No list of bagel flavors in the drive through, no list of cream cheese smear options in the drive through or in the store. When you ask, they get rattled off so fast you cant consider all options. You can no longer change the flavor of bagel when you order a breakfast sandwich. Ice chunks gets caught in all straws now that theyre removed the wider cooler straws making it a pain to drink a blended drink.

Great spot, we really dig the bagels and cream cheese already applied to the items when they come out. Delicious and the drinks were top notch. Great job!

Went there today to get a bagel lox and smear. . Was told, no substitutions on what kind of bagel you get for your sandwich. WTAF? It’s a bagel. Why be in the business of bagels at all of you can’t pick your bagel? I didn’t get get my breakfast here. I call their customer service as was told they don’t make the sandwiches fresh any more it’s all pre made. Apparently they can’t run their own business model effectively. Why on on earth would I pay a premium price for a lox sandwich on a bagel I don’t want? It’s a shame cuz I’ve been tolerating these mediocre bagels for many years . I close by rewards account and won’t be back to any of their locations. I’m going to HY Vee to tomorrow to get the fixings for a proper bagel.

Passing through town, and was stoked to see a Caribou Coffee shop! My hometown no longer has any Caribous, so I had to get their mint mocha! (Almond milk and hold the whip please😜) Delicious as usual, and when Covid is less of an issue, it looks like they have a nice, spacious indoor seating area! Baristas were pleasant and quick as well👍

Got a double mocha. Tasted good. The chocolate covered espresso bean was tasty.

Apparently they cant take cheese off of their breakfast sandwiches which I found out after waiting in line for 15 minutes. At least I saved the $7.50 for a little breakfast sandwich.

This place was awesome! EVERYONE was masked, service was good, even though the line of cars outside was long. I will definitely go here again.

No longer a Einstein Bagel affiliate, so now all sandwiches come pre made and are heated up (like a holiday gas station sandwich) only reason it’s not a one star was the staff have always been very personable and honest! YouWill be missed 😩

They have great bagel sandwiches as well as their coffee drinks. Their drive thru is convenient, but there can sometimes be a long line and their location just doesnt allow for cars to line up well to wait.

Went inside due to long line outside. Asked for dozen and half bagels to be sliced along with cream cheese. Get them in the nice box, brought them to office and.... THERE NOT SLICED! I purposely asked for them to be sliced as they were for a meeting and we did not have the utensils to do this. I called them to let them know this error and was told you can bring them back and we will slice them. Oh how funny I should waste my time again to come back. Nope!Way to ruin a nice Friday meeting with staff!

Diffinatly not as good as einstein, ordered the Turkey sausage asiago it was very dry could have put cream cheese or butter or mayo,over priced!

This location isnt ideal for where I live but I met somebody here for a coffee and a treat, and I really enjoyed it. Inside, I like the layout a lot. And the Dark Chocolate Cooler I chose to have was really tasty. For a treat--I had the chocolate chip crumb cake and I also loved that. It wasnt too dry and had a great flavor, as well! Theres also a drive-through here for people who prefer that.

We love the bagels and cream cheese from this place, it is hands down the most convenient thing to grab at this busy intersection in the morning. We did have a coffee that did taste off there last time as I think it might have been decaf instead of regular but all in all this place is fantastic!

The manager Aaron is awesome! My cup had a hole in it and my other drink was wasnt the right one. Not only did he replace my drinks he upgraded me to larges and helped me clean out my car a d gave me coupons!

Food, drinks and interior are great and keep me coming back. The customer service, however, leaves something to be desired. For awhile I excused it as being a new business with new employees, but its been open quite a long time now so Im guessing the employees just arent trained very well. No greeting when people come in or leave, they never ask for my perks account (inside. The drive through is always much better), Ill often have to wait for someone to come to the counter even when there are many people working, and unfriendly all around except for a few standout employees. Its a stark contrast to the Starbucks down the street, unfortunately.

Requested a blueberry bagel and was informed that they didnt have any. Requested light roast coffee and was informed that they only had medium or dark unless I wanted decaffeinated.Went to get the medium roast and it was empty.This was my first time at Einstein bagels and first impressions count and on that thought, sorry guys, I wont be coming back.

Great service! Caroline, the barista, was quick & accurate, all the while being friendly & polite. She was very knowledgeable about the types of drinks as well! Also had great service during previous visit & LOVED the very cool large wooden table with a map of Eau Claire carved into it! The waterways are filled with coffee beans- its unique & gorgeous. Worth a trip inside just for that!

This Caribou is my favorite! I come here all the time to do my studying. The cafe is always clean and the baristas are (for the most part) always friendly. I also just love their almond milk lattes :)

Out of two bagels and two coffees, one bagel and one coffee was incorrect. I called to get a refund and they said they cannot do it over the phone and that I would have to come back to the restaurant. I was 30 min out, heading back to MN when we started eating. Terrible service.

I ordered the Monday bakers dozen special for $8.00. After being told they no longer offer it and its only available to smear members. After questioning her, she said I could order it only if I agree to assorted dozen. I did not want an assorted dozen.. after questioning her on what I would get, she informed me they were out of 5 of the bagels I wanted. It was 1pm in afternoon? I will not be back anytime soon. We visit often for toasted bagels and coffee. We we did......

Last three drinks not right, and I’m convinced that they do not care. I very politely asked for what I want, I usually go 3 to 4 times a week. Not anymore 🙄

Good place for a coffee/bagel shop and it was busy on chilly Fall day. The staff was good and the long line was moving smoothly. They did an excellence job with the design, layout and landscaping.

Best coffee chain! I only wish they had grain free options for breakfast. They have been willing to do their breakfast sandwich in the box with no bagel so that has helped in a pinch.

Eh... first and probably last trip. Great atmosphere...ordered coffee: super weak brew. Probably more for sugar-laden loving consumers... Save your money and brew at home if you enjoy coffee.

Coffee and fresh Bagels, cant beat it!

Happy experience about 80% of the time. I work somewhat near coffee and bagels so I stop by almost weekly and order the same thing every time. The main issue is the inconsistency throughout the day shifts. Usually AM shift is very friendly, quick, and make a good bagel. As it gets later in the day, it gets worse and worse. As in hardly any shmear, over cooked or WAY undercooked, and staff isn’t as friendly. Another issue is when you order multiple drinks they don’t label them and then when you ask which is which, they don’t remember. Overall, I will always return, as coffee and bagels is one of my favorite snacks. They just need to fix some kinks here and there as any new shop would.

Decent enough, smallish portion for a large man but the quality is good. Price is better than Panera. Interior is a bit crowded, not very good for groups larger than 2 or younger kids

This is a really really slow Caribou! I usually wait almost 10 minutes in the drive through. They have a heard time hearing in the drive through, I litterly have to yell for them to hear me. They have gotten my drink order wrong multiple times. Wish they would fix these problems, as I LOVE Caribou Coffee!

Ordered a toasted bagel & cream cheese and was only customer at the counter. When the employee brought my order from the kitchen she said walk down here to get and tossed on the counter -- where it slid off to the floor. Strike One. Went this morning and ordered a toasted bagel & cream cheese. Got home and the bagel wasnt toasted. Strike Two. Not really interested in going back with this level of service.

Great redevelopment of the old gas station. Excellent service and bagel. FYI coming from Clairemont - its much easier to enter off of Stein, to get into the parking lot and the drive-thru.

Good coffee and treats. Plus relatively local, headquartered in Minneapolis. Always good to support local. Plus Starbucks is rather overpriced and overrated.

Surprisingly busy in the middle of the day. Good coffee and the only place in EC I can find Bagles and Locks. Took a while!

I hadnt been to an Einstein Bros. in years, so I stopped in for bagles. All of them were delicious, but theyve gone up-market, with the prices to match. I guess chasing the Starbucks crowd is more profitable.

Awesome place to get a latte, staff are very pleasant and courteous to you and some of the staff know be by name and they what I want!!

I went here today and ordered a hot chocolate, I did not get hot chocolate, I got a vanilla white. I was served by Brianna. I also waited at the register for 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order.

Had a great customer service experience, will return in the future due to the friendly staff.

I just stopped here today (the drive thru on Clairmont) I was so excited to get a couple bagels. It was super fast and I was excited about that. A couple miles down the road I realized I got the wrong kind of bagels and they didn’t have any of the cream cheese I ordered. I figured I would call when I got home mistakes happen. I then realized I had no receipt to even confirm my order. I tried to call them after searching for their number talked to a man that works at the one on the campus, he was super friendly and not surprised by the information I told him. I then called the correct store and it rang a good 25 times and still no answer. I have had co workers tell me they had problems there before but I always give new places a chance. Not a happy customer.

Love Caribou!!! I miss it in the old Mega! I’ve Always had great service & great coffee (& smearfuls. Sometimes there’ll be a slight delay, but they’ve always apologized & let us know, if they’re able. To the guy who didn’t get his bagels- yes, when you open so early, it’s easy to be out of some flavors. It’s not McDonalds, they’re not making them all day. It is too bad people are so impatient & don’t have any empathy for others. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was new or had been up since 3:00 am. This coffee is So much better than Starbucks, doesn’t have the attitude or the price. I’ll take a Mint Condition any day!! ( and some French toast schmearfuls) 🥤🥯!!

The double egg, bacon and ham bagel was phenomenal!!

Its really disappointing when you like a coffee shop so bad but you have one visit that makes you question do I really want to be treated like this everytime I attempted to get coffee.I excused somewhat the fact that employees were having a conversation but Im not going to excuse the fact that one of the employees looked at me and continued their conversation and just drinking coffee and ignoring me. It seemed they were all to busy trying what looked like a sampling/testing of their coffee. But once she finally came to get my order seem annoyed. And then waited over 10 mins for an iced coffee. And someone that came in 5 mins after me got there drink before I did. And also 4 other people.

Caribou coffee and treats are delicious, as always, but I avoid this location like the plague. There are very few parking spots, and if theres a line for the drive-thru and you were lucky enough to find a spot in front of the store, good luck getting out. I sent my son to run in for coffee while I parked outside thinking he could get in and out faster than the line for the drive-thru. HA! We then waited 10 minutes hoping for a break in the drive-thru line so we could actually pull out of our spot and leave. That break never came, and wed be there yet if I out of desperation I had not squeezed between the other parked cars and the ones in the drive-thru line, forcing at least one person to back out of the way. If its a busy time of day for coffee, I recommend you go someplace else unless you are an extremely patient person in a small car!
