We love this store. Found our new dining set and at a great price during Columbus Day Sale! We havent gotten a delivery yet because it isnt due in until next year . We are happy we went in off season so by the time summer rolls around we will have our new set!

Marge at the Eatontown store is simply the best. While Fortunoff was unable To fulfill an order we placed due to shipping limitations, Marge was tireless in her efforts to make us happy. She helped make out outdoor summer plans a huge success!! Thanks Marge!!!

Great service. We ordered two outdoor sets in February 2021 - one for our patio and one for our deck. We didnt get our furniture until late June and we still are missing a couple of pieces. Unfortunately thats just they way things are during COVID. We expressed our concern because we were expecting the furniture in May and we were getting married in early June and had a small reception at our house. They gave us a loaner table and chairs for our wedding for our patio. Debbie you are the best!!

The store is located next to Macys Furniture Gallery. We walked there after visiting the Furniture Gallery. The sales people are very courteous and were able to answer all the question and provide some feedback on the materials, pricing, sales and convenience. The store has attractive outdoor dining sets of high quality. At the end of the day we walked away with a sizable purchase - simply because it was the combination of the following: quality of the furniture, comfort, the look, attractive sale price, best time of the year to make a purchase (around the Presidents day) and knowledge of sales team. Will definitely come back if there is a need for outdoor furniture/accessories.

Our salesman Sal was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise they sell. He also spent considerable time with us answering all of our questions even rearranging some of the displays so we could see how the furniture would appear on our deck. If you are looking for outdoor furniture I recommend stopping in to see the quality furniture they sell.

If I could give nothing I would. Been waiting on chairs since Labor Day 2020. They continually blame the pandemic, its utterly ridiculous. First, delivery was scheduled for November 2020, then January 2021 then April, then May. Now delivery was moved to mid July 2021. I doubt theyll be delivered in July either. Ive also only been notified by the store twice that my delivery was canceled. So, you could be waiting around for a delivery that never shows up and wasting your whole day. Theyre not even nice about it. Buy from a Mom and Pop outfit because fortunoff sucks!

We bought a large expandable table with 8 chairs as well as a sectional that had 2 love seats and 2 cuddle beds.My only problem is everything is on back order so I’m getting all my stuff piecemeal from June thru August. Ordering at the end of April was clearly too late, and not ideal

Sales associate, Cindy, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.The only thing I dont like about Fortunoff is there return policy if product is not delivered on time.

My husband and I purchased a patio set table, 6 chairs and sofa in Feb 2021. We specifically asked if it would be delivered by the 1st week in May in time for our daughters 2nd birthday party - which we hosted completely outside due to COVID restrictions. In early April we called to request the status of our delivery. We were told the table was backordered and would not be available by the 1st week of May. No apologies except that Sal, the sales person who sold us this furniture set, was no longer working at this location and no one updated us on its arrival time. Long story short, we received 1 damaged chair, 1 damaged couch, and not the table we ordered. After multiple attempts to contact the manager and rectify these errors, we have not received any updates or compensation for their mistakes. I am extremely unsatisfied with their customer service and will never purchase from this store again.

Great product, overpriced but no competition out there when it Comes to outdoor furniture. I would have given a 5 star but the old manager Cristian is no longer there. Real nice guy, people person, and competitive pricing. Not so much under new management I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

We are very happy we decided to purchase our backyard furniture at Fortunoff Backyard Store . Debbie Belpedio, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helped to make our final decision an easy one .

Stuff is expensive, even when on sale, but well made and beautiful. Lately like most furniture it’s taking a long time to get but we were very happy to get half our order today.

Once they get your order they never follow up or return your calls. Pathetic I am really disappointed with their service, I would never buy anything from again.

I called the Fortunoff store in Eatontown and spoke with Kelly. She was so helpful. She checked the stock room for the umbrella i wanted and put my name on the box to hold it. When I arrived Kelly pulled the umbrella from the stock room, and she opened the box so I could see the color. I wanted a brighter red, and Kelly went back and grabbed another umbrella that was exactly what I was looking for. After she rang up the sale she even helped carry it out to my car. We recently purchased outdoor furniture and other items and the experience was very good. The sales people were patient and knowledgeable while we went thru different options and we wound up going back a couple of times for other items. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping at Fortunoff, especially the Eatontown, NJ location.

Our Fortunoff experience was wonderful. Beginning with John at the Lawrenceville NJ store. I called to inquire about Christmas trees. John told me his store was not selling trees this year. He recommended Fortunoffs Eatontown NJ for the largest selection. At the Eatontown store Cynthia was extremely cordial, helpful and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She made this shopping experience a joy!Follow up problems!!!Perhaps I spoke too soon. The day before the scheduled delivery of our tree, the Fortunoff warehouse notified us that when they were loading the truck they discovered that they didnt have our tree in stock . When I contacted the Eatontown store, Debbie (who we knew from prior purchases) was most helpful. She found our tree in stock at the Freehold store. I promptly drove there and picked up the tree. Unfortunately when we went to put up the tree the next day, we found it was not Power Connect as advertised and required wiring the 3 sections together. We specifically bought this tree for the simple connection. So another drive back to Eatontown (1 hour + each way). Again Cynthia was most helpful and we wound up purchasing a different tee that had Power Connect. It is scheduled for delivery next week and I have my fingers crossed!In summary, despite the excellent attention and service we received from all the Fortunoff store personnel, communication issues from the warehouse and miscommunication in the Fortunoff system on the issue of Power Connect resulted in me driving Six hours round-trip and still hoping for my tree to arrive as scheduled. I feel bad for the employees who did everything possible, yet the corporate issues sabotoged my Fortunoff experience;

She knew exactly what I was looking for and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me with my table and umbrella purchase. She was a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! Spent $7000 on outdoor furniture and went to the store with my umbrella that had toppled over and the tube split. The manager - John Torpey’s first statement was “ its not under warranty” and you will need to purchase a new one. How about offering to repair it or at least sorry for your experience. Fact is that this happened on a clear day not in the middle of a storm since the umbrella is top heavy and should not be left open as the tubular extension is very thin. Nonetheless, I purchased a replacement-no discount - and when I went to leave the store he insisted I take the broken one claiming he had “no room for it” in his 20,000 sq.ft. store - only under duress he took it and threw it into a corner and broke the top! Today I received a txt that the replacement arrived - drove a half hour once again only to find a used umbrella that was laying in the corner with threads unraveling and a dented tube awaiting pickup - one would think that in these difficult times a retailer would appreciate a customer but it is apparent that this store doesn’t.STAY AWAY!!!

Great products & Exceptional service

When we first walked in, I didn’t think I would find anything for my family. However, Debbie was very helpful without being sometimes typical furniture store overbearing. She was knowledgeable and courteous and worked with us on what we wanted. I ended up walking out with more than I went in for and that was half bc of the holiday sale and half bc of Debbie’s help, all made the deal something we couldnt pass up.

Went to the Eatontown location...Gina and Mark were extremely helpful and professional and helped us get something we loved within our budget. We will definitely go back !
