Was SUPER pleased with Mary when I got my piercings done, was quick and it hurt less than the last one I had done even though everyone had told me the one she did should have hurt more. Few months down the line- and Ive got some redness and itching and got concerned and messaged them at 9 on a Sunday night- they actually messaged me right away. I did not expect that. Super pleased because I will sleep much better knowing that my ear will not rot off over night. Highly recommend, I looked at a few places before I got the last ones done here, and other places responded slower even to schedule the appointment. So responding that fast when its just to help is fabulous.

I had a terrible experience with Amanda, she gave me poor quality jewelry and the cleaner they sell should never be used on a piercing. I told her I had a metal allergy and she still used the wrong jewelry. I ended up with an extremely infected ear, half my face was swollen, I couldn’t hear out of my ear, and my ear was swelling over the jewelry. I had to go get it changed at another shop cause my infection was getting worse, they looked at the jewelry and cleaner and found the jewelry wasn’t what I asked for and the cleaner made it worse. Amanda wouldn’t work with me on getting part of my money back to compensate for having to pay another place to fix their mistake. I would highly recommend not going here.

Mary did my septum piercing today. I arrived a little early but she was able to take me right away ☺️ She explained everything very well and was nice to talk to. I was worried about the placing being correct, as I’ve had friends who got their septums pierced too low at other shops. However, it seems to be in exactly the right spot! The pain wasn’t bad at all and I was given very clear aftercare instructionsAdditionally, I tried to set up an appointment on Facebook the night before around midnight (sorry!) and there was a little bit of trouble with Facebook showing times that weren’t available as available, but she messaged me back right away to set up another time despite it being so late! Super great, friendly service and amazing prices. I’ve gotten piercings at other shops for triple what I paid here and I feel like I received better service here. Definitely will be coming back if I decide I want more piercings!

I know how stuff is supposed to be done I also am Highly allergic to anything other than titanium for piercings. Went here and paid way extra for a titanium bar and what a surprise. She lied. She also lied and said she put numbing cream on.I know she lied about the titanium because it never healed and when I finally took it out I tested it.I was dumb and wanted a quick piercings and she was open. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

She was absolutely phenomenal. Took care of all my worries and questions with knowledgeable answers and confidence. Booking the appointment was easy and kept updating me. Gave me all the information for care afterwards as well as having products for aftercare readily available. As for the price it was nothing other than a deal steal. Other places around the area were upwards of $50-$100 for a simple nose piercing. With numbing, aftercare spray and the nose piercing itself was around $36 all together. Accommodated all the ways to pay (PayPal, Debit/Credit, and cash)I would recommend this to absolutely anyone looking for a professional knowledgeable piercer.

Ended up with an infection and when calling the shop they asked if my pillow case was clean. At urgent care I was told there were 7 other piercing infections that week from Karma. NEVER GOING BACK!

I had a very good experience going to Karma! I got my bellybutton pierced by Amanda and I love how it turned out! She was extremely supportive and talked me through the process, I did end up passing out twice and throwing up once but that was completely on me. Amanda was very helpful and kept checking on me which was great! The actual piercing took like 12 seconds and with the numbing it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would! I highly recommend going to Karma :)

Inna was absolutely amazing, she did a great job on my piercings and and explaining everything in perfect detail for me to understand. She was super quick and It didn’t even hurt! I was just at Karma getting 2 piercings on my cartilage and my friend got their earlobes pierced. She is so friendly and very professional. The shop was clean and tidy, everything was perfect. She made sure that we liked the spots of the piercings and went through the aftercare instructions really well to make sure we knew what to do.Great experience for a first piercing or any piercing. Would recommend. Will go again.

I went to get my nose pierced on Tuesday and she was very nice and professional, but I had been noticing over the past few days that the piercing was making an indent on the bottom of my nose because it was too small for my nose. It was no ones fault, it just wasn’t the right size for my nose. So I went in today to get a bigger size and was worried that I was going to be told it was my fault, but the lady was sooo nice and replaced it free of charge and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve heard some bad reviews about these guys but everyone that I’ve come in contact with so far has been very nice!

Went here to get my nipples pierced. They were very professional. I highly recommend going here. They are super friendly and know exactly what they are doing. I recently went to Karma to get my daughters belly buttons pierced and was greeted right away. We had an appointment but were early and got in right away. Kourtney was very helpful and answered all our questions. She conversed with us during our appointments and kept the girls informed as to what she was doing while she pierced their belly buttons. Prices were fair and overall experience was great!

My experience at Karma was amazing. I only go to places that have been recommended by close friends or family and I would highly suggest Karma for your next piercing(s). They were able to get me and 5 other girls in for the same day appointments as well were very professional calming. We were talked through the process and made sure that we understood it as well as aftercare. The best part was the numbing cream that help ensure that it didn’t hurt. Even afterwards it still didn’t hurt. Will definitely be going back in the future.

I went in with a positive expectation of the facility. The place is well-kept and clean. However, my piercer really seemed like she just wanted to get me in and out of there. She did not explain things as they were happening and without so much as a countdown, there was a needle through my nose. She also did not explain any aftercare to me, just simply handed me the brochure. Now, I am not unhappy with my piercing whatsoever, but would not recommend this piercer to someone whos never had any type of professional piercing done before.

Ive had several piercings done here, and each one has turned out great! She always does excellent work and well-informs everyone on aftercare. Theres lots of choices for products, which is great when you want something other than regular jewelry. I always recommend karma to my friends!

I first got my nose done, the lady who did it was awesome! I talked my best friend in to getting hers... she got it and then I came back a week or two and got my tongue done! This place is amazing! I could get three piercings at Karma for the price of one at another shop, and the quality of the piercings would be just as good. The environment of the shop is welcoming, but also professional. Really nice place, they use a new needle every time so it’s super clean. I recommend Amanda, she’s a sweetheart and makes you comfortable and ready for your piercing. Not to mention every piercing I got from her turned out perfectly!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.To start out, we waited in the shop to check in for about 5 minutes before the lady behind the desk finished her conversation with her friends who were there. I repeat - friends. Not customers.When she finally collected our paperwork and asked us what jewelry we wanted, she kept getting distracted by her friends, as stated above and couldn’t finish our conversation. She then informed us that each jewelry we picked out would be an up charge about $10. When I asked her why that was she stated that she doesn’t usually work here so she doesn’t actually know if that’s true or not.After this so-called “receptionist” finally stopped being distracted and remembered what she was actually there for, we finally picked out our jewelry. We waited in the shop for about an hour and 15 minutes before we noticed the lady who was piercing take her wallet and her keys and walked out of the building leaving the rest of us standing there twiddling our thumbs. No explanation or anything. Just walked out. (There were about 12 of us waiting to get piercings, not including the four friends of the receptionist). We waited for her for about 15 minutes before we finally decided to just forget it and leave. On our way out we saw her sitting in her car smoking a cigarette and on her phone....I understand the need for a break at work, but perhaps she could have gotten through the rest of us quicker had she not been ringing everyone up after their piercings instead of having the receptionist do this. After all, what is she even there for other than to hand out clipboards and false information?
