I put in 16 x 48 pool!Never had or maintained a pool before. They were extremely helpful. I didnt know that you could have a chlorine free pool. But with their BioGuard system you can. They will also test the water free of charge and tell you what and how much chemicals to add.Thank you Swimrite pools for being there for me.

Ordered outside furniture that they normally stock, but they were out. Its been 3 months and I called to cancel the order. They said they could cancel it for a 25% restocking fee. Do I guess we will be getting it when snow is on the ground. Extremely poor customer service for furniture they stock regularly.

I stopped in on a busy Saturday. Customers were lined up, but all hands were on deck. I was looking for some tubing to try and retrofit an Intex pump to a solar heater I had bought. The Intex fittings were not compatible. Swimrite doesnt sell Intex products. They couldve just told me that and sent me on my way, but instead, they took the time to come up with a solution. They even put the parts together for me. All I had to do was hook it up when I got home. And, it works perfectly! Seems like a great group of people!

Price was a little on the high side. From doing a comparison with other companies, but other than that I was satisfied.

They say they are open, but their doors are locked. No one will help you unless you call. But about older people who don’t have a phone? What if I forgot my phone at home? What if my phone died? Sure I could leave, call from home and come back at a later time, but when they close at 5:00 every day how does the working person even shop here? I like to get my Big Green Egg charcoal locally, but I see no need to support a business that is so unwelcoming.

I just left swimrite spas talk to Bob the owner. Bob is just about the most professional most organized and nicest guy Ive ever done business with. Bob and his crew promised us the world for our in-ground pool and spa, and delivered on everything he said on time on budget with extras that we didnt even know were coming. I cannot recommend Bob and his crew enough! It is complete turn key service, with professionalism to spare!

My wife and I stopped in to ask about our spa and some water treatment options. After working with Ty he was able to put together a water maintenance program that was accurate and easy to do. Don’t buy your spa chemicals here. The staff is unhelpful in figuring out what you need and fail to tell you upon purchasing that spa chemicals are not returnable. We were given far more than we needed, after learning this, we went to return them and Swim Rite will not take them back, offer us a credit or an exchange. The sales associate was very rude and told us he couldn’t do anything for us. We’ll be sure to purchase our chemicals elsewhere from now on. Swim Rite does not care for their customers.
