Go to a different shop dont use this amateur!!!! I wouldnt bring this machine anywhere near your shop install the lights correct the first timedont worry ill spread the word horrible he doesnt keep his word !!!! service is really bad I had lights installed every time I hit the rear brake the head light comes on !! Bob just wants your money he cant wait to retire and skip town . I dont care what he thinks I had a bad time dealing with him and his company. this guy just wants your money and doesnt care about customer satisfaction !!

Called looking for a TE150. They didnt have one in stock, but Bob called me back minutes later after securing one from another shop. He pushed my credit application through over the phone and the next day I was able to sign some papers, pick up my bike and ride that weekend. Based on his knowledge and passion for riding, it is clear that he has been solely running his shop for a very long time for the right reasons. So refreshing to deal with a human being and not a corporate sales person!

The worst place of business I have ever dealt with. Took my dirt bike to this location who was told it would take 2 weeks to get the part I repair the motorcycle. After having my dirt bike for a month there was still no work or progress done to the motorcycle I expressed that I would be picking my motorcycle up and he stated that it would be put back together. When I arrive to pick up my motorcycle the bike was still completely apart the owner became defensive and aggressive and began to scream and raises hands complaining as to why the bike wasnt done blaming me for the issues and blaming covid19as to why he didnt get part. The bike needed a carb, the carb can be bought on Amazon and he could of had it in 3 days. I express to the owner I did not want to go back-and-forth with him and that I want my motorcycle how he promised. The owner walked my bike to me and pieces through the other pieces on the ground and told me to take him to court if I was not happy. The owner walked away in which I believed he was gone to the office to get my remaining parts, The owner left in his vehicle and took another motorcycle for delivery, I had to call the local police department and file a report due to the behavior and unprofessional determinated by the owner.Update 11/3/2020This will be my response since Google reviews will only allow one comment per/personLets get the facts. You have no idea what the police said because you were not there. Stop spreading lies.Second you had no idea what was wrong with my bike and your goal was to throw parts at it until it worked. You said you ordered a carb for my bike. The carb had nothing wrong with it. The bike needed a valve adjustment (I found out cause I took it to a real shop) you also still owe me $50 for parts I had to replace after you lost them and refuse to have my bike put back together. Ill upload the video of how I got my bike back from you and your behavior the day of the incident.

Best one on one service you can get when shopping for a Husqvarna. Bob has many many years of first hand experience that’s hard to beat. This helps when choosing between all the models, something you cannot accomplish shopping online. Just purchased my second bike from these guys and happy I did.

One of the worst experiences we have ever dealt with in any business. This guy has serious anger management issues. Even after given multiple opportunities to do the right thing -never been treated so poorly from beginning to end. Really odd & disappointing experience.

Not sure what place or product the other guys are reviewing but Central Jersey has been a great experience. Was able to test ride bikes before deciding on one, which is unheard of for any dirt bike dealership. Found the right one and have been getting parts and service tips ever since from the owner and his team of guys. Bike is awesome and delivers way beyond my expectations. Cant wait to buy another.

Got my bike a couple years ago and aside from it being the most amazing bike I ever had whenever I need maintenance or repairs Bob and his team know exactly what the problem is and get me back in the trails amazingly quick

Do not waste your time! Complete waste of time and unprofessional, made a deal over the phone, ran credit, said I would be approved, told him I will be in next day he says no problem. Drive 3 hours from NY only to find a note on the door that says please call ******** not in right now then when I call him he gives me a run around about his system being down, so why not call me before I drive 3 hours ? Thank god I went to town and country shortly after he stood us up and ended up getting a better deal and a better bike, and of course better sales man! So read the reviews and pay attention to them unlike I did and save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Other than Husky being a crap product I agree with Dave- I had to had some work done on my bike and it was the only shop withing a an hour that could do it.. Dont get me wrong the quality of workmanship was good. But the customer service was terrible;You end up chasing the guy around.. For the price I wouldnt expect to do so much followup.Typical x racer went brand owner. Elitist and curt.

Ive purchased bikes, parts and sometimes even have called for advice on troublshooting. Have always been treated fairly with all the above. I have no hesitation to recommend Central Jersey Cycles to friends.Its always best to call ahead if you want to stop for a visit to see some bikes.

Recently picked up a used Husky 310 and needed some help. Gave Bob a call, brought the bike to him and all went well. Cant ask for more then that! I found the prices were also good on parts and labor and Bob was quick to answer all my questions.

He doesnt care to help you at all. Acts like you arent worth his time. Laughed and cursed at me saying its effing pocket change when all I did was ask for the total! Are you kidding me? Would you just give someone a blank check and say oh yeah just charge me? This is my second time calling him and he is extremely unprofessional. If he wasnt the only one with this part Id be taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend doing business with Central Jersey cycle.

Real J-Offs!!!! The guy there is a straight up D@#*. If you ride or use anything other then that crap brand that they sell they act like you’re not worth their time. I live right around the corner from them and if this guy acted just a little decent I would give him all my business and order everything from him. Instead when I called not once, not twice, but on three different occasions he just blow me off and did it with quit an attitude. The last time he just hung up on me when I was in the middle of thanking him for his time. I work in the automotive industry and have been sending everyone to two other places more then a half an hour away. Im guessing he just makes to much money and is way to busy so he doesnt need the extra business.

Bob is a rarity in the business, simply interested in taking care of the customer and is very passionate about motorcycles.

I bought my txc 310 from Bob at Central Jersey, i felt the experience was positive and everything went well. had a few issues at first with the bike that he resolved them professionally and i have been riding it for about 3 years now with no complaint. Ive called him in a pinch and he has left parts outside for me during off hours. hes a stand up guy for sure, I plan to return to CJC to buy a 16 as soon as there on the floor.

Dont waste your time. I drove an hour and a half to come look at a new husky 300 but when I got there the door was locked and sign on the door saying please call. I called both numbers on the sign. No answer. Absolutely rediculous Will never buy from here.
