First time visit for eye check up/prescription was the best! Carol at the front desk was awesome - felt like I have been visiting this office for years. She was so funny and helpful at the same time. Kimberly who did all the preliminary tests was also so nice and helpful. Dr. Reitter was kind and very caring when fitting me for contacts with knowledge of my past eye problems. I am excited to go back for my next visit to say the least.

We loved our experience at Pearle Vision! Dina helped my mom pick out glasses. Not only did she have patience, but helped my mom step by step through the process. When my mom came to pick up her glasses Brendan was kind and compassionate. He helped my mom fix her glasses to her liking and answered all the questions she had. He also fixed my grandmother’s glasses to perfection. 110% recommend this place!!

THE BEST!!Dr. Stephanie Reitter was Amazing and thorough. I felt completely comfortable. Before I met with her, her assistant took care of the preliminary tests. Pictures of your eyes, etc. She was very knowledgeable and kind.The people up front were great too! I’ve been a customer for 10 years now. Every worker is loving and caring and want the best for you. They will let you know if glasses don’t look good on you or if they look absolutely stunning. If you need contacts they will supply them to you too! I love pearls vision and I highly recommend you visit them and see what it is about!

These good people went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Dina, Steve, Sally and Virginia were all friendly and helpful. I needed a rush on my glasses because I was heading out of town. I called a few days after getting fitted and spoke to Steve. He called the lab and my glasses were in my hands (ok, on my face) in two days. Dr. Reitter was awesome and thorough, and took the time to explain what her findings were in great detail. Too often, doctors seem to be in a rush to see as many people as possible - bouncing from one room to the next. Not here. I was given the courtesy of personalized, professional care. Brought my prescription to Costco to get new glasses. Apparently Dr. Reitter never signed my prescription. Called the office and I was told to first pay a $40 balance to get the doctors signature for the prescription I was already suppose to have. Found out about the balance at that same time.Update: showed up later that day to pay the balance. The staff completely changed their story and said that they never tried to persuade me to pay anything. They were surprised to find out their earlier conversation was recorded.Received a phone call the next day from the regional manager, and was told I never owed anything and that it was a huge mistake on the staff’s part. I was given a refund for the “balance”.

The doctor was nice but the optometrist was pretty rude and would not give me my PD.Also I have asked 4 times for them to stop calling me or remove my number, but they dont.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Virginia who works for Pearle Vision in Eatontown, NJ. To make a long story short, I recently fled NJ due to a domestic violence situation. I am now staying with a friend in another state and unfortunately I ran out of contacts. Virginia went above & beyond for me as she understood how traumatic things have been for me. She wanted to help in any way she could. My contacts were on back order, and I do not have the money to see another eye doctor down here. After I had my over the phone appointment, she sent me some contacts to get me by until my year supply of contacts came in. She called me frequently with updates, and she was always so kind, patient, and understanding. She eventually was able to have my year supply mailed directly to me. She did all of this behind the scenes.. she frequently called the contact company to make sure I would get them as soon as possible. She definitely went above & beyond.We live in a harsh, and sometimes very cruel world. I have witnessed first hand just how tough life can be. But I am also extremely humbled when I come across someone with a good heart. I value that more than anything else in this world. Virginia has a really good heart and I truly hope her bosses appreciate it. Because good employees like this are rare.. very rare actually. She didn’t have to do everything that she did. But she did it because she cared & wanted to try to make my life a little less stressful.To her bosses Randy & Ed, please do something kind for Virginia. Show her how much you appreciate her as an invaluable employee. Because she certainly deserves the recognition.Thank you, Virginia. I had a really great experience at Pearle Vision Eatontown! I was able to make my eye exam appointment online and the entire staff was welcoming and assisted in some new glasses for myself and my wife. After just 10 days, our glasses were ready and shoutout to Sally for ensuring they fit properly!! Thank you for your great customer service! :)

The worst place ever. They turned my 99 year old mother away because she forgot her medicare card. She was just there 6 months ago! All her info is on file. Staff was unpleasant and dismissive. Told her she had to back come another day. She is obviously feeble and it was an incredible effort for her to get there. And now she has to go back. The doc came out and had her read a chart and said you have a problem. He still wouldnt see her. No one should be treated this way let alone a 99 year old woman!

I visited Pearle Vision eat on town for my eye exam. Dr. Matthew Lauletti listen to all my concerns and treated me in best way. After my eye exam I went to store for frames. There are so many collections and all are very nice. I Got myself a new pair of glasses at best price.

My elderly mother needed her glasses adjusted and fitted properly. The staff at Pearle Vision Eatontown were great. They took the time to adjust the arms and change the pads on the nose bridge. They fitted them perfectly for her comfort. Very kind and knowledgeable.

Although they were very professional my only beef was how incredibly expensive there frames and lenses were. And they talked me into transitional lenses which I could not get used to.. I ended up going to American Lenses and getting two pair of bifocals for the price of one...

I brought my mother to Pearle Vision in Eatontown for an exam and the Eye Exam staff was extremely helpful and caring during her vision screening. Virginia welcomed us and made sure we were well taken care of during our visit. She is very competent and kind in her dealings with all customers. Had managed to break the smallest screw I have ever seen in an older pair of glasses. This held the nose pad in place. Needless to say, the glasses were not really usable without it. Sally took the glasses, extracted the broken screw and did the repair cheerfully. She gave the glasses a cleaning to boot. Cheerful staff and customer service. Perfect!

On the spot I walked into Pearle Vision. The staff was so accommodating!! I had a problem with my glasses and two people immediately stopped to help me. After 30 mins working on my glasses they fixed them ! What a great helpful staff ! Highly recommend !

A piece of my new glasses had broken on the weekend and was hanging by a thread. The place where I had gotten them were not opened until Wednesday and I wasnt sure if my glasses could last that long, so I decided to go to Pearle Vision to see if they had that piece to fix it. They were able to fix them and I was very happy that I could get them fixed, so they didnt break anymore, because at the time I didnt have a spare pair of glasses. They did a good job and thank you very much. Pearle Vision Center is a great place to go get glasses and frames.

The doctors and staff at this location were some of the best that Ive had to deal with. A very knowledgeable young man named James helped me select the frames and lenses that were best for me. The great selection is topped only by the enthusiasm of the employees. I will definitely be returning to order some prescription sunglasses.

Don’t believe these people when they tell you your new glasses will be ready in 7-10 days. I ordered my glasses August 5th, it’s now August 22nd and they’re saying they MIGHT be ready next Tuesday the 27th. This, after having told me “tomorrow” every day last week.Terrible customer service. I do have a complicated prescription, but if they’d be honest from the beginning I wouldn’t be upset.

Ive been going to Drs. Breeden and Minsky for a long time and theyve always provided me with very thorough eye care! The last time I was there, they used some fancy new equipment to test my eyes for glaucoma!! I like the fact that they are up to date and using the latest technology!!! Plus their staff always takes good care of me by helping with my insurance!!! Wouldnt go to anyone else!!!

I had a horrible experience. They wanted me to spend almost $1,000 on a pair of glasses, I got the same pair at Costco for $239.00. They repeatedly gave me useless papers claiming they were my prescription. It took 4 days to finally get the right prescription. Even then they tried to blame Costco for wanting a prescription, which is required by law. Unbelievably unprofessional. Absolutely the worst eye care experience Ive ever had.
