We had 3 windows replaced. We were pleasantly surprised upon purchase that we did not have to stain and varnish moldings! Installation went well and on schedule.The windows are very well made and the moldings look great. The salesperson, office staff and installation crew were all nice and professional. We are a repeat customer of Tailor Made windows.

I called this company first in the morning got rushed off the phone but not until I was referred to go to Lowes or Home Depot. I appreciate the advice however, since the lady told me the company is booked out to March. Have a nice day but not before you hire someone else to answer the phone.

Windows installed 7 years ago. Have water damage on all interior window sills at the mullion indicative of a seal issue. Employee returned to tell me needed new siding and drainage issues. Composite wood sills. Had new Z channels put in to insure no water getting behind and moisture levels checked. Be replacing all my window sills myself

Tailor Made windows was incredible to work with. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They came back out and measured once more before manufacturing to ensure windows fit properly and the measurements from the sales team were correct. Installers were here today to replaced two 6 X 5 windows. Windows were of the highest quality and the installers were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They removed old windows with no damage and installed new ones without damaging any existing walls. The crew really knew their duties and installed windows per industry standard and beyond. They made sure everything was cleaned up and vaccumed and swept inside and outside. Really pleasurable experience.

This is a small company, with great pricing, they did 2 very large custom windows for me. And at about ⅓ the price of large companies that advertise. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and really knew their profession. I couldnt ask for a better outcome. They replaced the entire sills as well. Im happy to have supported a local business that really does care about is customers. I fully recommend this place to anyone in need of windows, doors, gutters, or any other exterior/interior services they may offer. Extremely satisfied customer here!

Ross took the time to educate us on different door types and professionally dealt with our questions and additional quotes as we finalized our decision for three doors plus a screen door. The installers really know what theyre doing, and theyre great people. The finish work on our doors -- the sills, plates, molding, and trim -- is stellar. I used Tailor Made to replace my front door. They were extremely knowledgeable about all my options given that my old door was a challenge to replace. The installers did a great job not only installing the new door seamlessly but also cleaned up after themselves. If not for my beautiful new door, I would have never even known they were there. Excellent work.

My whole experience with this company has been great. They were nice, honest, gave me a great price and when the installers came today they did a phenomenal job. They cleaned up so well you would’ve never even known that they were here. Pat and Dave did a great job! Highly recommend and I will be getting more work done from them!

The windows are good but incorrectly installed or sized such that the weep holes were either caulked over or the sills were angled downward, causing rain water to run toward the window rather than away. Used large beads of silicone caulk inside that immediately and forever attracts dust that sticks to the caulk and can’t be removed - it looks awful. Installers themselves were nice guys and they cleaned up after themselves but the workmanship is lacking.

They might or might not do a great job on doors, but I’ll never use them. I set an appointment to drop by during a winter storm only to find when I got in there four people not wearing masks at the height of the pandemic. And a dog running free in the showroom. I’m sure the dog is well socialized, but still.I apologized and told them I couldn’t stay under the circumstances, and the only response was “Oh.”More than 100 Americans died from COVID-19 so far for every one that died on 9/11. Put on those masks, please.

We just had windows replaced in our 1925 home. Pat and Jason did an amazing job with the install and trimmed them out beautifully to match the aesthetic of the home. They were also very friendly, professional, and kept the job site so neat. I highly recommend Tailor Made!

Overall we are very pleased with our Tailor Made experience. The installation crew was great, the sliding glass door looks great and the price was fair.

A couple weeks after my new purchase of 2 windows, the larger window in living room was not installed correctly or was defective. Tailor made was horrible and did not want to repair it. I could not open the window!! After repeatedly making an effort to get them to honor their warranty on a newly installed window, they refused to fix it. I had to call the manufacturer which was a Canadian manufacturer. They came out and fixed it. If i didnt take the initiative to pursue the defect i would have been left with a non-functioning window, which was just installed a few weeks prior and they Tailor Made would have been responsible for the produce and installation as stated in the purchase agreement. No concern was shown for me the purchaser, no follow-up on the issue was made and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone because of the horrible after the sale problem. If the window had a defect they should have contacted the manufacturer or whom ever, they are the representative on the sale and product on a new purchase. Highly disappointed in our neighborhood dealer I wanted to support. Seemed like a family own place that just dont care, to proud to show any concern. This was several years ago.

I called to get 6 windows replaced two exterior and interior doors. At time of call I was greeted with nothing but rudeness by the secretary of the company. Ive learned long ago that first impression is the best impression. Dont waste your time dealing with this company.

I think they are out of business or there is some type of trouble with their business. We are one of their suppliers and they owe us significant amounts of money and will not answer the phone. I would be cautious before doing business with them and I would not give them any money down.

We had new windows installed by this company & we cant say enough good things about them. They were prompt, honest, explained everything thoroughly & when it was time for the installation, everything was done perfectly. The workers took such great care that it was like they were installing windows in their own home. They cleaned up after themselves, explained how the windows worked & they left our home as if no major construction had been done. True professionals & we highly recommend them. We ordered the North Star windows are are extremely pleased with them. One of our neighbors had them out too, to replace all their old windows, so I asked them how they heard of Tailor Made & he just said they used them once before on a previous house they owned & there was no question who they were going to call when they needed windows replaced in their current home. Garbage windows, had them installed 10 years ago and the latches broke, they are very hard to raise and the company won’t stand behind there work. I should have gone with wallside. Do your homework before going with this unreliable company!!!!!
