for he contacts up front I always could back and get them with my prescription on file !!! I moved out here or I never would of left the place I go to downriver !!!!
