As with 99% of Kwik trips, this store is always well stocked and always professional. Kwik trip as a whole offers high quality gas and guarantees its quality

I would give it 5 stars but the other day I went here I left my dog in the car for 2 minutes and I kept sneaking looks through the window and someone was circling my car looking at my dog like they were going to steal him. My reason for making this post is workers here are always so friendly and when I called to ask them to remake my food because it was disgustingly- chalky she was very polite and sweet. Best Kwik Trip location in Eau Claire for sure minus the area.

This is a standard Kwik Trip. It has all of the hallmarks of other Kwik Trips you are accustomed to, so no fearing its missing a bathroom or anything. The employees are always positive, and I never wait long to make a transaction. The bathrooms are always clean. I like coming to this location if Im close and need something it offers. Worth stopping if you need petrol, donuts, and a quality, & value-priced coffee.

Price at this store is higher then the other Quick Trip stores that are next to Woodmans or Fleet Farm in the same town. Grabbed a snack that was good. Bathroom had overflowing garbage cans with plenty of staff in the store. Match your other gas station prices and clean your bathrooms and maybe you will get other people to return.

It appears that the customers of this kwik trip cant read the sign that requires a mask. The majority of people were not wearing a mask. Whats the point of the sign?

Ive never had so much fun at a convenience store! Staff is super friendly & seem to genuinely love their job! Theres only 1 thing missing ~ a car wash. My morning always gets better when I stop here. Brandon, Leslie & Laura (I cant remember a couple other names & Im sorry for not giving them credit as well) enjoy their jobs & can help you out with anything you might need/want. Keep up the great work!

Food is usually fast and hot, not always. Staff are super friendly. Specials all the time. Condiment bar is often empty.

Kwik Trip sets the bar high for what you would expect to find at any gas station or convenience store. They are definitely my go-to here in Eau Claire. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they communicate clearly. They have the Hotspot where you can pick up a snack or meal that is hot and ready to go! If your fave is not out and ready to grab, somebody can make it for you immediately upon request. This is super helpful for picky eaters! Youre sure to find something that will fill you up and tastes great. I love the in-store specials and coupons in the app that they have. Many items BOGO 50% off.

I wanted to buy a brat and there was one left with a bite out of it. I couldnt buy another because that was disgusting, reported to staff and had to walk away. Fix this. Never eating here again.

I purchased a product that had a defect, and informed the company. The manager (Matt) was quick to respond, and polite. I received another product to replace my defective one (didnt even have to return the original).Great prices, service, and going beyond to help a customer (like mentioned above) is why I will continue to give Kwik Trip my business.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice variety of foods. Has meat, and some produce... things you wouldnt really expect at a convenience store. Kwik Trip is a great name because you truly can get in and out with what you need quickly. Great prices on certain staples such as milk and bread and bananas. No fee ATMs are a huge convenience.

This place is an adventure, things can get weird at night but that is some of the excitement. The store leader is awesome and the workers are usually very good. It does get crazy busy and the parking lot can get scary. I still love this place.

Very seedy part of town. Always feel like youre gonna get mugged or the place is gonna get robbed even during the day. Lived two blocks from there for ten years so I know what Im talking about.

I stopped in at this specific location this past weekend and the staffing was less than professional. The staff that were stocking were talking and complaining complete with a heavy amount of cussing.

Good, clean facility and always as fast of a stop as you need it to be. Staff is always friendly and for the convenience, there are some things a person will go out of their way for just because you cant beat the price.

I was just in the store and there was an employee there that had a horrible cough, no mask. This is not the way to conduct business, you really shouldnt be at work spreading viruses or diseases of any kind to a to your customers.

Good place to get your milk bread butter and bananas and fuel if you need it I like the free ATM feature

This Kwik Trip is in need of a new setup. Very difficult to get in/out off from the roads, often causing traffic backups. Seems to be quite an issue with loitering at this particular location. Not the cleanest. Staff is generally friendly, with a few exceptions. Not my favorite.

This place is always very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The intersection its located near is often busy, so navigating in and out can sometimes be a nuisance. Staff is friendly as well.

Its a gas station so I find it funny if someone really chooses where to by gas based on a review, lol. The staff is great and the place works, pretty cleanly also so thats a 5 star for me.

Of the many quick trips throughout town I find myself at this one most of the time. Is definitely busy a lot but the staff works hard to keep the shelves stocked and their customers happy. It wasnt too long ago where it seemed like they had a bunch of new people but the checkout process still went by seemingly easy and quick. I like going places where I can tell him Val you too and Im not just in the way or viewed as a dollar per se. What I mean is although the staff doesnt know my name they definitely recognize me and you can see that in the way they interact with me. Just as I dont know all the staffs names until Im there and reading their name tag LOL I still recognize the workers and the way they treat me is why I keep coming back. I dont necessarily get that same treatment and all the locations to an extent I do but the personalization is definitely far more at this location.

Nice corner store. They have really expanded their product line in the majority of their stores. You can get just about everything you need for a complete meal there now and the staff is ready to help.

A typical kwik trip to the common person but what makes this kwik trip special is that there is a secret passage in the lower left cabinet of the condiment table that leads to a large sub basement room where it appears to have gnome-powered mills being used to generate electricity for a kitchen where it smelled like the muffins were made. I would describe more but I was noticed kwikly and had to escape even kwiker... perhaps another time I will infiltrate with successful reconnaissance.

I have mixed feelings about the corporate QuikTrip as I know there is some serious funding for the Walker campaign that comes directly from QuikTrip but the personal service that every store offers.....the product quality is great and the people service is always spot on!!
