Great Customer Service The Store Manager Was Super Helpful With My Girlfriend. Helping her find products and listening to her concerns because she is allergic to certain products.

This place has nice things related to beauty... And the staff is very pleasent...

There is NEVER enough staff at this location!! The employees there are always very nice and try to be as helpful as possible while they are juggling 900 things at once, but one employee is not enough to handle makeup questions, plus security alarms going off, plus waiting customers at the register. SHAME ON YOU SEPHORA!

Horrible service. I walked around and received very little help. I had questions but there was no one there to answer them. I say little help instead of zero because one of the 2 workers gave me a new tester for the tinted moisturizer I wanted to buy. But she was also very short with me and couldnt even stand still to speak to me but had a completely different demeanor when speaking to another customer. Idk, maybe she thought I wasnt going to buy but I had every intention to. The other worker asked me how I was doing then proceeded to work with the same customer she was already working with for the first 10 mins of my visit. The simple fact I couldnt even ask a simple question while I was looking for items is what got me. I ended up using the same tester as a sunscreen and leaving.The alarm went off when I was leaving and the worker had the time to come and see if I had stolen anything but not to help me find what I needed. When I went through again no alarm sounded. Dont go to this Sephora. Ever. I saw the reviews and decided I would try it anyway. Bad decision on my part.UPDATE 3/19/2019 A manager did contact me awhile back and offered me a free makeover whenever I went in. I visited again yesterday to pick up my serum I ran out of and got it in and out. There was one person working, stocking and talking to someone else who I guess works there but wasnt clocked in. Again no real help or a glance in the several customers directions but at least she wasnt rude.
