Gary was incredibly friendly and informative as this was my first time as a storage customer. He as well as John, his partner put me completely at ease as this can be a stressful time moving.He walked me through the different options available to me. insurance options, space, and the many cost variables. I never felt rushed or given a sales pitch, he answered all my questions thoroughly. Gary walked me to each location explaining in detail the difference between the amount of space I might need as well as what is best stored in climate control vs regular temps. John, as well pitched in with some very helpful hints. Great teamwork! Once all was decided, Gary walked me to the security gate and showed me how it operated. Been coming here for years 5 years at least and the customer service is spectacular, the storage is clean, the prices are also highly competitive. If you gotta store anything for any reason this is the place. Plus its gated for that extra sense of security. Also has an elevator in the climate controlled building as that is the only building with multiple levels.

Cindy the customer rep talked through all the options and Gary the property manager was so helpful and talked me through what to do when I get there. First class location. Gary and John are great to deal with and this is a good location right off Rt 35 in Eatontown. Has a woodsy feel around the perimeter which is a nice touch. Well lit at night. Extremely secure and safe feeling. Fairly priced and great value. Highly recommend, I rented a 10x15 unit drive up. This location has more drive ups than others which is great for convenient trips to pick up or drop off things.

I was on a waiting list for a storage unit, as soon as one became available Jon called me right away. I was able to go over and see the unit the very same day. It took me only minutes online to rent a unit, and was easy peasy to move my stuff in. The facility seems safe, and is taking covid-19 regulations seriously. I, not even thinking, assumed Id have to carry all of my boxes up the elevator to the unit, but they even supply carts to use! 10/10, would recommend.

Everyone here was very helpful. It was easy to open and close the unit.

I called at the beginning of Covid to get a storage unit for my daughter who I quickly had to get out of school. It was a Sunday and to my surprise they were able to get me a unit that day and were extremely helpful and polite on the phone because there was no one in the office. They made a stressful situation less painful. When I was moving her out and back into school this month we accidentally spilled a little bit of paint on the floor, I told the two men sitting at the front desk and they told me they would take care of it! It made another stressful day easier for me. If anybody does not want to move all of their child’s belongings home at the end of the semester at Monmouth University I would highly recommend using this facility!

I needed storage options after moving cross country, and Gary made the experience easy. Super pleasant to work with, and helped us get a great deal on our unit. Extra Space also allowed us to have our moving vehicle come directly to the facility, which was very convenient. 5 star service, thanks Gary!
