Convenient, quick and easy access to the storage place without having to step inside the store/office. general managers attentiveness and patience during the process. It’s a little harder to find the unit on your own so when they offer you the tour to see the unit take it lol. but outside of that amazing!

What a great place! The manager Diana was so nice and helpful with all of the questions I had. This had to be the cleanest storage facility Ive seen, and would highly recommend!

Ive been with them for a minute. I wasnt able to put my belongings in my apartment, so I had to put it in storage. Liz is a good manager and she will work with you. The storage is basically new. Doesnt smell like mice and is very clean. Just as long as you pay your monthly rent, you wont have any issues.

Daisy was awesome, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She took great care in allowing me the layout and different options. Happy to have chosen this storage facility!

I love the units here, the hallways have motion lights that turn on as you walk down the hall and you can actually park INSIDE the building so you dont get wet!

It nice and all however I dont like the fact that the prices are different people are paying higer prices than others that have the same unit sizes Liz claim the prices change. Well i beginning to feel there is some discrimination going on. And in the process of having it investigated. I never recall reading anything in the contract stating PRICES OF THE STORAGE UNITS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. how is it that you pay $340 for a 10 x 18 then $425.00 for a 10x18. Well i sure reached out to the news media maybe the camera man Hall of shame or help me hank cank can solve this mess

Love that we show up with the truck to drop off the first load of things and the gate closes at 10:00pm so we can’t even use our code to get in... would have been nice to know before we spent money here. Now we need to pay for the truck a second time.

I chose this particular location because it is fairly new (hoping it is clean). I did not expect the great customer service to come with it (and it is clean). Liz and Nate truly exceeded my expectations! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable and going over and beyond to accommodate my needs just to name a few! This is not just a place of storage, Liz and Nate truly shows value! I received an email about replacing employees with kiosks. That will be a huge mistake!!! A kiosk will never be able to compare to the human connection and passion that Liz and Nate provides. They take the leg work out of misunderstanding the contract and have answers to questions that makes you feel like your things will be secured.

I must say EXTRA SPACE STORAGE is the best I have been to.Upon getting the storage Nathan and Liz were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is well maintained. Nathan made sure that I got the storage unit that is feasible for me. He was very informative about the storage policies. Very accommodating I feel very safe and secure the place is well lit up on the inside.Its always clean I had experience getting my keys locked in my car and nathan called a lock Smith for me what a helpful gesture. His care and concern made a difficult situation easier.When I come to the storage in the morning I always see Liz or Nathan with a cleaning cart keeping the facility clean the staff is what makes Extra Space Storage so great.Nathan and Liz are providing excellent service and I am glad I selected this facility for my storage!Extra Space Storage without a doubt a exceptional to obtain a storage unit. They need to get the other door fixed it is ridiculous that you have to back in in order to get out or turn the truck around inside the building and there are other trucks in there get it together people I feel everybody me say receive a discount for the inconvenience of the door being broken

I am a new customer at this storage and i was disappointed at the fact that the storage unit i was given have sticky solution on the floor. Who ever mops out the storages has done a poor job. I didnt rent a storage to clean the residue that was left on the floorBefore my items go in there somebody has to clean the floor and i know everybody storage dont look like my floor it was still wet like a dirty mop was use. Other than that I think the facility is very nice and the. the couple of employees i have encountered was pleasant and welcoming. I look forward to having a good experience.
