Brought truck into the shop for warranty work, they had it fixed. Hope was polite and positive. Fixed everything in a timely manner

We bought our 2020 Viking Freightliner from River States in Eau Claire Wi. They have serviced from oil changes to replacing an engine. We were expecting it would take a couple of weeks to get the engine replaced, but they had it done in a week and we were back on the road. THE WORST SHOP EVER!!!DONT GO THERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!For only two sensors to change I was stuck for six days and they charge me $4,200.It takes 2-3h to inspect and to do the change per sensor and they add unnecessary labor hours.

Came here this guys told me that my engine is done and def box is out! To overhaul engine parts 46k with labor around 58k. I sad OK def box 8k plus labor total12k. 70k total!!! I tow my truck freight 2015 to Chicago. They fix the cylinder pressure180$,engine valve 800$,deff filter cleaning 450$. 150k mls since no issue. Aak ur self why u go to this guys? Workers plz have a conscience.we drivers are work hard to make a living . We dont see our family to keep them happy. What we did to you guys ...?

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Felton, Service Advisor/Foreman. He got me into the shop within twenty minutes after arriving and service on an axle seal leak completed in less than one hour. Definitely recommend this shop! Great people!

Had some semi work done here over the weekend

Ive been to this shop twice. They have most of the parts and services for big rigs and motorhomes with diesels. The Parts department is great but the prices are high. The service department was horrible. I asked them to do simple tasks that I had already done, but I wanted the opinion of a professional to look it over. They missed two obvious problems that I had already found. I really dont think they even inspected the undercarriage. Also, they claimed to tighten some air fittings on my air brakes and wanted to charge me for two hours of work. I never signed for them to fix anything, and they didnt inspect the proper places. After going here, I had many friends that mentioned to never go there. Major rip off. They also love to try and add more services needed and usually the service isnt required. Beware.

Eric was extremely helpful. We were on a cross country trip from Kentucky to Washington when warning lights came on our sprinter based motorhome near Eau Claire. We called and they told us it was safe to drive to their facility. They were able to squeeze us in to their busy schedule and had us back on the road within a few hours. Everyone we met was so kind and polite. We cant thank them enough for getting us back on the road safely!

Good bunch of people ...got me in and replaced my dpf filters done a manual regen and I was rolling down the road in prolly 4 hrs from the time I pulled in till I was out the door I would definitely go back if I was broke down in the area THANKS GUYS AND GALS

After couple days in their shop we received around 2k bill! They didnt fix the problem! When we came to pickup our truck ! We found new problemm! And they said truck its running perfectly, they checked everything on the road! But when we got keys dashboard wasnt worked! Question? How they checked if the board its not working....

When it came down to my Freightliner they did an awesome job the guy behind the desk was awesome only complaint that I do haveis the fact that I asked them to make sure that my truck stayed on because I just went grocery shopping and my refrigerator was full of food and I did not want it to spoil if it couldnt be left on battery mode needless to say add a fridge full of rotten food and the freezer had and then that water had ran all over my clean and to boot when I got my Freightliner back my brand new TV I just bought was leaned over on the cabinetfirst I thought nothing about it because I was having electrical issues so I thought maybe they moved it but when I plugged it in later that night found out that it was broken I talked to my company about itleave used to say it was not reimbursed to me because it was not in a company shop

I have a bad coolent hose on my truck. I ordered it Friday 06/13/2018 and paid for OVERNIGHT delivery. I was told to call and check if it came in on Saturday. I was in the area so I just stopped in and asked about it. No it was not in and would not be in until Monday. I asked well I paid for overnight delivery and it is not here. The guy said that they would have to take the charge off.I just got off the phone and asked if it was in and what they were doing about the delivery charge. The guy said NOTHING THEY WOULD DO ABOUT IT, THEY CAN RETURN IT IF I DID NOT WANT. it is not that I did not and do not want the part. I even paid for it in FULL before it was ordered. I paid for over night and this was not over night.........Up date 7/24/2018 Marry rep called and talked with us today. They corrected the wrong freight charge, Delivering the part I ordered to my shop so I can get the repair done!!!!!!!! 1.5 weeks after the problem happened. Always room for improvement.......... It is hard to get some parts from other places other than the dealer.

263$ for labor -just for diagnostic, to fund out that egr valve faling. .3300 to replace it. Fk this egr

Expensive but working no more break downand fast smart mechanic

These guys were a trip saver for me and my family today on a road trip to Nashville! We have a sprinter RV and the only other places we called wouldnt look at it until Monday. These guys were willing to squeeze me in and fixed my problem within 4 hours. They had great customer service and were now 200 miles further down the road and they just called to check on us! Thank you very much.

Great parts department open 7 days a week

Wonderful place to get work done. They are a little pricey but at least they know what theyre doing. All work is guaranteed and done promptly. They are open on weekends too, unlike others. Drivers lounge is upstairs.

Came here to replace cracked airline. Have been told that it would not take more than 1 hour. After 1 hour no one even touched the truck.At the end, I changed airline by my own (Spent 4 minutes to do that).Total time wasted at this place: 2.5 hrs.

I went there for a problem with my air ride system I understand that they were very busy. However I needed them to look at my truck and see what was going on with it they were friendly and attentive to my giving the info I had. However the problem started when my truck was first pulled in to the shop. I was there waiting the whole time in the drivers lounge and. They never once contacted me to tell me what was wrong or what they found. I found out later they contacted very briefly my boss who is the owner of the truck and told him a little of what was going on however they were very vague about everything and they told him it would be around a certain price more or less. Then I finally found out my truck was done by going outside and seeing it in the completed section of the shop however then they present me with a bill that was probably double to triple the original amount I understand they couldnt get it right on the money when first figuring it out but that much more was outrageous. Then the person behind the counter told me that he wasnt the one who made the work order tried to explain a little bit why it was so much more but really didnt help that much and said there was nothing he could do. So if you go there for any repairs becareful and watch out for when you get the final bill.

Very bad place and service is poor. For a warranty issue they took 2 weeks to finish a job that would have cost me 3500 dollars. But because I waited for it to be covered under warranty. I ended up loosing around 10 grands plus hotel expenses on top.Guys never spent money on extended warranty instead keep that money as a back up fund.Thats the lesson I learned the hard way, dont want any of you hard working owner operators to loose money.

Do not buy a truck from them. We bought a 2015 volvo cash and didnt even put 15000 miles into the engine and it completely failed on us and now we have to replace the full engine. Again do your HW and look at the history of the truck, we trusted them to sell us a truck in good condition and they basically dumped a truck with a bad engine on us.

I called up about inquiry on an old cabover that just may be me I prefer it when people talk to you not down Ive never experienced somebody as rude as the salesman there that I have ever experienced that I have ever experienced anywhere else maybe its something just with Freightliner but Ill think Ill take my business the Kenworth old Peterbilt at least there theyre not rude to you they talk to you not at you or down to you and the genuinely nice people and I tell you right now salesman Ill talk to lied to me

They are always professional and have stock.

Five hours after I got here they finally got my truck in another five hours later decided they need a part. They do not keep you informed on progress and when you ask questions the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. Only come here if you have to and you have plenty of time to waste.

Well i had he chance to meet finally some honest and good people here after some very bad experiences with Freightliner Dealership back in Chicago where i live.I have a freightliner casacadia 2008 and have some electrical problems.The person at the desk was very polite and professional and make me fell welcomed.After 2 hours of investigating he told me that the sam chassis module its gone and and the good news is that its a recall and the repairs are for free.I could not believe it to my ears...!!! if i would have been in Chicago they would have come with some stories and charge you thousands of dollars like they did it to me before.They helped me and bring the part over night from Memphis so i can be back on the road the next day.They prove to me that are still honest people and good mechanics on this world and for that i thank you guys .God bless you all and Merry Christmas..;-)

Do not take your truck to these people even under warranty they took 9 hours to find out there was ice buildup in my line for the windshield washer idiots totally idiot 9 hours!!!

Need cab air bag replaced, got appointment for truck with little notice.

All dealers are busy, but I lucked out, they got my tractor in ( snapped a U-JOINT ) and got it repaired, open 7 days . 7-11 weekend hrs 7 - 530 .
