I worked with Penny, and she was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, resourceful, and extremely patient. I had a small little project, which Im sure theyre not used to, and my indecisiveness had me jumping back and forth (driving myself crazy, and probably her too), but she was extremely polite and was always so supportive. This review is a long time coming! We worked with Paul who went above and beyond to make our kitchen dreams come true. From our farmhouse sink to our cabinet hardware... Paul was always there to give his best, honest, expert opinion. By the end of our kitchen renovation Paul felt more like family than just a Kohler consultant! He truly made the process enjoyable from start to finish. Im really looking forward to demoing another room in my house JUST so we can see Paul again. On Thursday October 07, 2021 my Wife and I had an Appointment for a Bathroom renovation. We met with Paul Gassert who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite. He understood and complemented our vision. We were given a large amount of information and suggestions without being overwhelmed. We left with the confidence that their logo of You Dream It, We Design It is true. It was a very pleasurable informational and shopping experience. We are looking forward to working with them and completing our Dream Bathroom...

In a world where there are supply shortages and shipping delays everywhere you turn, along with impersonal transactions over the phone or through email, it is really nice to have been able to walk into a showroom without an appointment and shop for my project in person. An added bonus was being helped by a knowledgeable and patient sales person, like Paul Gassert, who did everything he could to push for and provide accurate time lines for delivery and followed through on every detail until the shipment was received. My wife and I will be be back for the next bathroom re-model after Christmas.

Purchased a full bathroom from them- tub, faucets, shower kit, medicine cabinet, lights, etc.First, for a luxury store, the customer service is appalling. Lucky to get responses, or updates on missing parts of your order (multiple items are on back order and you pay in advance for everything). After a month I am still waiting for a faucet and I have to call to get updates. The updates are we ordered it, you may receive it tomorrow, but it doesnt appear.Second, the manager was combative on issues and returns. There was a trim kit that does not fit a valve without an adapter (I found out about the adapter by calling the manufacturer). The adapter was not included in the order and the store kept saying my plumber was incompetent, but the truth is they lack acumen on how installs actually work. Plumbing is not rocket science butFinally, if you need a return for a flaw or defect, they will automatically tell you to call the manufacturer. They do not want you to return to the store.Overall the store is pretty, and I will go there for ideas, but I will go to Ferguson to buy.

Excellent resource with a talented team that knows their ‘stuff.’ Paul initially helped us design our master bathroom and then other rooms from that point forward. He has an excellent, smart, elegant aesthetic and listened to understand our goals / vision. From there he worked very hard to identify options / products to make our renovation special (and within our budget), livable and classic.From a logistics perspective, Paul kept us updated on shipping dates and was tireless in his effort to find items we wanted. He also shared pro tips to a renovation, including some paint colors. I’ve never been more impressed with a design showroom and designer.Highly highly recommend this showroom and the team there! Very grateful.Also, FYI, the showroom is not exclusive to one brand. Bring photos and samples of tile, cabinets etc to make the most of your time there. You will be inspired and definitely not disappointed!

This is a fabulous show room with beatifully created displays. I am an interior designer and I brought my clients to choose fixtures for a luxurious Master Bath. Pablo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was instrumental in advising us on each product and we left there very happy to have purchased the entire suite. This is my go to supplier for all things Kohler!

My mother purchased two toilets and a faucet on 5/26/21. One toilet didnt fit the space so only a couple of days after delivery, she reached out to the associate who sold them to her and arranged for the pick up and refund. Today is 7/8/21 and finally, after multiple phone calls on my mothers part, much misinformation and lack of follow through on the associates part, she has her refund. We will never purchase another Kohler product again and suggest you go to Atlantic Plumbing Supply in Long Branch and ask for Nancy. She was efficient & knowledgeable, which are two qualities that are sorely lacking in the Eatontown, NJ Kohler store.

This was my second visit to Kohler. The first time was last summer. We were told to leave because we didn’t have an appointment and they were too busy. We just wanted to browse and we didn’t want to waste a salespersons time. So that was that.The second time was today. The store was pretty empty. The salesperson who “helped” me was nice, but I could tell that my patronage wasn’t really needed. I think they prefer customers with bigger projects. Their selection of kitchen faucets and cabinet pulls wasn’t impressive, and they didn’t have backsplash tile or hood range vents.The quality of the products looked decent. So if you have a big project, it might be worth a visit. But I probably wouldn’t go back.

Appointment did not start well, it got better. We were confused that we had to set an appoinment were greated at the door bought over to our consultant who was in the middle of something and barley raised his head to great us. He then spent 10 minutes looking for a wood sample afer my husband and I showed him exactly what we wanted? Ultimately he knew what we he was talking about and gave us some good advise.

My husband Chris and I are in the process of a home renovation which includes our master bath and hall bath. We have been very busy selecting finishes, furniture, and everything else needed to complete our project. The process is overwhelming, yet fun, but the challenges of timing everything for our reno, because of delays in shipping due to the pandemic, has added stress to decision making due to the fact that we have less time to deliberate over our choices.After spending hours pouring over pinterest boards for bathroom inspiration, we went to a couple of big box stores and also checked out online retailers searching for the perfect fixtures for our bathroom. Nothing felt or looked right, nor did the quality seem like what we were looking for. My husband, after googling plumbing supply, suggested we go to Kohler, so I called and made an appointment. I had never been in a Kohler showroom so I did not know what to expect.On the day of our appointment, we arrived at the Eatontown, NJ Kohler Signature Store and were met by a very friendly staff who got us started by inviting us to look around a bit. I had it in my mind that I wanted gold tone fixtures for our master bath, my husband was hoping for something else, but wasnt sure what.As we looked around, a gentleman by the name of Paul introduced himself and explained that he would be assisting us during our appointment. Immediately, we found Paul to be EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I was very nervous trying to figure out which finishes to pick and what would work with our budget. I know Paul could sense (anybody could sense) how anxious I was and how overwhelmed I felt. Luckily for me, my sweet husband and PATIENT Paul, helped make the most of our appointment so that in the end, I was over the moon with what we ordered!Paul LISTENED to what was important to us, was concerned in keeping within our budget, and understood my design esthetic. When I got to the point of complete indecision, lol, Paul masterfully steered me in a direction I hadnt expected to go. He recommended I consider polished nickel instead of gold. The gorgeous finish was EXACTLY what I didnt know I wanted until I saw it in person, and my husband was thrilled that I liked something other than Elvis Presley Gold :) Paul made the experience very, very easy!Not only did Paul help reel me in and finally fall in love with a choice, he also went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to insure we would have EVERYTHING we needed in time for the renovation to begin. This included working for us on his day off, going to bat for us to secure a very important part, contacting a shower door company to confirm what options we could choose from, and most importantly, being kind, professional, and understanding about my process.The Kohler product speaks for itself, youand can buy Kohler product in many places. What made the whole Kohler experience AMAZING for us, was absolutely, 100%, Paul! I went to Kohler for bathroom fixtures and discovered that they have a whole line of cabinetry plus on offer.Pablo has spent a lot of time carefully designing my kitchen, even on his days off! He’s been patient and very attentive to detail. And I noticed it’s very much a team effort ~ if Pablo doesn’t know something, there’s an associate ready to help.I am very excited about moving forward with him knowing I have the stellar reputations of Kohler and GPS behind my project.I am confident I will be able to add more to my review and recommendation post my kitchen’s completion.

I truly dislike shopping at the big box stores where I always see the staff chatting with each other, and not with customers!When the need arose to update my kitchen and bathroom, I picked Kohler because - they are the best! Their website is spectacularly helpful, and to my pleasant surprise I found they even had a beautiful Kohler Signature Store nearby!Due to Covid policies, I had to book a reservation, which was the same day! My consultant/advisor/guide (not just a salesman, nor a mere order-taker!) Paul Gassert was truly a Godsend. He has a nice, dry sense of humor, and a keen knowledge of Kohlers offerings, as well as a great attitude.I truly appreciate all the recommendations that Paul made, in a true consulting approach - he listened to my needs, my preferences, and often came up with a solution that I wouldnt have necessarily made. A month ago, I wouldnt have thought of a beautiful black Kohler enameled cast-iron sink for my gorgeous new copper countertops - Paul suggested one, and educated me that such a sink is not a porcelain sink! It all turned out amazing!I thoroughly recommend Paul, the Kohler store, and the brand - but be prepared to go in wonderful directions that you probably dont realize exist. Your mind will be pleasantly challenged, and the staff there spend all their time talking to customers, and not to each other!THANKS TO PAUL & KOHLER FOR MAKING MY DREAMS COME TRUE :-)

I believe this is the first time I have ever posted an online review, but our positive experience with Mike Hughes definitely warrants 5 stars and well beyond that! Building a home is one of the most stressful things one can do, and it was a true joy working with Mike who broke everything down so clearly for us and made this particular part of the building process so much easier. Agreed with the last post. They have terrible customer service. There was no one is the store and the lady at the front told me I need an appt. She finally let me in, but told me I just had a few minutes. They are very rude and act like you are bothering them by coming into their store. I asked for a sample from a tile they have on their showroom floor. They were out of samples and when I asked them if they could please order a sample, they said I would have to pay. They had no idea when samples would come in. Mike replied, I dont know if you know but there is a virus going on. They cant call to get a sample, you just have to wait indefinitely. Very rude and unprofessional. This is not what you expect when you go to Kohler. Ive been to many other tile stores and always had positive experiences.

Don’t waste your time with this store because you will not get good service. The store has great products and I have renovated several homes and have always been a loyal customer to Kohler but the staff at this store have the worst customer service And we will never step foot in that store again. As soon as we walked in, the young Girl at the front desk seemed annoyed that we disturbed her from her iPhone and that she had to get up from her chair. We knew exactly what we wanted and found the fixtures that we wanted within 5 minutes The sales person seemed off putting and after another 5 minutes of the sales woman looking in her computer, she told us that the items that we wanted weren’t available for another 5-6 weeks and made a B-Line for the door to show us out. She actually waited at the front door as if to say” hurry up and get out” as we slowly walked towards the door while looking at other fixtures for other ideas. We were looking for gold shower fixtures and I find it hard to believe that there were no other gold fixtures in this entire store to sell us and she never offered an alternative fixture. Maybe we didn’t fit the profile or pull up in the “right car”, or maybe we “look” like we could afford the fixtures. Never judge by its coverI don’t know what it was but they lost a client for life.I guess business is soooo good that they don’t care
