Good place to get auto accessories and parts. 3 stars because I received a flowmaster muffler inside a magnaflow box.

Definitely one of my favorite places in town to get parts. Staff isnt super pushy but helps you get what you need when you need help, selection is good as they usually have the parts I need in stock when other stores in town dont. Only real complaint is their parts deliveries when you do need to order them in are somewhat inconsistent with their arrival times. Have been given delivery windows of 11am-3pm and not received my part until after 4pm. Overall though, great place to shop.

We recently stopped in here to replace a dead battery, and Luke helped us out. He couldnt have been friendlier and more helpful. He worked with us to find the right battery, and even came out in the cold and changed it out for us. Really top notch customer service.

Average service, if theres someone training expect to be there for a bit

Was there a couple of days ago. Gentleman at the front desk walked over and helped me out which saved so much time. He even printed off different part inquires with prices on them AND for some reason, I feel like this was a lot more budget friendlier than I remember. Fast service and Great customer service, definitely will be back ;)

We were driving through Wisconsin on interstate I-94 and our alternator broke down Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. we were able to get our vehicle to the AutoZone and Tommy and David were unbelievably gracious and helpful getting us the right alternator and charging our battery at no fee. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for their professionalism and helpfulness..

I am clueless about cars and had a rear blinker out. I know it’s an easy thing to change but I have no idea how/what I needed. I called some auto shops and they were quoting me $30-40 to change it and they couldn’t get me in until late next week. As a last resort, I called Autozone, asked if they had the bulb, and asked if someone possibly could help me out with it. They were super helpful and the guy that helped me (sorry I didn’t get your name) found the right bulb for me, changed *both* rear blinkers for me since they came in a pack of two AND showed me how to do it myself so that I could just get the bulbs next time and avoid dealing with mechanics and quotes. I have to say- beyond thankful for them! It’s been so stressful for a person who knows nothing about cars trying to figure out how to solve a problem that literally took 3 minutes at autozone to fix. Thanks for making my day!!

Just needed to have a code read to find out why my check engine light came on. Very fast and nice employee. They are helpful when you need to buy parts as well. This is usually one of the first places I go for auto parts and maintenance products. Reasonable prices.

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted. While they suggested I get the more expensive spark plug because that’s what was O.E for my car, they didn’t force it on me like O’Reilly’s tried to. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on instead!!!! Thank you for being respectful and not treating me differently because I’m a woman!!!!

I was helped by a girl named Megan at the store. She has excellent knowledge of the store, and went to extra work to help me there, on more than one occasion. She was very bright, considering that many old parts men, may have given up. Her research to find what I needed, saved the day !

Just the best physically accessible place for car parts, EVER. Sorry AS, as far as virtual stores go Amazon has ya beat... They have twice installed bulbs for me when I asked nicely, once even crawling under my 4Runner in the snow for a turn signal bulb, it literally took him a minute because he knew exactly what he was doing. Worst experience yet with autozone. Me and my family are traveling to alabama and had a headlight out we got off the interstate came to this autozone on 4/19/20 at 8:30am just for no one to answer the door or calls. Unbelievable

The young guy working closing, unfortunately we didnt ask his name, was so helpful he stayed beyond closing to make sure our questions were answered. Then he even went so far as to walk out to the parking lot and coach me. With his guidance, this novice charged her A/C for the first time :) Really awesome service!

This store has earned my loyalty. I was told by a couple of other stores on this street that nobody sells just the brake caliper bracket for my truck, then I went here and they had it in stock. Placed a store pickup order and received a confirmation order was pulled. Arrived at the store to be told by the woman behind the counter that she didnt have time to pull the order. Two other employees searched the store for my purchase and couldnt find any stock. Wasted my time shopping here.
