Are u guys building skynet?

Extremely bad customer service. They have huge product delays, and dont act on whats promised, even if there is email as proof. Wont use them again, and am making a recommendation to my company to stop using them as a vendor.

Worst customer service, you place the order get confirmation email and wait for months not receiving the product . Credit card will be authorized but you will not get the product. When you call customer service, they will say the product is discontinued . If you ask why no communication they will be cut the line. Don’t trust this company . CDW .

The worst experience ever. Ordered a software on Friday afternoon, was supposed to be E dropped in 1-2 days. One week later, we got nothing, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional representatives, dont know what was done and what wasnt. I dont think I have EVER had such a negative online experience. Ever. Do not use this company even if their prices are lower. There is a reason for it, lol, they dont deliver what they promise.
