Called at 10:45 its now 11:40. Not one person picked up. If you are busy understandable but quickly pick up the phone say something to the fact you are busy. I left my phone on speaker out of curiosity to see if anyone would pick up. I need to know if I can take migraine meds with something else. Guess Ill never know. Not impressed.
Great place with friendly staff. Well love when the pharmacy is 24 hours again.
Should have known when I saw the reviews were barely 3 stars. Called to get my husbands inhaler switched over, waited on hold for TWENTY MINUTES before I finally got annoyed and hung up. I had to call the front store to even talk to anyone. First time I called the lady was very nice, the second time not so much. Which, had she just told me they were busy the first time, I wouldn’t have called a second. Lol. Waiting 20 minutes for someone to even answer the phone is absolutely absurd.
CVS Pharmacy does not answer the phone. Apparently a mask is not mandatory at CVS Pharmacy. This is Bull.
If i could choose zero stars i would! Soooo many issues with this pharmacy. Rude, slow, unorganized, and fraudulant. Today i received the paperwork from my insurance stating which medications have been charged and theres medication i do not take that has been charged to my insurance. I called to discuss the matter with the pharmacy. The pharmist, who said his name is Jeremy crawford, was rude, unhelpful, said it wasnt them (the paperwork names CVS specifically). He said the insurance is lying. Hmmmm. Im not sure why they would do that. Seems oddI asked for his supervisor and was told he dosent have one because hes a floating pharmcist. Hmmm, again very oddIve switched to another pharmacy. Ill be contacting the insurance company regarding the fraud. And the police as well if the insurance company requests it. Unbelievable what goes on over there!!!
I just had a simple question about whether or not they carried crutches as apparently some pharmacies do not any more. The “direct” and local line just sent to to a long rant about the Covid vaccine, over and over. Then when I finally was able to choose from a menu option, again, the recording just went over and over the covid speech no matter which option I chose, asking for a date of birth. We are not in their system so the date of birth of course got me nowhere as expected, so it just kept putting me to the recording. Total waste of time and no actual person to talk to. This world...does any business treat people like humans anymore?
Very poor service . Some of the staff are very rude . If you do not understand something concerning your prescriptions or there is any misunderstandings certain members of theyre staff will never let you forget it and are purposefully rude and short with you even if an apology is made. I have always been courteous with cvs and its staff ., but I felt it necessary to post this . If you you are thinking of becoming a customer of cvs on bracket ave in eau claire I would suggest any other pharmacy than them. I plan on not using them any further .
Friendly, but extremely slow service. There is definitely a lack of either efficiency or a staff shortage. My husband waited over an hour for the last prescription pickup. Then when he got to the window they asked him to drive around the building and get in line again as the prescription was not ready. As I am writing this I have been waiting for over 16 minutes for someone to pick up the phone in the pharmacy for a simple vaccine question. No recording, no one answered the phone!I am hanging up now and calling Walgreens. At Walgreens a technician answered the phone after a 1 minute wait. She referred me to the pharmacist. The recording tells me my place in line. I was on hold for another 6 minutes. Walgreens efficiently, courteously and competently answered my question.
Most of the pharmacy staff are great. No matter how swamped they are they will still help you in whatever way they can. Id give them 5 stars but it can be hard to get them to answer the phone. Which is understandable when its a Friday and people are getting their last minute prescriptions and there are only 2 people working in the pharmacy, but still...
A very nice young man working the front counter was extremely nice to someone’s mom and someone’s grandma tonight. He patiently walked with her outside giving her his arm so she didn’t slip, helped load her car, helped put her walker in the car and helped her into her seat. He cared for her like she was his grandmother. Such nice old fashioned care. I don’t know his name but he deserves high praise. I will definitely shop there again instead of going across the street to Walgreens.
I’m giving my rating off quality of customer service. If I was basing it off wait time it would be a bit lower but the customer service made up for it. I had an rx called in at about 3:30p and called at 4:00p to check on it. It wasn’t ready but the gal I spoke with said she received the voicemail and would get it ready in about 30 mins. I came to pick it up at 6:30 and no one could locate my rx. I’m battling a sinus infection and really needed these antibiotics and my provider was not going to be able to call in another script. I patiently waited for the pharmacy staff to solve the mystery while a couple “Karens” in line got rude and verbally aggressive to the staff. They found my script under some papers that the previous shift should have taken care of but didn’t. The gal helping me was an absolute sweetheart and so kind and helpful. She filled my script right away and sincerely apologized many times. Stuff happens people. Sometimes the issue with your rx isn’t the current staff members fault and they’re only trying to undo or fix someone else’s mistake. Keep that in mind and give them a little grace. Nicole (I’m pretty sure that was her name but my head is in such pain that I could be wrong lol) at this pharmacy needs a raise!
For starters people are real jerks. They sit and wait for there prescriptions at the drive through window. The lady askes my name and walks away and its been about 13 minutes now. So earlier I walk in to drop off my prescription and came back, I dropped them off at about 4 oclock and its now 5:10 and still nothing. This oh it will be 15 minutes to fill has now turned into an hour. Most of the staff are rude with the occasional few who are nice. This is ridiculous wait time.
I am so so so so so sick of this pharmacy, but I cant switch. My app says to contact the pharmacy to get my meds filled (its been 3 MONTHS I havent had these) and Ive now been on hold for 22 minutes. I absolutely hate it when I have to call here because I know its always going to take at least a half hour to talk to someone and rarely do I ever even get what I need. Im so sick of it.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Tried calling them to coordinate my Caremark prescriptions with my pharmacy ones and spent a total of 2 hours waiting on the phone. When I finally got through, I was redirected back to Caremark. Caremark redirected me back to a pharmacist. The pharmacist said I needed to go back the pharmacy. Tried calling them back and after 30 minutes on hold, I left work early to go there face-to-face. I was the only person in my line at customer service and 4 people were funneled through for their prescriptions. After another 15-20 minutes showing him my scripts from my phone app, he said hed see if he could get a hold of them, claiming theyre not open on the weekends (I had literally just got a hold of them on the phone about an hour before). Meanwhile, the drive thru was full as well and the phone was ringing off the hook with the repetitive 2 calls for pharmacy...3 calls for pharmacy, etc.
CVS has a great selection of food that I have not seen at the stores in the Chippewa Valley
So far I am really liking this place. Most of the staff is friendly and very helpful. A nice change from Walgreens.
5 star rating for the pharmacy! Stopped by twice in about a weeks time for prescriptions and they were filled within 15 min like they said.
The staff is very friendly Carol b. was full of energy and sweetness the cashier in the front was also very sweet. the only downsideis that it has very dirty carpet and the store smells very bad
I love going to this CVS. Its neat, organized, and not overcrowded with stuff. You have room to look at things without bumping the row behind you or being in someone elses way. With their coupons and deals, especially if you have a rewards card, you get some great deals too. And the staff--they are always kind and friendly. I have never had a poor experience with them, which is awesome. I also love that they are opened 24-7 because I am an early bird and sometimes like to get tasks like what I might do at CVS done early.
Longest waiting time. Even when you schedule the time to pick up it is at minimum a 20 minute wait. I call ahead to see if perception is ready no luck. Its ready wait in line for 35 minutes.
I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy in my entire life.. They seem so confused It sucks.. Trying to get humira (I state the name because I want it known its not a narcotic) been trying to get my medication for almost 2 months now.. No one calls to tell me they are missing information needed then when I call give it to them oh they have everything Ill call a few days later and no.. Missing stuff still but wont let me know.. This should not be this complicated guys come on....
Went in at about 6:45 on a Thursday evening. Heard the cashier ask for Dan 4 times over the course of 10 minutes while the line kept backing up, then watched Mr. Dan belittle the cashier in front of the whole entire line once he finally showed up because the cashier dared to ask a question that needed to be answered by management. The cashier had a very kind and calm manner throughout the situation and certainly did not deserve to be treated that way..Dan proceeded to speak to the customer in the same loud and belittling manner like it was both customer and cashiers fault Dan had been MIA and that the inventory was not properly tagged. I work as a manager in customer service and fully understand the pressures but it is never acceptable to belittle or berate an employee. The cashier kept his calm under the stress of a long line and countless issues with scanning malfunctions and pricing. It is very hard to find great customer service like the cashier provided tonight. Dan needs to take some lessons.
Plenty of people on the clock, just not enough people actually working. 7 hours to fill a prescription from the emergency room and it’s still not ready. It’s amoxicillin, not some exotic drug ... For being a nationwide drugstore they definitely don’t have their act together. I will be switching pharmacies! And their attitude is as if they could care less. This is not the first time this happened; unfortunately it’s the norm.
Always on hold for 10 mins or longer to speak to a pharmacist, it seems like EVERY CVS is like this..
Very poor customer service always treat ppl like their a thief or like you are fixing to rob the place I recommend Walgreens
Unfortunately, CVS is our preferred insurance provider for prescription in Eau Claire. Every time I go in to pick up my medicine I am forced to wait at least 20 minutes but today takes the cake. Almost an hour. While I waited I figured I’d make the best of it and pick out a Mother’s Day card. They do have the best selection of Hallmark cards here. Well. Found a great card but made the mistake of signing it because when I went to check out, Eau Claires coupon queen was at the check out. Not usually a big deal at most places at 5:00 but at CVS there is only one non pharmaceutical person running the entire store. No one else was available to help check out. We finally went back to the busy pharmacy to pay for the card. Rewards bonus points or not I will only be getting by prescriptions filled at CVS untill we convince our employer to switch primary provider! If you have all day to wait for medicine then wait in line forever more to buy stuff in the store with the coupons you just got them definitely go to CVS
Excellent Customer service at this Busy location! ! Dr Cough is Professional, Knowledgeable & Very Friendly & Kind.Such a Pleasant experience. Will be sending all my friends & family here. Love this pharmacy !
Jeff should not be a pharmacist. No people skills, he cannot preform the tasks needed to do his job. Yells at me at tells me to take my prescription somewhere else on a Sunday 5.19.19 night at 740 or my other option was to waiting for someone that knows how to do their job comes in to take care of patients... as I am 25 min from home and had already waited in town the 30 minutes they asked me to. I can see service like this at McDonalds or Walmart, but a pharmacy?
Slow.
With the closure of Shopko pharmacys, the Brackett Ave CVS pharmacy has experienced a flood of customers. They are having a difficult time handling everyone. Ive been in the store 3 times in the past 4 days and the staff is scurrying around trying to accommodate everyone. So if the staff appears rude, and the wait seems long, the flood of Shopko customers coming to both Walgreens and CVS seems to be the reason.
Matt is so cool just the cooliest
Much faster than Walgreens across the street. Smaller customer base means more friendly and quick service.
Literally sitting in the drive through for 30 min with my 6year old (so far). They dont have my medication in stock. Service has been terrible since Shopko closed. Clearly cant handle the volume.
After a dr visit prescriptions take at least 1-1 1/2 hours. When I call the pharmacy it takes forever to get a human on the line! The only reason I go there is because it’s my drug prescription pharmacy of choice.
I went to this pharmacy for the first time today and it will be my LAST. The pharmacy staff need some education on customer service! Horrible experience!
The pharmacists are so rude to their technicians. Whenever the ask a question to do things right they always get attitude in response. DONT put someone in charge if they cant handle training staff. Shame on them. Going to Walgreens.
Has the rudest pharmacy staff, you cant even ask a question without getting an attitude from the staff.
Rather go to Walgreens, maybe Im just a creature of habit but I feel like the prices are higher here...
Oddly, it is very quite at CVS, for some reason, Walgreens continues to stay busy.
Horrible!!! Pharmacist management rude!!Wouldnt recommended to anyone!
They are always so slow!
Easy in and out
Good
Always on point
