The lady working at this store was talking on FaceTime with her friend and was more worried about her night out rather than helping me find the right hat… I asked if they had a different size for a certain hat that I wanted and she proceeded to talk on her phone.. Very rude and disrespectful. Such a waste of time going there if your looking for a specific hat.

Terrible. Guy that works there or owns it whatever, apparently has no clue how to determine head size to hat size. I said my kids head is 201/2 inches. He said “I don’t know what that is” I said his head it’s 201/2 inches around. He said again very bluntly “I don’t know what that is” Wait what? You can’t determine a head size by the person telling you the head size? You poor thing. Maybe be open when your hours are posted and you would learn how to respond to a customer knowledgeably. There is no need for anyone to buy from this place. Online you can get better help and better prices...lmao!!

The manager with the service dog is rude and I would never shop there. Not like I can half the time the store is closed. How can you shop at a store with an employee who has no self control or respect for people.
