The staff are friendly and works as fast as they can especially since this location is so busy. Drive thru is usually wrapped around the parking lot so if you are running on crunch time, I suggest you order via app and pick up in store.

Nice drinks, always very busy. Especially the drive-thru. Expect to spend 15 minutes average if waiting for drink, maybe longer at prime hours.Baristas are friendly.

Drive thru line is always super long here. The line does move however.Just be prepared for a super busy location when you enter this particular location. Note: I have never had a problem with my order despite it being very busy here.

Would like to give 5 stars but I would like hot coffee also. Im sure keeping it hot sucks but so does spending over $3 for it. I promise when I want ice coffee I will order just that. Up the game on temperature ill up the stars

I dont think you can ever come here and not have an insane drive through line, but they do their best and youre usually not waiting past the point of annoyance. Never had a bad experience but just like every Starbucks its very expensive. I only go here when I get gift cards through work.

Starbucks employees deserve all the love. There are like 20 cars waiting in drive-thru so I decided to walk in. What I liked the most is their way of treating customers even they are busy. Patient and kind!

I had a seamless mobile order experience. Staff is friendly and efficient. Seemed like a fairly quiet spot (not as busy as expected on a Sunday). Drive thru was empty (Ive almost never seen that at a Starbucks). The location is a bit hard to access give how New Jersey highways are organized (jug handles etc).

I pulled up to this location and noticed a really long line so in no immediate rush, I parked my car and walked inside. It was obvious that the staff behind the counter was hustling to properly cater to the long line of cars- you have to admire the pep in their step.However, it must be pretty hard to do when a manager-like figure was yelling at them from the other side of the counter, blocking my (the paying customer’s) path to the register to place my order.Being someone who has worked in the service industry for almost 10 years now, I can understand that addressing your staff about request offs, and the schedule being posted (especially with summertime vacation time and requests pouring in) can be exasperating but there is also a time & place.I was embarrassed for not only the manager but the current staff behind the counter who were getting scolded, not only while they had a line of 20 cars outside but also myself, one other person behind me in line to order and two other patrons in the sitting area.It was very off putting to know that in that moment it was more important for a manager to “make her point” to her employees instead of allowing them to continue to work hard in what was clearly an already busy/intense/preoccupied situation.My drink was delicious and was produced in a timely manner, which was the only saving grace of the whole scenario.My heart goes out to those employees. As for management, time & place.

I just went today (11/02/2020) at around 1:30 and had a wonderful barista I didnt get her name, but I talked to her on the speaker and stuttered so much explaining how my sister dropped her coffee and I wanted to get the same person to make her coffee because she said it was the best one she ever had. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I just wanted to give her praise and say thank you again.

Amazing experience here, went to the drive up and the line was long but the wait wasnt. They was extremely on point with getting the customers moving w/ they orders. This green tea lemonade was so delicious!!!!

Always have a problem when I stop by this location. Their Mobil orders are never correct. How hard is it to make a black iced tea with no water??? Nothing hard, simple drink! I have to remember when Im out this way theres another Starbucks down the street also with a drive thru!

Nine times out of ten my order is correct so hooray for that. What baffles me is the amount of people willing to wait on the drive thru line when its so much quicker to just walk in.

Great service, but long drive through line. A few people got tired of waiting and left the line. Hard to service the large volume of customers with safety-limited capacity.

Ive been going to the Starbucks location for a little over four and a half years now. And I honestly have to say the quality of the drinks and the customer service has slowly been declining overtime. The one thing that they are consistent about is side conversation during interactions with clients. The quality of the drinks has also started to decline. Many times during the week my drinks have burnt espresso shots. The lattes are not frothy with any type of foam on top. Some days the drinks are warm are there days they are scorching hot. About 3 times a month will I get a really good latte from this location.

I went to this Starbucks today 5/31/2020 and asked for the first responders free coffee after my co worker got a free one. I was told the promotion was over and ended up paying $4.95 for small coffee. When I got home, I called Starbucks at the same location and asked if they still had the first responders free coffee and was told yes but today was the last day. I explained to the young lady what happened to me at the drive thru and she changed her story stating “oh maybe my manager changed the rules”. Bottom line is I find the employees to be inconsistent and liars so I will not be returning to that Starbucks. I’m grateful for Starbucks offering free coffee to first responders, however my experience today was horrible.

Im in really above and beyond what they need to do they were just very friendly personable and cool and I really enjoyed talking to them. The quality of the beverages we were served with stop notch without a doubt. I like this store but the drive-through line is always crazy long. This can make it tough to navigate around the parking lot of strip mall where this store is located.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks location in a 30 mile radius. I cant say for SURE 100% that Ive definitely been to every single one but Im 100% sure that Ive been to 90+% of them within that distance-including rest stop and Barnes and Nobel locations.

Coffee was good and window server was polite and professional . Only reason this doesnt get five stars is the long wait at the drive thru. A good 10 minute wait before you can place your order . I guess its not their fault but its not mine either .

This is a nice Starbucks with a drive thru. However, it is hard to get to from rt 35 and rt 36. Its really crazy. Im sure the locals are laughing but being out of town it was tough. Either way its clean and has a nice airy place to sit.

Fair location, they have trouble keeping the sandwiches cooking evenly here. Mostly smiling faces but a couple of real downers in the crew. I am looking forward to seeing the new drinks come out seasonally as well as the snacks.

Pleasant experience after several visits here. Clean, auick, friendly. Doesnt have Reserve line which I prefer. Tougher to get to due jug handles typical of New Jersey. But, that is normal.

Terrible, sorry to say but the eatontown Starbucks staff is nothing but disturbing I ordered an egg, cheese and bacon sandwich the other day and asked for a packet of ketchup. The man treated me like insulted him. “ WE don’t don’t put ketchup on our sandwiches here, you’ll have to bring your own ketchup if you want it“ people were behind me and I felt embarrassed. My daughter was with me and ordered a Pink drink and was told, we’re out. Are you kidding me ? My daughter goes there pretty regularly with college friends and Eatontown SB is Notorious for getting their orders wrong. There is another Starbucks the down the road we won’t be going back to Eatontown ...

Worth waiting in line for

Typical Starbucks. The usual menu, lots if coffees and some pastries and other small things to eat. Some coffee related gift items to go. Friendly, helpful staff, a plus. Hard to spot in the corner of a strip mall, a minus and not easy to access. Limited parking directly in front, though the overall parking lot us very large. You can get there and back from Route 35, but its not obvious. Nets out to three stars.

Always fast service when I visit. Excellent baristas. This site always had some great treats, which I have not seen at other locations. They now have Siggis Icelandic yogurt (my personal fave.) They used to have on the go olive packs.
