Always a friendly staff, a little pricey on some items, but a great store to see most anything you could want in person. Staff is always knowledgeable,,,,Update::: I was in on Saturday and wanted an automatic roller. Staff gave me one I didnt look over very well. Its not a roller at all, and now wont refund my 30 bucks. Because its not broken. Im so aggravated its not at all what I wanted now have to eat the cost even tho they could just put it back on there shelfUpdate::They did make it right with a refund

Great place! Employees really know what they’re doing! They are often out of what I need and I cry in my car a little, but that’s not their fault.

Smooth place for what ya need

I love azaras they have a great selection of pipes. And the thing that makes me happy is that they dont sell meth pipes. Some of the other stores do. I immediately stopped going to those places just because they sell out their community for a dollar. Azaras doesnt. Keep up the good work

This has to be the best shop in town. I have never seen anything like this. I will forever shop here. This is the real deal, smells, taste, and even gives you that feeling you look for when smoked. Youre staff are always welcoming and very knowledgeable. Its a matter of time. My prediction is the end of 2019 this will be recreational. This is the CBD Hemp Flower 2.0

Edit: Azara reached out to me and asked to make it up to me (bought a piece, used it once and it clogged), which they did. I am glad to say that everything worked out now and I was able to replace my faulty piece, so for them reaching out and making it up I give them 5 stars.

Great variety of products for all your smoking needs that wont break your bank. They also sell bikes, hover boards, and a lot of other non smoking products. They close later than the other locations which is great, definitely check it out if you havent yet!

Good selection, but they require you to take your id card out of the itty bitty teeny wenie little window pocket in your wallet to make any purchase. Why would they do this you may ask, its so they can scan it like you cant tell by the date and picture if a person is of age or not Im clearly old enough and still had to struggle with my id for about as long as I was shopping. I most likely will not return for any future vape needs I have. Sorry guys but 2 is all I can give you.Edited ReviewI was very quickly responded to about my frustrations with the id scanners by the owner, this shows me a level of commitment to customer satisfactiontion which is rarely seen these days... Love this place! They throw the best 420 parties and other awesome events! Always pull great artists to EC and have fun activities like tie-dying and chalk art. Super big shop with lots of unique options for glass and they have the glass blowers there in house blowing for you to observe! Super rad place to hookah. 😎✌🏻

I have been going here for years, the people are very warm and welcoming, they are willing to negotiate prices if you were willing to spend a decent amount of money! I would hands-down recommend this place to anybody if you were looking for a good quality Vapes or E-cig juice. It’s worth every dollar because you know you were getting a product that is not going to damage your lungs. Highly recommend it to anybody!

Great place, with a great vibe. Plenty of glasswear, and a great assortment of novelty items. Love their stash boxes. Very clever. Chit chatted with the long haired kid behind the counter. He was a TOOL fan, so we had a great conversation. Thats when I noticed all their CBD candy. They have an impressive amount. I happened in on a day that they were actually blowing glass in the shop. I thought it was neat that I could watch them. All in all a fantastic little head shop.

Nahh fam. Knowing how they treat employees, how employees have behaved and are taught to behave.They are trying to rip you off and they know it. You can go to other places in town, get the exact same thing for cheaper, their return policy is horrendous.They have a huge monopoly and provide lower quality service than other institutions.

I have had a bad experience with a scale that never worked past 2 weeks and hadnt been back in a while. Stopped in and Griffin changed my review. He was helpful and understood what I was looking for. While I never was able to return the faulty scale his service made up for it. Ill be back for glass esp locally blown.

Overpriced!!! Inexperienced staff. I think this place mustve had a management change because its NOTHING like it used to be with the but 2 get one free of the e-juice, the reasonably priced Vapes and excellent customer service.

Great selections of gear, etc and CBD flower- bought CBD hemp 2.0 Lifter and a rolled blunt of something starting with an E. They were out of the flower of that, both good but certainly prefer the one that starts with the letter E😉

Cheap for Juul pods, but thats about it. Otherwise youre better off going online or across the street to Truckers. All of their waterpipes and vapes are from China and marked up like crazy.

I bought a vape there month and half ago. 2 weeks ago it just quit working. After trying all the troubleshooting I called for any other ideas. I was asked to wait while a sale was finished up. It took quite some time and i could hear random conversation. Then when she came back on the phone and I thought she was listening to me all the sudden I hear her giggle and say something that was muffled then goodbye to somebody. Then she said oh sorry.. so how can I help u? I then started over and told her what was going on. The response was...Im not sure what to tell u accept go to their website and see what they can do. When I explained I had nothing and relied on bussing and asked if someone could take a look at it if I came down; the response was. I suppose I could check it out but it sounds like u have already tried everything I would try but yea I guess if u wanna come in. The whole conversation was very unprofessional. This is not the first vapor I have bought there. Ive brought business to them and buy coils and juice frequently. With that said ... I was unable to make it in that day and made it in today. Im from Oregon. In that state my child was allowed to come into the shop with me. With that said. Yes its on me I didnt check out state law here. We walked to enjoy the day and came specifically to water street so I could stop in and see bout fixing the vape or I was going to purchase another. B4 I even reached the counter I was asked if we all had our ID. My friend was with me as well. I started that I did. B4 I could even say anything further or inquire if my son was an issue being with me and could go outside with my friend...I was VERY RUDELY informed that we needed to leave and nothing could be sold to me as there was no way to verify if I was purchasing for my child. Id like to intensely clarify... Im not upset bout the law ..rules ...regs and so on OR being made aware of them Im extremely upset about how I was approached and the way and tone I was spoken at. Not to but at. Very very rudely notified and when I got upset and told her they lost my business the girl snottily said... yea... well... whatever! Horrible customer service... this girl. There is one other woman who works there. Shes wonderful.. Unfortunately... I will never go back because of this one girl. Wish I knew her first name. Oh yea... and when I called bout five mins after I left asking for the owners name... she again... very rudely...told me she couldnt tell me. I actually understand that, so then I asked how I could speak with someone in charge and she hung up on me.

I love azara so much and they usually have very friendly and helpful people working but one employee at the water street location is not nice or helpful. I don’t know her name but she’s short and tan with longer black hair. The most recent time, my friends and I came in and were not greeted or asked if we needed help with anything, the girl was on her phone with a blank expression on her face. When we came up to ask questions about products her answers were short and rude, as if she was annoyed by us even being there. When we made a purchase, she wasn’t careful with the glass piece we bought and scraped it across the counter. This is not a one time occurrence, this girl is rude every time I’ve seen her. If you want to be greeted with a glare, go to azara on water street.

22$ for coils?! Lol... what? Goto smokedale on menomonie 15$ out the door. These are not vape stores. There head shops for weed smokers. The inflated pricing is insane. I bought a smok mag at smokdale for 50$ this place wants over 100$ stop feeding into inflated pricing your only making it worse.

Not impressed with the staff member named Cody. Not very friendly, couldnt answer any of the questions we had and was very uninterested. Sold us a vape pen for $120, got home to use it and it didnt work. Called him at the store and he told us to call the manufacturer and was very short on the phone.
