Well I can never find the majority of supplies I need. The layouts of all these stores seem to be getting worse. Its a good thing Colorest is nearby. But sometimes I get lucky and find a paint or canvas I need.

Wonderful staff and a very well maintained store. I found plenty of chart options for my project and what appeared to be a very long check out line moved surprisingly fast. Great job Michaels!

This store is puts a spell on you. I go in there for glitter and end up spending $100. Only complaint is you have to hunt down an employee for assistance.

Geoffrey was extremely helpful. He walked me to the items I needed and checked prices for me. Great customer service from him. The cashier wasnt as nice or helpful. Unfortunately she wasnt wearing a name tag. Some prices were a little too much and others were fine.

I love how well kept the store is, very clean good selection of products for a range of people: kids, hobbyists, small business, professional. However they dont stock Sun Catchers, but thats just me being old and nostalgic, no fault to them.

I thought it was way overpriced but they have some cool things.

Utilized the curbside pickup option. I liked that staff came to car with their mask on and waited while I checked the order to the items in the bag. Courteous and professional. Prior to covid I would often shop at this location and have never been dissatisfied.

If you are a crafter or a baker etc and Jeff something Michaels has it. The workers are very friendly and eager to help.

I always feel being a guy a little out of place shopping in one of these craft stores. But one of the sales people help me find the things I needed and got me out of within 15 minutes.

Craftsmart model clay completely off shelves. Very rude employees. My autistic young adult son will only use this product no one could provide answers and no one at this store could help us. Actually the young girl with the frizzy hair ponytail mocked us. She said we haven’t had that in years. She’s wrong. Because my son jack and I shop in Eatontown often. Nasty. Staff. I’ll never go back.

Out of so much inventory, wasnt able to find alot of what I was looking for.

Some signage was in the wrong spot which I took for a sale on the items I had just to be turned down saying its incorrect item

Nice large store with good merchandise. Always check for coupons as you can really save $$$. Today I used a 40% off one item. Not bad. Public bathroom and water fountain. In a mini mall with a Starbucks and Ruffino pizzeria. Make the trip. Best place to buy very nice artificial plants.

Great store with friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Love the website and app for easy to use. With weekly coupons it hard to stay out of this store. They also offer order online and pick up in-store. Love this feature.

The lines are always too long and not enough registers open. Prices are a bit too high. Some of the employees arent that friendly or helpful. I never feel welcome when I go on there.

I found the store disorganized, had nothing for Thanksgiving, the parking lot is a hazard. People coming off 36, driving like they are on the highway, using the parking lot as a short cut.

In my opinion, their prices are to high for crafting!! Every item I picked up an item it did not have a price on it. I hate that. Is it that hard to put a price sticker on an item??

I like Michaels there prices are good as long as your a member and use there coupons . Eatontown location is usually clean and staff friendly. They also have a nice selection of merchandise and if you make a mistake in your choice they easily take returns.

Michelle is a great store for you crafty people out there. You can make or decorate anything from model planes to making things with yarn. And the staff at the register are pretty up to speed, but they need more than one cashier because the one cashier has to ring up eight people in line and that is a lot for one person.

Line to check out is always too long shouldnt take 20 to check out. But staff is very friendly even though Im sure they are stressed being short staffed all the time

I wasted my whole day waiting for SAME DAY curbside pickup to find out theyre delayed 48hrs. Next time please email your customer and let them know how long the delay is and that you cant provide SAME DAY pickup so they dont wast their time sitting by the phone.

I had my daughters Birthday party here. They were helpful and were able to handle everything in stride. We always love shopping here and the staff has always been knowledgeable.
