Purchased a new mattress, box spring, and frame from here. Also got a new bedding set to go with the new bed. The process was easy and all the items I wanted was in stock. The delivery is extra and must be paid to the drivers when it is delivered because they use a third party company, but my box spring was free with the purchase of my mattress so it didnt take me out of my budget. Ive had my bed for about a month now and I love it.

Love the store BUT the air conditioning does not work at this location. Very hot and uncomfortable while youre trying to shop. Even the poor employees feel the same, Ive heard them complaining about it. Do love the awesome products and low prices. Good parking and sometimes and E-coupon if you sign up.

I was in your store,last week Monday, October 4th. I what I was looking for, but the cashier was very rude to me and she said we dont do that. The store was also a mess. It looked like a tornado was through the store.The items that I picked out, I up and left the store. I took my business elsewhere and I was happy at the other store. I will not shop at the 10 Mile Road Big Lots or any other Big Lots Stores again. Big Lots looks like a Dollar General with Furniture and they dont deliver.

Hadnt been to a Big Lots for a minute. Changes...nice changes. Easier aisles to maneuver. More accessible items. Still great prices. Love the sales there! Fadt friendly checkouts. Helpful staff. Will be back!

Without exaggeration, this is the worst Big Lots location I have ever seen. The shelves look like a hurricane hit the store. Items are literally thrown all over the shelves in no order whatsoever, and the building overall is filthy. Bonus: I got to listen to the cashier spend several minutes complaining to me that shell never be able to retire before she dies, because I really needed to listen to that uplifting rant.

I went for a queen bed frame. They were out and I had to wait a long time to get help. However, I did a nice table cloth for only $4 and a good deal on picnic supplies.Be careful with the 30 day return policy though. They will take 20% off of your refund, even with the receipt.

It was good. I was followed through the store. Which I didnt like. However they did have all the things I needed. They also had great furniture!

They got great furniture and a great price and everythings a deal as far as food and home decor goes!

Couldnt make my purchase, registers were down .I found what I was looking for that wasnt at 2 other big lots stores .disappointing. No fault of of anyone just my bad luck.

They always have great little distractions for me. I always come here to get my SUN laundry detergent. The employees are always helpful and pleasant.

I like the variety in the furniture department. Pricing is not bad either especially for mattresses and sectionals

The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She threw my rewards card and receipt on the counter. She implied that the person that was with me was stealing after she already paid for her items. I will never shop a Big Lots again. Your cashiers need to be properly trained on customer service and professionalism. Wish I could give no stars.

Havent been there in a while but I love my Big lots

Needed an affordable recliner for my 88 year old neighbor. There were many to choose from and at the most reasonable of prices.

My problem with them is there is hardly any price tags on items. If youre not going to put price tags on items, then provide scanners. Its a headache and hassle to disrupt someone elses time at cashing out to ask for a price check or get to the register and have price shock. Ive found this to be an issue with all of the ones Ive visited.

The lady that helped us tonight was very friendly and polite and we were in and out with exactly what we were looking for

Prices arent much different than in a regular store. Next time I will just go to Kroger.

THEY WILL TELL YOU YES REGARDLESS IF THEY HAVE IT OR NOT AND PUT A HOLD ON THAT MONEY ON YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AND WILL HOLD THAT MONEY FOR SEVERAL DAYS. GO TO THE STORE PERSONALLY IF YOU USE A CARD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OVER THE PHONE OR ON WEB. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR IN ORDER TO HOLD YOUR MONEY, PROBABLY SO THAT YOU WILL SPEND IT WITH THEM ADVENTUALY .DO NOT, DO NOT USE A CARD WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL WISH THAT YOU HADNT.

Shelves were pretty empty.Hopefully if I go back they will be better stocked.

Its a nice place to go. Sometimes, you can find what youre looking for there when you cant find what you need. They also have decent prices.

Big lots have decent prices and the furniture is really worth buying, this store could be mopped more often, but the cashiers are always fast and friendly, this is my go to spot since target closed at Eastland...

You can find a lot of things at this store the DVDs is kind of high there $2 but everything is is nice they have a 99 Cent clothes rack and they are very friendly

The cashier was extremely rude sort temper and yelled at me...I was there to pick up an online order. The other young lady that helped me went above and beyond to assist me. The complete opposite of the cashier.

They never have anything in stock selves stay in disarray no one is never around to help and answer questions for customers.

They are remodeling the inside of the store but it was still very shopable I was able to find everything I was looking for. Unfortunately it was very hot in the store because the ac was not working. Other than that it wasnt bad at all.

Visited for the first time in a few years. Prices werent much lower than the regular store, and some were even higher.

I always get what I came for, usually tea candles you get 100 for $5, which last pretty good. While there I find other items that are not in the stores that I frequent.

Good place to shop. Good deals, and helpful staff.

I placed a delivery order on line and I was pleasantly surprised how fast was delivered, and how neatly packed. Way to go Big Lots!

I really expected my experience to be better. I went in to purchase a kitchen table and 5 chair set. The lady that assisted me was not very friendly. I asked her about the 15%discount I saw online and was expecting to pay. Also, the store had a ton of circulars stating the table and chair set was $250 but somehow I ended up paying full price. Nonetheless, at the checkout Danellle the cashier was very nice and polite. She was tentative and made sure I was taking care of. I guess it was a bitter sweet experience.

Was a little sad when I entered the store it looks to me like it will be closing soon. I started shopping at the location when it first opened. Brought a entertainment unit and still have today. Will hate to see it gone.

I Like Big Lots I always have. Its close to my house within a mile and a half! Sometimes I go in there without a car so I dont buy so much!!! However, today I had the same idea except that put everything by the cash register and went back for more uh oh! Besides its super awesome now since all the Kmarts are closed up around here!

Delays on my furniture

Ive been coming here since I was little I literally live right across the street, it would nice to see a change on the modeling because it is a old location.Another thing would be that they need to keep better care of the bathrooms.:/ its was not only gross. But sad at the way females treat the restrooms here.Makes us females look like trash.

Big lots is under remodeling, the floors are a mess, and the aisles are to close together, they didnt have everything that was advertised. But the associate and cashier was very helpful, courteous and friendly.

I love big lots due to their inexpensive prices... Especially the coconut oil!! I purchase 102 FL oz of Butcher Boy refined coconut oil for a price of $12... However they also sell kitchen items, furniture, and anything else you may need... Great place to find a good bargain for the right price
