Food is decent at best. This is the second time I ordered and it’s not worth the price or the nasty attitude you get from the man that answers the phone.FUN FACT: if you ask for wings fried hard, they send them rubbery. And if you ask for extra duck sauce and hot sauce, and they charge you an extra dollar, they don’t send you any sauce at all.

Terrible terrible service!!!! I only order from here bc they are closest to me. Ordered food over the phone and paid by debit card. Food arrives and the delivery guy said i didnt pay. Back and forth over the phone with the restaurant, no English being spoken. The delivery guy was EXTREMELY LOUD communicating. Never again.

This restaurant is doubtless one of the most attractive place in the neighborhood. They keep their very high standard service .I am never disappointed. Food always really good .

1st time trying. Chicken was cooked perfectly tender not gooey. Beef and eggplant full of flavor( ask extra spicy because not at all spicy) lo mein was yummy they added an ingredient/spice I couldnt determine and was tastey. Shrimp roll not greasy. Steamed veggies and tofu delicious!

Wow- their pork is absolutely perfect. amazingly full of flavor and moist! if youre a local or just passing through, great place to feed your hunger at a reasonable price. Right next to a convenient store, which is... convenient- Yum! will be back!

In a word ( NASTY🤮) The food I ordered tasted old and on the virge of being rotten, soaked in oil. Definitely wasted my money on this dinner

The fried dumpling were delicious. Dont get the chicken chow mein unless you love pepper. I cant eat spice and chicken chow mein is very plain. Not this one. Unfortunately could not eat.

The food is Nothing special. Shrimp fried rice was terrible. No flavor, literally rice shrimp and onions. First time and the last.

My first time here was phenomenal, my second was far from that. Ordered my food at 6, given a pick up time of 6:30. Get there at 6:25, foods not ready yet, which is fine. So i sit down, and 10 minutes later the guy sitting there when i came in got his order. 15 more minutes pass. 5 more people have now entered the restaurant and are waiting to pick up their food. I go to the register to find out whats going on, only to be mostly ignored for fifteen more minutes. Finally foos starts coming out, and somehow I, the person who has been waiting by far the longest, somehow receive my food last at 7 pm. I get home and open my food only to find that they’ve gotten half of my order wrong.

I called to place an order for delivery and I waited an 1hr and 25 mins, what was worst was that the delivery guy called 30 mins after I placed my order to ask for the street address again and said he would be here in 20 mins. When he finally arrived it was 10 mins to 2pm and my food was cold. Never again will i order as the service was poor and the food cold. It didnt stop them from wanting to charge me full price for food that was not even hot. I will make sure to let those I work with not to order from here.

Second time I’ve ordered from them and it wasn’t even edible. General Tso’s were like rocks and barely any sauce. Rice was good as usual. I will give them one more try before I stop ordering from them altogether. Very disappointed, as I have ordered from them ALOT since they opened and were called Kwong Fat.

Ordered delivery on a Wednesday night... arrived TWO HOURS after I ordered. Called twice after over an hour had passed and no apology whatsoever. Order arrived and there were no sauce packets. The pork fried rice is yellow and has no egg. Egg roll had no meat, only cabbage. Do not recommend.

Uughhh man was their chicken and broccoli good. Perfectly seasoned and perfect amount of sauce. Sometimes when i get chinese food theres always this one piece of chicken that makes me not want my food anymore, but from them i had no issues whatsoever. Chicken was nice and tender and i could tell it was real chicken breast. Delicious guys keep up the good work!

My parents have been going here for years. Even before my brother and I were born. The food has consistently been delicious despite mutilple changes of ownership. Always fresh and always quick. We still frequent here after moving about 35 minutes away, mostly for the chicken wings and chinatown menu items. Anything you order will be good and its a great place for quick and cheap food. Our local Chinese spots are decent in comparison but Kwang Fa is worth the trip when it comes to fast food Chinese.

We’ve ordered the chicken and broccoli from them a few times. Extra saucy. Amazing. I tried 5 other places and the sauce just wasn’t right... this place is the best. Haven’t tried anything else yet but love that!!!

Was passing by, felt hungry, checked Google and found this place. Taste good! I recommend chicken and eggplant with garlic sauce.

I ordered two orders of Shrimp Mei Fun. I ordered it plain with just the noodles and $3 extra shrimp for each order for delivery to my home. Half an hour later, it gets to my house and I pay the man before going into my kitchen. When I check, the order is completely wrong. The noodles are not plain, they are soaked in soy sauce with vegetables and it looked like they were fried. I call the restaurant back, hoping to see if they would be able to correct the mistake. The woman on the phone was very rude started screaming at me saying goes my fault for not specify hang that I wanted to noodles plane when I clearly did when I ordered the first time. She then handed the phone off to a man who is just as rude. He did not offer to correct the problem, instead he went on blaming me for their mistake. I stated that I wanted a refund and that I would drive there myself to do so. When I get there the man is so very rude and inconsiderate, even raising his voice to me in front of other customers in the restaurant. As Im trying to explain why I didnt think I had to specify that I wanted my plain noodles to be without soy sauce and vegetables, he turns around and calls me a stupid white girl and that he did not want me and his restaurant anymore. I looked it him and just walked away.Ive been going to this restaurant with my family since I was 8 years old. And not only was he vehemently rude and disrespectful, he was racist. I will never be going there again, my family will never be going there again, and advise but you never go there. I dont care if you think that youre right, you never treat a customer like they did.

By far the best Chinese Take Out in the area! My family has been eating there for at least 10+ years and loves everything on the menu. The food is flavorful and fresh. Theyll even make changes for your picky eater.

Whenever I go to Tinton Falls, NJ, this is 1 of my favorite places to get Chinese food. I especially love their chicken wings, shrimp fried rice & shrimp egg foo yung!

Kwong Fa Restaurant is my go to when in jersey. My usual, beef & broccoli, is always freshly prepared with the best ingredients. They have greatly sized proportions, so your appetite will be satisfied.

Delivery time and delivery man super nice. Wontons good, jumbo shrimp and garlic sauce? More like 6 medium shrimp and jumbo broccoli in garlic sauce. Ah well.

My brother order fried shrimp and brought us soda and we order a coke and two sprites and the guy brought 2 and said he was going to bring an extra one in twenty minutes the like an 1 hour later he brings it and bring one we were inside already and my friend had to knock on he door to give it to us the people that were outside said that he didn’t even get out the car he just honked gave them the soda now they can be anyone and they could of took the soda and when he gave it to them he just drove off🤦‍♀️ And they did that before I would never waste my money on this place EVER again also sometimes when we’re outside wait for our mom to come back the delivery guy would look in our car sometime we’ll bang on the window to get him to go away HE VERY CREEPY I would not park by the front of the store🤢🤮

I have come here for 20 yrs,. The food 99 pct of time was excellent. The owners sold the restaurant to a new group, maybe its just a matter of getting new cooks but theres a noticable difference in the taste and not for the better. Also they are NOT kwong fat they removed that name and are now Chinese restaurant I hope they get better they were convenient.

Highly recommend Singapore Rice noodle here if you haven’t tried. Nice friendly people!

I go to Kwong Fa because they serve Hong Kong style noodle soups. They will if asked customize their soups such as when I went there after throat surgery and needed soft easily swallowed things to eat.So far as I know they are the only place in Monmouth county that serves Hong Kong style noodle soup and their portions are large but not too large.

Love this place, grew up eating it and I appreciate even more as I get older. Definitely a yes if youre hungry and want food now

Started eating here 20 yrs ago when we lived in eatontown. Moved to Jackson 11 yrs ago and STILL drive up to eatontown for Kwong Fa takeout. I have never had better chinese food and we tried a lot of places when moved.

I work in the area several times a year and order from them every time. Food is always great.

Ordered the chicken with cashews. It was upwards of 90% large, uncooked celery with several pieces of chicken and a cashew or two. In addition to the bad food, the owner was just about the most racist, rude person Ive ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Avoid this place.
