Highly DO NOT recommend! The owner replaced a piece of glass on our equipment today. Our men were present during installation. The owner tripped broke the glass and still installed it and said that’s the best he can do. The black sealant was all Over the glass and told our men just to scrape it off. The glass itself cost over $300 and he stated he just wouldn’t charge us for the service he provided and would not purchase a new piece of glass. “That’s the best he can do “Classic collision in Madison recommend him but I would highly suggest you chose another company!

Didnt clean up there mess after job, left lots of debris inside vehicle. Didnt replace all parts. Installed part upside down. When issues were brought to them they were aggressive raising there voice, rude and condescending behavior by technician and took no accountability for issues or mistakes. I wouldnt recommend to anyone

Originally, having heard good things about Clear Image, I made contact with them. They were horrible at returning phone calls. I waited a week for them to contact me in regard to my windshield being ordered, once I called back they realized that they hadnt ordered the windshield (after previously saying it was being shipped from another state). Several promises were made to contact me about said replacement, but it never happened. Needless to say, but another company replaced my windshield.

Horrible customer service. One star is even too much credit. This company lies and misrepresents their intentions. BEWARE of these rednecks in hiding. Owner/ manager Bobby Brown lacks integrity and cannot be trusted for his word. Make sure to completely inspect their work BEFORE paying these people a dime.

The service is horrible. There is only one guy that does the installations and he rushes through the work. He installed my windshield and it leaked for weeks. He had to come out repeatedly to reseal it and rushed through it so it continued to leak. Since he is the owner, he is free to do whatever he wants. Do not give this guy your money.
